And yes it is "proper" language. Words are made up. Speech can easily prolong emphasis without obnoxious shouting.
Skillful poetic or artistic use of language works way better than Linkin Park songs (Justice for Chester!).
Be creative with your language. Smart language is too overwhelming for leftists to hen peck and can be explained away as any artistic symbolism.
Plus boring speech of political hacks is easily exposed by one charismatic speaker.

A section on typographical noise discussed many aspects, including the use of capitols. When writing in all CAPs, it slows the reader down by about 50% [versus regular text].
Since written-word-tools have difficultly expressing the nuances of the spoken word, things like bold, italics, caps, and those special characters like ! are still difficult to get the spoken aspects of speech. Either be creative with the toolset or expand the message with more sentences.
