And if you don't pay you go to jail. It is a lose lose situation here.

84
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 84 points ago +90 / -6

The IRS CANNOT send you to jail or file criminal charges against you for failing to pay your taxes. If you don't have enough money to pay your taxes, you're in the clear. Levees, wage garnishment all exist, but if you don't have enough money to pay they can not legally throw you in prison. That being said, there have been a lot of scams going around in 2020 and this year as well. Cryptocurrency-relating scams. It would be a shame if you were an unintentional victim, and you would have my deepest condolences.

I've noticed that a lot of federal agents appear to be morbidly obese women, so I'm not sure how capable they will be in the field.

If that's our best showing you can understand my hesitation to believe in our mass action capabilities

17
alien_observer 17 points ago +21 / -4

the only order given was to hang out and have a good time. thats exactly what happened. the real purpose was to show the numbers our side has. that happened too. yeah, so the fascists threw a handful of our peeps in solitary. of course they did. yeah, so they bitch about us on the news. so what?

jan 6 was exactly what it needed to be. that crowd could have picked up the building and walked away with it, instead they just hung out. lefties know they can't gather numbers like that, and even if they got one a quarter of the size, it would have been a disaster for all involved.

instead, it takes heavily funded propaganda to make us look like we are the insane minority instead of the sane majority that we are.

tl;dr quit dooming, retard

3
Curlybill 3 points ago +4 / -1

I like your take, and it puts some perspective on it. To make an omelet right? Like the man said the tree of liberty requires the blood of Patriots and tyrants alike. Most people don't want to see that its always the Patriots that will bleed first. And think if i cant win i wont play.

37
REDMARAUDER 37 points ago +39 / -2

You're right.

I stopped paying my taxes. I pulled most of my money out of banks if it isn't in unearned income assets. I'm not giving a dime to this fraudulent regime.

But then we all know most Republicans will just bitch out because "muh family." Nobody is saying your kids have to do the same but if you're going to keep giving away money to a regime that wants you dead, just stop posting here. You're a slave. Biden's bitch.

You don't even have to be as bold (and dumb) as me. Just don't pay or pay far less than what you owe. Unless you are a very high income earner the IRS is far less likely to audit you than most people realize. Even if your name comes up then you can say it was a mistake & you were confused because of shifting deadlines. But don't just bend over this year.

Just do something.

It’s fucking garbage and it’s made this something I would no longer recommend to friends or family. I have no problem with encouraging others to resist, but we are at a point where we are constantly attacking each other, and I’m done just sitting here and reading it.

Trump's lawyer was just raided and this is after a corrupt court decided that political opponents could look at his tax filings.

We all have to start doing our part at the ground level.

For anyone serious about this stuff.

  2. start using cash again.
  3. learn how to use crypto.
  4. start buying silver now.
1
mrsucko 1 point ago +19 / -18

Why would ANY Republican lead something like a "tax revolt" if even merely saying "Be there, it will be wild" is now equated with inciting an insurrection? The Deep State has violently taken its control back, with even more power and 100% partnership with every major media company, entertainment outlet, social media, and sports leagues.

The FBI (terrorist group) is being deployed to terrorize regular citizens. The National Guard has militarized Washington DC.

Tell me why I'm wrong.

Because you're a fucking idiot, beta cringe enthusiast. But you're probably too stupid to realize that, because you're fucking REE-ing that Trump can't fucking fix everything by hinmself, especially being stabbed in the back by SCOTUS, Pence, Barr, McConnell, and countless other GOP members. Not to mention the entire corrupt Democrat Communist party.

Truth. Trump promised he would fight for America, and no President in my lifetime has come anywhere close to fulfilling so many of his campaign promises. He did it all in the first year alone!

I'm not going to Monday morning quarterback him now. Imagine that you have an election stolen from you and not a single person in the government will stand up for your rights. There comes a point where it doesn't matter if you're the President. They would have removed him in two seconds if he tried anything to stop them. He would have been prohibited from running in 2024. He'd probably be in jail.

It seems to me he made the smart move, especially if the best is yet to come.

SECESSION OR SLAVERY

WHAT IS YOUR CHOICE?!?

https://patriots.win/p/12i3pteJUN

https://RedCountyRevolt.com

https://RedStateSecession.org

https://TNM.me - Texas Nationalist Movement

Everything except secession is now a pointless waste of time!

Without secession, we are under the boot of the communists! They control the media, the academia, and all major online platforms. They won stole the House, Senate, and the Presidency. They already consistently win the popular vote. They will end the Electoral College, import tens of millions of low-IQ moochers (especially to Texas), add DC & PR statehood, and have total political control!

