Isn't it amazing! Gripping read.

Infantry Attacks By Erwin Rommel.

Now read Anabasis (The March Up Country) by Xenophon.

Patton - was intending to run for President on his return, and would have won. So they killed him. You can guess whoooo.

There is a further reason to consider as to why he was killed.

Eisenhower kept about 100,000 plus German soldiers in an open air prison camp AFTER peace was declared, did not feed them, provided no shelter in winter, and gave orders to shoot any US soldier who attempted to help them.

He classified them as "enemy combatants" and refused to let the Red Cross check on them. Almost all died, the few that lived were given to the French to be used as slave labor.

The French were appalled by the condition of the few that were left.

Patton had freed the German soldiers he captured, and knew what Eisenhower was doing. Keep in mind that Eisenhower was already being groomed to run for President.

What Patton knew about the treatment of the Germans could have derailed Eisenhower's Presidential campaign, I think this was a primary reason why he was killed.

My uncle served under Patton from North Africa to Paris. He spoke of him with the greatest respect, and he believed he was murdered.

HOW DOES THE UNITED STATEs TREAT PRISONERS OF WAR? One Million German POWs Killed After WWII By US & France Environment News Service January 25, 2002

Excerpt from - OTHER LOSSES By James Bacque Stoddart Publishing Toronto, Canada ISBN 0-7737-2269-6

June, 1945 US POW camp in Germany

"Starting in April 1945, the United States Army and the French Army casually annihilated one million [German] men, most of them in American camps ... Eisenhower's hatred, passed through the lens of a compliant military bureaucracy, produced the horror of death camps unequalled by anything in American history . . . an enormous war crime." --Col. Ernest F. Fisher, Ph.D. Lt. 101 st Airborne Division, Senior Historian, United States Army

Comment From Stephen R. January 29, 2002

I heard this kind of story repeatedly in the late 1940s. Some were much worse as to numbers involved. I was super patriotic, and told a kid his relative was a liar.

One Sunday, he came to my house and got me, and I heard a drunken discourse from his mother's scary boyfriend who had been a GI guard. He became hysterical talking about burying 100s per day. I have no doubt this was true. He was with some kind of roving death squad. They arrived at the German POW camps late in 1945, took selected prisoners from shelters to open fields in mid-Winter. And watched them in shifts until they were all dead.

In the largest episode of forced migration in history, millions of German-speaking civilians were sent to Germany from Czechoslovakia and other European countries after World War II by order of the United States, Britain, and the Soviet Union.

20141119 http://americanfreepress.net/?p=20728 Ike’s Censored WWII Holocaust WE’VE ALL HEARD OF THE CONCENTRATION CAMPS run by the Third Reich during World War II. Hardly a day goes by when we are not bombarded by the mainstream media with tall tales of atrocities committed by Germans against Jews, gypsies and homosexuals in these labor camps. Forget the fact that prisoners in Hitler’s camps were provided with food, clothing, medical care, housing, employment, entertainment and other amenities. However, if you want to see a real death camp—one designed to ensure that the inmates would not survive their incarceration—one need only look at the “camps” (really outdoor pens) set up by Supreme Allied Commander Dwight D. Eisenhower after Germany was defeated. These camps allowed the Allies to exterminate helpless, disarmed German soldiers and civilians. This shocking story of criminal genocide needs to be known to everyone, as it truly was one of the worst war crimes committed in the 20th century.

Thank you!

I had only seen two or three stories on what Eisenhower did, I do think this slaughter is why Patton was murdered.

When I was in Europe some years ago all of the Germans I met were friendly, most thought because of my coloring/appearance that I was Irish, Welsh or possibly even German.

When they realized I was American they froze and although polite immediately stopped talking to me. I was never sure what the problem was, I think I know now.

Thank you again, this story needs to be told.

Patton also led the charge rounding up WW1 veterans who had marched on DC to get the money they were promised.

He wasn't entirely wrong. We should have fought them both. We shouldn't have helped Stalin, then wiped out whichever one was left.

And the Jews killed him for that.

2
Bonami 2 points ago +2 / -0

Patton was most likely killed by the group that was backing Eisenhower for the Presidency, Patton knew too much.

Friendly_B -3 points ago +6 / -9

At least he starved all the Nazis to death before being reincarnated as Donald J. Trump to inspire us all to isolate and starve all the Nazis to death today.

7
Bonami 7 points ago +7 / -0

That is absolutely not true.

Eisenhower did that, not Patton. Patton freed all of the prisoners he held and treated them as called for by the Geneva Convention.

To treat prisoners as Eisenhower did is a war crime.
