Would have been better to accept the recent case regarding non violent felons and lifetime 2A ban. Obviously unconstitutional but they didn't have the balls to take it up.
While helpful, it is nowhere near good enough. This group of judges will go down in history as compromised cowards who turtled when they had the opportunity to save the republic. This will be their legacy. Excepting the actual patriots that have courage, led by justice thomas.
At this point, I'm not so sure. We will know soon though. If they allow bullshit like making D.C a state, they will allow any and all of the communist agenda.
