Ok, let's get this straight. There is only men and women.
Men do not belong on women's team cause men are biologically more athletic.
Women can try to get on a men's team, which is a feat in itself cause she must be a top athlete to even be close to a mediocre male.
So if she's out performing the men, ya, give her a spot.