For starters we need political migration to Republican-majority counties: ideally in solid-red states, and ideally not landlocked. Buy up all the land, vote out all the commies, and do Gandhi-style non-violent resistance until we are free!

Once the dam cracks, secession will take off all over the world (especially Russia, China, etc). Down with globalism, down with all empires, all power to Individual Rights and local communities between which people can vote with their feet! When governments compete, brains and capital flow towards greatest economic freedom, socialism runs out of other people's money, and LIBERTY SHALL PREVAIL!

2
Lovepede 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't want to receive anything from the government, but say for a moment that was the goal... At the end of the trillions Biden is now pumping up, there will be no universal free healthcare, there will be no free college, there will be no national high speed rail, there will be no perfect highways and pothole free roads. Nothing will majorly change. People with jobs will still pay health insurance on top of taxes, while unemployed and illegals may get free healthcare if they don't have any assets. Working people will be required to draw down their assets before getting anything from the government.

Tuition may be free for associate degrees. That still leaves the cost of dorm rooms, books, computers, transport and everything else. The cost of carving out 4-6 years of life to study is much more than tuition , and it's most easily paid for through a vibrant economy where young people can get a start.

No kid is worth $15/hour to start.

This won't appeal to everyone, but you could commit to a low-income lifestyle, then apply for every gib you can qualify for, to offset what little taxes you do pay. Perhaps have a non-working wife who clips coupons, goes to food banks and yard sales, and searches the internet for more free gibs.

newuser999 7 points ago +7 / -0

The gibs don't start flowing until your income is poverty level and the only way to get to that level is to have your significant other claim they are jobless or disabled so that they qualify for all the gibs forever. You also can't marry this person or else their income will morph with yours and the gibs stop.

4
Granny 4 points ago +4 / -0

Well yes, we're talking about a low-income household. You'd have to be able to tolerate that, and find ways to live comfortably without luxuries. Here's an interesting factoid: in most states, a family of four, making up to $34,000 year, can qualify for medicaid (which is actually quite good health insurance).

3
newuser999 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's so low tho and where I live, rent or home ownership with a mortgage would cost 17k per year alone. That leaves 14k for food and other things. It's a bad way to live

4
Granny 4 points ago +4 / -0

It's definitely not for everyone. For sure. Not me, not you, but some people would relish the challenge. Plus, there are so many little known gibs that can be found, if one is serious about it.

TheGamerToTheRight 12 points ago +12 / -0

Going Galt is from the essential book, Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, where the story's main question "Who is John Galt?" and the answer is among the most relevant to today's events.

We often use the term regarding refusal to engage in taxation and the social structure that demonizes us- removing ourselves from the system that uses and abuses us for being productive in favor of others who mostly provide little productive value, rarely enough to support their own existence without support of others. Strong emphasis on Makers vs Takers.

Below explanation is borrowed from https://www.atlassociety.org/post/going-galt (by Edward Hudgins)

WHAT IS "GOING GALT?"

  • "Going Galt" doesn't simply mean getting angry. That would be "Going Postal." It means having righteous indignation at the injustice of a political system that bails out individuals and institutions for irresponsible behavior and at the expense of those like you who prosper through hard work and personal responsibly.

  • "Going Galt" means asking in the face of new taxes and government controls, "Why work at all?" "For whom am I working?" "Am I a slave?"

  • "Going Galt" means recognizing that you're being punished not for your vices but for your virtues.

  • "Going Galt" means recognizing that you have a moral right to your own life, the pursuit of your own happiness, and thus to the rewards you've earned with your labor.

  • "Going Galt" means recognizing that you deserve praise and honor for your achievements rather than damnation as "exploiters."

  • "Going Galt" means recognizing that you do not need to justify your life or wealth to your neighbors, "society," or politicians, or bureaucrats. They're yours, period!

  • "Going Galt" means recognizing that the needs of others do not give them a claim to your time, effort, and achievements.

  • "Going Galt" means shrugging off unearned guilt, refusing to support your own destroyers, refusing to give them what Ayn Rand termed "the sanction of the victim." It means taking the moral high ground by explicitly rejecting as evil the premise of "self-sacrifice" that they sell to you as a virtue— in fact "self-sacrifice" is an invitation to suicide.

It's not a prisoner's dilemma problem, though. To have a prisoner's dilemma, you have to have at least two parties (usually two parties) who have the opportunity to betray one another in order to benefit themselves.

