(full disclosure: this is my interpretation as someone with zero legal experience.)

The judge allowed Arizona SoS Katie Hobbs with the First Amendment Alliance (Perkins Coie) to join the Democrats suit. This allows the Democrats to avoid bail and use Katie Hobb’s position to provide assurance. Judge then denied the addition of someone else to join the suit (can’t remember the name). Cyber Ninja attorneys argued that the Dems have no evidence of fraud that would warrant a restraining order. Dems argued otherwise without presenting any particular piece of evidence. Cyber Ninja attorneys cannot disclose the audit procedures without Senate approval. Judge said he would not provide an order of the Senate to allow Cyber Ninjas to release information specifically relating to audit procedures.

The Dems want the Senate to waive their immunity. I believe this would allow individuals to sue the senate if they claimed that their rights had been infringed upon. Cyber Ninjas want to release audit relevant information confidentially so that trade secrets and procedures won’t be available to be shared outside of the hearings. They claim that it could potentially put the participants of the audit by revealing how security is being conducted. There will be another hearing tomorrow to discuss the restraining order and Cyber Ninja’s request to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets.

My interpretation: The judge is signaling that he will offer Cyber Ninjas two options. Have the senate waive immunity or the restraining order will be instated while Cyber Ninjas argues for the privilege of sharing information confidentially.

The REAL reason why the judge needed another day is to find out how much Soros is willing to pay him. The Judge and Soros are in negotiations as we speak.

"Judge then denied the addition of someone else to join the suit (can’t remember the name)."

It was We The People AZ Alliance. They filed a Amicus Brief. The judge cucked out and screwed them over. They're based and are on our side. They are the ones who organized petitions to recall the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

There was a suit in Justice Bolick's court. Dems' Response would be due this afternoon. Is it still alive?

I was unaware that he was still presiding over anything related to the audit. Unfortunately, I don't have any info about what's going on with that.
