I can’t even think what they’ll even try for the last two. It’s on camera. Legal experts: if they somehow prove the 1st shooting was a crime, does that negate the 2nd and 3rd from self defense. For example, say I rob a bank and am fleeing and a civilian strikes to stop me from fleeing and I shoot them, is that self defense?

In blue states, if you harm a criminal in anyway, YOU get prosecuted.
I'm guessing there will be numerous eye witness accounts declaring Kyle was the aggressor. That little bald sawed off pedophile was simply protecting people of color from Kyle's white supremacy. We all know Chauvin isn't guilty of murder, but look where we are today.
I don’t see how they could even prove the first one was a crime. You can clearly see that little pedo goblin crouch and start hobbling up behind Kyle.
I see, but I don’t know the law as I don’t carry. If someone runs at you unarmed but violently, can you shoot them?
The pedo grabbed his gun. If you're carrying a gun and someone tries to grab it, that's a justified shoot. Someone trying to grab your gun is almost definitely hostile.
Did he grab the gun? Not saying he didn’t, I just don’t remember. Do you have a link to that video?
You should be able to. I thought up a scenario for your question:
An 80 year old man is going about his business. Suddenly, a young delinquent rushes straight at him. They’re on a collision course at that point. If the delinquent makes contact with the 80 year old man, who knows what could happen! Old man could bust his head open on the sidewalk and die right then and there. So, in that situation I’d say the old man has every right to shoot the delinquent before the unknown happens.
An interesting case to look into if you’re interested would be that of Michael Drejka. During an argument outside of a Circle K in Florida, he was blindsided by a man and pushed to the ground. When Drejka pulled his gun, the man took a step back and then Drejka shot and killed him. Drejka is in prison now because it was captured on video (the man taking a step back).
Had Drejka shot the man quicker, the case may have turned out differently. Sticky situation.
The thing confusing me is the pedo didn’t touch Kyle YET. I wonder how it would have went if drejka fired BEFORE he has hit but being approached?
The Jury will be rigged with dollars or threats or both.
IIRC, Kyle's gun didn't shoot the first guy. Not that facts matter in a court of law these days.
That's called the felony murder rule, and I don't think they're going for that angle.
If you commit a felony, and cause the death of another person, it's murder.