Perhaps I don't understand where you're coming from... can you explain in more detail?

8
Train_w_no_brakes 8 points ago +8 / -0

Well you do have two parties. You have people who will pay taxes and people who wouldn’t. The the people who would pay taxes will be the ones betraying you. If too many people decided to pay them, all of those who didn’t would be arrested. If everyone fell in line, no one would go to jail. Same concept behind the GameStop craziness.

Sort of--the GameStop craziness is closer to one (as simultaneous trades of the same stock effect the market for that stock), but still not perfect.

For the tax situation to be a prisoner's dilemma, party B's decision to not pay taxes would have to (directly) increase the amount that party A pays in the same year. If almost everyone decided not to pay their taxes, and a handful of people paid their taxes, the IRS couldn't go to those who paid their taxes and tell them that they now have to pay more. That would be illegal...

However, we DO live in f-ing clown world.

Why am I having to sell assets to pay their tax when they have been robbing me all year?

7
Seruna_Kanus 7 points ago +7 / -0

Ditto. I hate the feeling. First year I have to owe on taxes.

Ya know what, maybe we should raise minimum wage across the board, force all the scrubs to owe on taxes. Maybe then they will realize.

10
Pepe-Meme 10 points ago +10 / -0

You mean owe more than you already paid in from your payroll deductions!

They will not realize shit, the percentage taken from their paychecks will be the same so IRS gets more but so does the person receiving the pay check.

If you make $10 and pay 20% tax you pay $2 leaving $8 for per hour

If you make $15 and pay 20% tax you pay $3 leaving $12 for per hour

To pay this person $15 an hour means they must work TWICE as hard because someone else has to be laid off!

Meanwhile in Australia, every week is tax time.

Pepe-Meme 13 points ago +13 / -0

Same in the USA. They take it out in every single pay check. Also, locally, they take it out in your Mortgage through escrow for property, water and school taxes every month too.

Out of sight is out of mind!

Donger-Lord2 7 points ago +11 / -4

Simply don’t.

Shmoocifer 19 points ago +19 / -0

I haven't, and won't. I have a suspicion they extended deadline because many others haven't and they are baffled, and hoping people will change their minds, 'come to their senses'. No. I won't Fucking do it. I am NOT represented by our government.... No taxation without representation meant enough to the founders to fight a war and throw their lives for. And it does to me, as well. Suck my ass, government.

AlexWin1939 5 points ago +8 / -3

Yeah real simple...

7
REDMARAUDER 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yes don't pay.

If you can't fucking do something as simple as refuse to give your money to a regime that wants you dead, just write "I'M BIDEN'S BITCH" on your forehead.

You don't have to scream to the world. You can even just fuck around and pay less than what you know your real obligation is. But do something

1
AlexWin1939 1 point ago +2 / -1

You convinced me. I shall forever forsake MAGA and donate and vote for globalist dem causes. I’ll make sure all donations are in honor of “Redmarauder”. Thx for your wonderful contribution to patriots dot win. Stupid fucking idiot, when you make more than minimum wage the irs gives you a little extra attention. Maybe you’ll learn that one day when you graduate from fry cook.

Donger-Lord2 2 points ago +3 / -1

Diversify into real estate. Get a CPA who knows the writeoffs well. Thank me later.

y_do_i_need_to_hide 6 points ago +6 / -0

They didn't count my vote, I'm not giving them a fucking dime. If they arrest me they'll be forced to give me three squares a day, and I will be riling up the Nation of Islam guys to overthrow this fucking government. It's time to go to the mattresses, do not pay these fucking Crooks.

5
REDMARAUDER 5 points ago +6 / -1

You want to know why we're going to lose? Because at the end of the day most people here won't even have the courage to reduce their tax obligations. Stretch the truth. You don't have to scream to the world. But you can at the very least take some liberty with deductions and credits. The IRS is just as fucking incompetent as any other government agency - unless you're making over $250k their audits are statistical noise. And if you do get called, say it was a mistake.

Do something. You're living under an unconstitutional regime that wants you dead

james43552352345 5 points ago +5 / -0

Use monero. It is exempt from taxes since everything is encrypted and anonymous.

4
nocomply55 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yes. Do not pay them. This is going to make some people mad but it needs to be said. You have an absolute duty not to pay them. If you pay them, you are complicit. Grow some fucking balls. If you can't do this now what are you going to do and when? You're not going to be defending your family with guns. I guarantee you that. I'm supposed to believe that you're so scared of the IRS but you'd be willing to be Chauvined? No. If people do not take stands, then this ALL continues. It ALL continues until you take a meaningful stand.

