DOA.

It wont take long before banks prevent you from connecting your accounts to GabPay.

They don't require banks. That's also not even how it works. The banks do not control your money. It's SUPER illegal for a bank to do that. Banks literally allow you to turn money into invisible internet dog coins.

The banks do not control your money

Lmao tell that to high profile conservatives and media who have had their banks tell them to fuck off. Why do you think Gab is going this route in the first place? Because the bank they were using closed their accounts. A bank can absolutely put a hold on your account based on activity, including connecting to a third party service like GabPay and even take it a step further and seize your money if they feel like you were engaging in "illegal activity". There is nothing stopping your bank from also blocking connecting to services like Coinbase, Binance, etc if they so choose to and disallow you from purchasing those invisible internet dog coins. You can't even connect your bank accounts to Google/Apple pay unless your bank specifically supports it.

I suggest you do a little more research on the subject. Don't want your money controlled? Use cash and only cash, period.

They would have to prove it's illegal. No one will work with a bank that steals your money.

You and I both know that people, banks, democrat lawmakers are going after places like Gab, and other conservative media. Banks can decide that Gab is facilitating "hate speech" and that's literally all they need to shut it down. Until a high profile conservative billionaire starts their own bank, this is just going to be a cat and mouse game with banks having a vendetta against conservative media, unfortunately.

You're extremely naïve to think that there won't be pushback from banks about GabPay, in literally any capacity whatsoever.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Gab is taking a stand and doing their own thing to fight against MSM and establishment entities, until we know they can pull it off, and sustain GabPay for a decent amount of time, I don't think its a good idea to stay as optimistic as you are about it.
