A strong Immune system is basically an invisible one. You don't get sick. The fact that they're actually developing a fever is disturbing because that's something the body does to itself to accelerate your immuno response even at risk of our own bodies, isn't it? Basically the body has identified foreign particles so dangerous it's risking its own safety by generatoring a fever because it's so desperat to fight it off.

The immune system is neither perfect nor sentient so it rushing a strong reaction for a big infection and quickly pulling back thanks to the immune system quickly clearing the infection is a sign of an at least mostly healthy and strong immune system that worked. Anything more than that is a very bad sign for your personal health, or that the dose you got was contaminated in some way.
