I don’t know guys, California should be ok now as most of them are here in Texas now buying homes on the internet site unseen. House next door is for sale. They are asking 400,000. There are 2 people so far in a bidding war over the house and and it’s up to 420,000 now. History will repeat
It actually is, too bad the California government and vocal minority of the residents are a bunch of looney leftists. It makes for an opportunity to try things at scale. Too bad they only learn the bad lessons and insist on no matter how wrong they are, they are actually right.
