They have a very very tiny (almost none) concern that someone would get inspired to go McVeigh or even worse than McVeigh on their asses from participating in a forum and making The Decision based off being swayed by info in the forum.
But it is a minuscule concern. They are pretty much correct in their assessment that it is just people posting stuff on small screens, and is not an existential threat to them.
