OR...you can use my plan. Give out drugs for free. THE CATCH, you have to use them in a special purpose facility...with all amenities. Game rooms, bedrooms, spa, pool, bar, food....anything you want...all the drugs you want...but you can't leave unless you're sober. No one will ever leave, and eventually die from overdose. Problem solved.

Man need rules ... and discipline ... man must be governed ... the rub is we believe the only authority under the sun is bestowed on politics and the state

I know that. But when men don't follow rules because they don't have any discipline, let them cull themselves on whatever they want. I used to think they should be illegal, but lately I just don't give a fuck anymore. We have more important fish to fry.

The best solution to addiction is intervention by friends and family. When someone is trying to help you through it, you can get through it. It is almost impossible for those who don’t have friends and family to stop their addiction.

On the other hand, economically, banning a highly demanded substance only creates a black market for it. Continuously attacking the supply chain makes the chain stronger and the drugs more potent to compensate. It would be better if you gave legal license to the drugs that would be safer and have it treated under medical conditions. The best thing would to give drug license to non-profits on the condition of continuous audits, which would make for an openly available rehab.
