I am almost always the only maskless person I see walking around on the streets of my nabe, which are not at all crowded. It's insane. I'm always looking around for another maskless person to thank for not wearing a mask outside like a fucking loon! So far no luck.
I went to a funeral the other day, it was outside. Masks were required. I felt like an idiot wearing one as studies have already proven the odds of transmission in the 1 in a million range outside, but did it anywhere to show respect and not cause a scene.
What was really weird was being in the group picture and still having to keep the mask on for the photo.
I felt compromised afterwards like maybe I should have just said f*k it and made a stand.
