For those who don't know, the Constitutional Association filed a lawsuit against Kamala Harris challenging her eligibility for VP or POTUS because she is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN. This is because neither of her parents were citizens when she was born, and both have to be (yes, this should have applied to Obama).

I am fortunate enough to know the gentlemen who brought the suit, and let me just say that they know what they are talking about. They are the smartest Constitutional scholars I've ever met and I am blessed to have access to their knowledge. They are very serious about this suit.

Last night, I got their latest update.

The lawsuit was filed on December 7, 2020 and finally served to Kamala on March 7, 2021. They weren't sure if she had 21 or 60 days to respond, but the 21 day window has passed, so the assumption is that the judge ruled it was a 60 day window.

That 60 day window expires next week (Friday I believe). There has been no response yet.

If she does not respond, the judge will rule against her.

This will not remove her from office, as they'll play every legal trick in the books and certainly appeal.

There are no guarantees on this one, but it most certainly is worth pursuing, don't you think?

You can read all about it here: https://constitutionassociation.yolasite.com/kh-lawsuit.php

Unfortunately she was born in Kommiefornia, making her a citizen regardless of parents nationality.

That is what is being challenged. The Founding Fathers did not think anyone with dual loyalties should be running the country, so they made you have to be at least 2nd generation.

Please read the link I provided and let me know if that changes your mind.

No, didn't change my mind. This was tried with Obumbles, and dismissed by lower courts. The Constitution does not define the meaning of "natural born citizen", and it is generally accepted to mean born in the USA. I don't like the bitch and don't think she should be VP, but here we are. AND if it ever made it to the SCOTUS, those cunts would F up and give her a pass.

It wasn't tried with Obama. They questioned where HE was born, not where his parents were born.

How about this? A California judge has already agreed the case has merit and did not dismiss it.

Keep your eye out for my update next weekend and let's see if there's more to this.

It's really supposed to mean anyone born to a citizen parent anywhere in the world if you see discussions in the early days of the nation and the first lawsuits

Long shot but I like it. We need to be using every possible avenue available.

Thank you fren! High energy constitutional scholarship followed by action is what can save this country before we use the 2nd Amendment

I hadn't heard about this at all, thank you for the information and the update. I remember reading something about this issue a while back....maybe from John Eastman? Whomever it was, he made an interesting, valid argument.

You don't need both parents to be a citizen in order to be a natural citizen yourself. Only my father was a US citizen when I was born and I was an American citizen since birth with no other citizenship.

Neither of her parents were citizens at the time. Or ever for that matter.

Her father became a citizen in 2015