4
SaulGoodman 4 points ago +4 / -0

I always feel that way every single year. It's ransom money. Pay us or go to jail.

4
Itsshowtime 4 points ago +4 / -0

yeah after they devalue the shit out of my labor by printing money from thin air and then spending what I do contribute on paying for Jose and family's hotel arrangements and paying more for healthcare to subsidize their unpaid bills it is a little insulting.

4
sleepy_roger 4 points ago +4 / -0

I paid my additional fucking 8k. Fuck them.

4
humped2424 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why pay taxes when the money printer goes brrrrr

4
Annpi 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sell your place, cross the border, collect 6 months free hotel stay.... you'll save a ton on living expenses

1
Dark_Shroud 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah, so many Boomers declaring bankruptcy just to sell everything and run to Brazil or Spain.

Apparently economists don't want to talk about the noticeable amount of Baby Boomers declaring bankruptcy because they don't want the rest of them to get this idea.

How could they afford to refinance their mini-mansion 4-5 times since buying it back in 80s? Rolling their credit card debts into each refinance? That RV / Boat / Motorcycle purchase?

They planned to go bankrupt before retiring.

Some of them now living in Brazil and talking no end of shit about how bad the US's hospitals and health care are.

Or how its common down there to only pay $15 for a cellphone data plan and use What's App and how smart that is...

3
bluedevilga 3 points ago +3 / -0

You mean the ones that have turned the tax largess into a system of organized theft, sometimes laundering the money through foreign countries, but sending the money through different programs diverting it to different companies with beautiful buildings and names we've never heard, and the money somehow gets back around to the politicians so they can have a nice house in maclean and a greater one in switzerland? Why would I have a problem with that?

3
notCIA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Haven't filed in like 7 years.

3
alien_observer 3 points ago +3 / -0

Send that shit straight to the new white house in FL. I'm in Canada, and that's what I want to do.

3
RizzlieDoodad 3 points ago +4 / -1

If I don't pay they'll take my house

2
Shmoocifer 2 points ago +5 / -3

Whatever you value more than your freedom will be used to enslave you.

They will try to take your house. They will tell you that you no longer own it. But they are lying like they did with the election. Open your fucking eyes, pede.

1
Pepe-Meme 1 point ago +2 / -1

Only if you do not pay Property, School, or City Water taxes. If you don't pay federal income taxes they take it all and freeze all assets until they get it!

-4
REDMARAUDER -4 points ago +3 / -7

Well sounds like you're Biden's bitch

3
GreyKnight 3 points ago +3 / -0

Taxes are the only reason the government gets away with what they do. They have a complicit system in which states and businesses allow or take money for the government directly out of transactions. If the government relied upon us to pay them and had to pursue us to collect if we didn't as much as the promise to give our money away to voters for their support, I think things would be different. Buying votes is the root mechanism that led to government mismanagement via immigration, welfare, etc. If we had a state back tax strike that wouldn't comply in facilitating the federal overreach and collapsed their tax income maybe things would change, but really the just tax us so they can carry out their stupid ideas, they tax us when it fails, and then they tax us to correct which is also stupid and restarts the cycle. They have blanket immunity, we are held financially liable.

3
JustTheNews 3 points ago +3 / -0

I am not filing taxes this year.....no way no how

3
Creepy_Ginger 3 points ago +3 / -0

What taxes? No money made = no money paid.

3
ProudWhiteMan 3 points ago +3 / -0

If you're not planning to use all loopholes, forget to claim, lie about your earnings where you can you are an enemy of the nation. They can't audit 150m people so maximize everything you can and pay as little maybe more than you should.

2
QueensOwn 2 points ago +2 / -0

I just read an article that indicated you are far more likely to be harassed and audited by the IRS if you make LESS money.

Here’s why, it is apparently very expensive to go after, find and prove cases against substantial tax cheats who have elaborate schemes to hide income. So if your a middle income taxpayer, buckle up. You have a name, address and a W-2 so be careful on those questionable deductions. If your a million dollar earner hiding income in an off shore account in the Cayman Islands...don’t worry about it. What a world we live in right?

2
TakenusernameA 2 points ago +2 / -0

The IRS lacks the manpower to arrest 80 Million people for failing to pay racket fees. Naturally, they will try to make examples though. That is where having your neighbors backs comes in. If you want to send a message, be willing to die for your neighbor. Otherwise you will die in a camp, wishing you could have done something.

Well... I feel that way when I file quarterly... so it’s not just a single day in April (May) when I get frustrated.
