How does that work? I’ve never used it

16
Pixel 16 points ago +16 / -0

Type in the url of a website to archive and avoid popups and ads in the future. It essentially caches the parsed files from the website and shows a snapshot of the website at a certain point in time.

I use archive.today or archive.is

9
Pixel 9 points ago +9 / -0

I should add to this, if you try to view an article behind a paywall: Archive the url and the archived version will bypass the sub block.

10
TearsMakeTheBestAmmo 10 points ago +10 / -0

And to further add to it, you can get a bookmarklet directly from archive.is that will allow you to one click a page you're on and immediately archive it / see if/when it was archived previously.

Ron would not have to leave his seat to be a VP candidate. And Florida is based enough that RINO’s will not be allowed any longer. Florida is the first major MAGA party state.

Given how great of a job DeSantis has done and how much Florida likes him and seeing everything that the modern democrat party represents and seeing the damage their policies have done to other states and the country, I highly doubt they would elect someone who isn't like DeSantis let alone a democrat.

Trump/DeSantis is what the county needs.

0
Ponzo 0 points ago +1 / -1

Trump / Owens for me. Just to show the left what a strong woman really is like, one that did not sleep her way to the top. She would also tear the opposing VP to shreds in a debate.

3

Yes they can be from the same State, there is just an issue with electors if the electoral vote is close. They can only vote for one or the other if the POTUS and VP are both from the same state as the elector. So in a close vote, it could mean Trump winning Florida, but desantis not winning it.

45
whateverbruh 45 points ago +47 / -2

FUCK 2024! My god the way things are moving right now under puppet Biden I don't see America lasting long enough for that to happen. IMO, If the Arizona Audit proves to be worth a damn then that should enough reason to have a patriotic uproar against the Biden regime.

16
BoatingAccident 16 points ago +21 / -5

The fraud is being exposed to the masses now. Things will happen prior to 2024 don’t worry.

26
Renathras 26 points ago +27 / -1

I heard that in 2017.

Also 2018.

Then in 2019.

And in 2020.

...it's now 2021 and I'm still hearing it.

3
BoatingAccident 3 points ago +3 / -0

So what's your point? You think 100s of years of bullshit is going to get fixed in a couple years? the problem is massive. the corruption is massive. that shit is gonna take years to fix. does that mean we should just all doom and give up? you can if you want.

2
Renathras 2 points ago +2 / -0

I didn't say that.

What I'm against is people constantly suggesting "things" are going to happen. The "It's coming" or "They can't stop it" and so on.

False hope is worse than no hope at all. It causes people to believe in it instead of taking action - to THINK the solution is magically going to present itself at some point while they sit home doing nothing if they just wait for it, just wait for "the plan" to be enacted.

The solution isn't to wait for some nebulous plan.

The solution is to BE the plan.

Problem is, that entails work. And requires sacrifice. So people would rather believe in the false hope.

Giving up OR relying on false hope are both as bad as the other, as they both lead to the same conclusion:

Inaction.

Far better is taking action, I believe. Though that requires one to first recognize they need to and, secondly, to understand what actions they need to take.

2
BoatingAccident 2 points ago +2 / -0

if you knew anything about Q, it says exactly the same thing. We ARE part of the plan. WE are not to "sit around and do nothing". That's what the anti Q crowd (including DS shills and CHyna faggots) wants you to think. And you do. but of course you never bothered to even look into it because you've been conditioned to believe it's a conspiracy by people like maddow and fox news.

it's okay fren. at least you are not a shill.

2
Renathras 2 points ago +2 / -0

Oh, my folks followed Q. I've always been careful about it because it has all the makings of a psy-op. Lots of people WERE lulled into a false sense of false hope by it.

Which then collapsed into total despair when it fell through.

Now, those people are even LESS willing to act and even MORE cautious about believing in someone or something again.

This is why the whole thing seemed a "wolf in sheep's clothing" to me.

If there's truth to it, that's great - I've yet to see it, so I'd rather trust in things I know are real.

I never thought it was a conspiracy - quite the opposite; I'm more inclined to believe it was a Fed psy-op to first pacify and then dispirit conservatives. It did both of those things.

If it was real and NOT a psy-op, then I'm still waiting for SOMETHING to come of it, and nothing has so far in 4 years. Not sure how long I'm supposed to wait. If someone predicts something for 4 years and is consistently wrong...

Somalia_is_gay -14 points ago +18 / -32

The republicans plan to win is to just become the other side. Running homo candidates, trannies, non-whites etc.

2
Mcbignuts2 2 points ago +3 / -1

Unironically this

We might win, but at what cost?

9
BurtMcGirt 9 points ago +9 / -0

We've had worse for my entire life. I'd take a "homo" like Grenell over a McCain, Bush, Boehner, or Ryan any day. I'd take a "non-white" like Vernon Jones over any of those neocons bastards, too.

