Well, I've been saying something similar. It is the clear Constitutional purview of State Legislatures to recall their electors.

And cleaning the Legislatures and mobilizing is important.

But right now, we've got to be flooding the phone lines of the Legislators currently in office. We need to start protesting in their faces. We the People have to demand that they act.

I'm all over that one already.

What happens if the Supreme Court of a state, say Arizona, were to decide to interfere with the State legislature's Constitutional responsibility? Which side would SCOTUS pick then?

Whichever side pays them more

That's already happened in PA.

Well, I'm sort of wondering what John Roberts is gonna do to this current audit because it's comprehensive and involves the actual ballots. If they stonewall this one it's probably gonna be a hot time because they're not only ignoring it but they're actively part of the coup.

I don't think that SCOTUS necessarily will be weighing in on this process. If fraud is established so that the State Legislature of AZ withdraws their elector certification, SCOTUS isn't involved.

I'm sure there will be cases brought, but it's pretty hard to argue that AZ has the right to do exactly that.

I'm thinking about the new Judge that's tied to Perkins Coie. If he meddles in this it's going to the State Supreme Court I think.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Hasn't the AZ Supreme Court already ruled in favor of the audit? It'd be pretty hard for this new judge to rule against that.

emperorbma 3 points ago +3 / -0

Possibly. I may have missed that detail. If so, then I'm just worrying about nothing.

We need to be worrying about everything. There is obviously no limit to what these criminals will do to keep their crimes from being revealed.

The SCOTUS can always flip-flop on any matter(s) that they choose. They will just throw some legalese and say that "X is the issue, and X is the constitutional solution. WTF you gonna do about it? (Deposit those royalties in my wife's bank account, this time, 'kay?)"

If the SCOTUS would have taken up any case over this election they’d basically set a precedent that all elections going forward are going to be decided by SCOTUS, because neither party has any dignity and would sue every election going forward.

Brilliant justices would specifically address that issue in their ruling.

Gonna have to disagree.

Sad but true.

We have majorities in the legislatures because of rinos most likely, trying to evict them would likely just put Democrats in their place.

States need to realize how much power they have over the federal government and start telling the feds to fuck off.

Eventually the Democrats will agree that there may have been some election tampering and that maybe a full US 2020 election audit would be a good idea, but only on the condition that the current administrative and judicial and legislative appointments/results are uncontested and not changed therein. This way they can pretend to not be officially involved in the cheat, and nothing changes.

The US civil war will begin the following morning.

Until another election case, filed by a Democrat, comes up. Then, SCOTUS will gladly interfere in a State election matter.

Taking over the local offices across the country has to be done no matter what else happens. You've got real Patriots getting involved in grass roots efforts and you want to denigrate them?

OK, you do you.

1
Bundabar 1 point ago +1 / -0

Doesn’t matter now. The voting system spits out the number they want.

Grass roots all they want, for some reason they’ll just always lose by a small margin.

The steal was coordinated... law enforcement, state legislators, DOJ, Congress & SCOTUS are all complicit and there is CORRUPTION and lawlessness in every branch

2
unaor 2 points ago +2 / -0

The Supreme Court can not reduse to hear an Original Jurisdiction case, however. They did, but they are not allowed to. All 7 "justices" that voted to not hear the case abdicated their Constitutional duty and must be removed from the Court.

2
Schwungle 2 points ago +2 / -0

The reason they didn't take the case is domestic terrorism.

2
doug2 2 points ago +2 / -0

BS, they wouldn't take it because they're useless cucks

This is one of the nuances of this that sometimes gets lost here. There were a couple of "right" places to handle this including the state legislatures and state courts. Other entities may have been able to try to stand in the way, but most would have assuredly been overruled and all would have had consequences down the line even if they succeeded.

I know a lot of politicians get hated here when some at least had legitimate reasons to believe that it just wasn't their role. It is also fair to say that desperate times call for desperate measures, but not everyone who wouldn't try to block it with every tool at their disposal no matter how inappropriate is an enemy.

1
Txiribiton 1 point ago +1 / -0

No. They also didn't take the cases of politicians and judges usurping the power of the state legislature, creating their own laws, counting illegal votes based on illegal laws, etc. No, SCOTUS is a part of the steal, most are traitors that should hang in the middle of Washington.

Fuck that! I want my motherfucking stolen vote back today! I don't care how you do it, but it gets done Today! This is your last motherfucking warning!