4
Ophelia 4 points ago +4 / -0

I might even take Jenner if he/she was MAGA.

6
BurtMcGirt 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'd take a mentally ill dude over Newsome any day.

0
Mcbignuts2 0 points ago +1 / -1

RINO are scum well n truly, but the issue with running homo n non-white candidates is that u end up compromising on and normalizing the status qou regarding gay, diverse n immigration related issues

The party as a whole swings left, suddenly gay marriage is cool, deportation of illegals is superseded by amnesty, gun rights are compromised, immigration loopholes are left open bcuz mUh based south Asian governor of Louisiana etc

U dont see the democrats pushing moderate gun control candidates anymore, u do see an active minority takeover of the dem party

And in response the only republican counter strategy seems to be to emulate them, but in slightly more conservative fashion, the end result being an ideological shift leftward within the republican party

3
BurtMcGirt 3 points ago +3 / -0

I really think the MAGA crowd is shifting the Republican party to better positions. I wouldn't say shifting right, because 30 years ago democrats opposed importing cheap labor, while Republicans supported it. The Commies and neocons still support it, but the MAGA crowd does not. Republicans were also big supporters of depriving Americans of civil rights (mainly the Patriot Act), but the MAGA crowd is for privacy and liberty. If we are going to stay part of the Republican movement, the neocons need to be expelled. There isn't room for neocons and MAGA under the tent.

1
Mcbignuts2 1 point ago +1 / -0

We need to move in the MAGA direction but that shouldn't come at the cost of compromising in key areas

The recent trend of homo n non-white candidates is shifting us leftward in key areas, that needs to stop, I'm talking ideologically, I don't have an issue with gay or black candidates, I'm tired of existing ones dragging us left

1
Patriots_dont_kneel 1 point ago +1 / -0

Someone said that GOP's 'conservatism' is just progressivism driving the speed limit. It's literally the democrats with a 10-20 year delay. There's only one party in the US, it just comes in two flavors.

-2
MeloniaisMelons -2 points ago +5 / -7

5
MobileDev4Trump 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yep never meet anyone from New Jersey who wasn't bipolar and or didn't have at least five vendettas they wanted to settle. Having to put up with snow birds from New York and New Jersey is the major downside of living in Florida imo.

5
rangers24 5 points ago +6 / -1

Fuck NJ, can’t wait to get out of this shithole

4
MobileDev4Trump 4 points ago +4 / -0

I suspect it's largely due to overcrowding. Lots of animal experiments show behavioral sink occurs when you put too many individuals in close proximity to each other.

9
MakeAmericaGreat9 9 points ago +12 / -3

A buddy of mine was telling me a president and a vp candidate can't come from the same state. Is there any truth to that? I believe Trump is going to run DeSantis as his vp for 24...

15
AbrahamLincoln 15 points ago +16 / -1

12th amendment: "The Electors shall meet in their respective states and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same state with themselves;"

They could still run, but the FL electors couldn't vote for both of them. In practice it means the VP wouldn't get the EC votes from that state, which may or may not create oddities.

If he switches his official residency there you can expect a Trump/De Santis 2024 ticket (not possible now as both have official residence in Florida)

11
AbrahamLincoln 11 points ago +14 / -3

We'd need there to be an election in 2024 for that to be relevant.

3
MeloniaisMelons 3 points ago +4 / -1

True but if the fraud is proven and Trump Republicans take control there can be an election in 2024. It would be tragic if we weren't prepared.

1
Renathras 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, but two things:

  1. That isn't guaranteed. How far are "they" willing to go to not admit fraud? And that would prevent Republicans winning in 2022 anyway.

  2. Even if (1) is somehow stopped, you're assuming the spineless Republicans that just voted 98-1 in the Senate in favor of a "hate speech" type bill against "Asian-American hate" can be trusted to do the right thing here.

  3. Even if ALL of that works out: Trump has 49 states besides Florida to pick from: Why pick one of the Bluest in the nation, New Jersey? Why not establish a large business presence in Texas, for example?

1
AmannamedRJ 1 point ago +2 / -1

You should check out DeSantis' record on free speech.

Its sketchy as hell and yet were falling for a single issue cult of personality again. Can we stop with this? Would have thought se learned after "muh blank sheet of paper" turned out ro be the substance on her fucking book deal.

We need somebody who is wholly dedicated to making america great again and preferably somebody with next to zero blackmail experience or political history.

1
Renathras 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed.

If it's for the weather, Montana, the Dakotas, Ohio, or even upstate Maine or New Hampshire would all be better picks.

If it's for business connections, Texas and Ohio, or even Pennsylvania would be good picks.

Why go to one of the most Blue states in the nation, New Jersey??

This is what Obama did when he set up his shadow government in DC, too, just a little ways down from the WH
