It's the "free press", not "Free Press™". We have the first amendment because every citizen is a journalist.
Wr have the secone amendment for the same reason. Every citizen is a national guard.
The SCOTUS, however, can't help but look to European law to interpret the Constitution.
SCOTUS gave themselves the power of Judicial Review in 1803. Just sort of grabbed it out of thin air.
We also have things called "substantive rights", which are constitutional amendments made by SCOTUS. It's how Roe v Wade was decided. It's also how Scalia was able to eliminate religious freedom in the Employment Division case.
I personally think that every 50 years all common law should be nullified. And then any common law not passed by legislature as a codified law is null. And any constitutional interpretations not amended into the constitution are null.
But then how will the state make money from sending inspectors to fine companies for violating tiny statutes buried in 40000 page documents?

Lol. The state doesn't actually make money from those fines. The people who make money are the accounting and law firms. The regulators are just doing their time before they get the lobbying job or advisory job that makes them big money.

I'm not sure how to cancel them, I've been boycotting corporate media including fox for over a decade now, trying to show others how much lying garbage the corporate media is, and supporting alternative media platforms. I'm open to new, tangible ideas though as it never seems like enough.

Yeah boycotts work, telling friends and showing them the truth, getting friends onto alternative media, whistleblowers going undercover at woke institutions/companies and reporting on and exposing what they're doing, taking part in official harassment campaigns against corrupt official media and politicians (flooding them with calls/emails/social media harassment/physical harassment at their homes until they realize that they can no longer work anymore until they relent; it works for the left and we've seen that it works for us too now, like when they reinstated a fired officer after Officer Tatum got half a million views telling people to contact the police station), and suing them (especially in class action lawsuits), going after their advertisers, canceling them, getting their teachers and "journalists" fired, digging up every little spec of dirt in their past and crucifying them for it no matter how long ago or how much they repent today (because the left never forgives). We need to impale them on their own wokeness spear until they all become terrified of the monster they have created. We need to make them live in the kind of world of fear that they are creating for conservatives/sane people. We also need to get more physical like the left. There's no other way. The peaceful, "talk rationally to them" approach has just led to the gradual destabilization of society as they continued seizing power. The problem with all of this, though, is that the right are sane people who aren't violent nutjobs like the left, so we have a much tougher time organizing the kind of energy needed to push back. But if we don't push back now, we may as well just give up immediately, because it will be the end of us.
The other problem with us organizing is that the feds target us the second we do, even if out intent is 100% legal they do everything they can lawfare us. Nonetheless, good food for thought and truth be told we have to fight every way we can whether the feds come after us or not. Freedom has never been free.
That's true and I have been thinking about that. The feds are incredibly infected by leftists and they target us the minute we fight back even peacefully.
I have been thinking that we need a dedicated website for targeting and organizing campaigns against every corrupt official, with what they have done, news article sources, official contact details like phone numbers, home addresses, lists of advertisers and their contact details so we can harass them too until they drop their support, etc, to create change through activism the same way the left does... but it would get shut down by hosts and domain registers the moment it goes up... :/
Right now we are living in a world where most people see what is going on and know that it is wrong. But nobody dares do anything because the entire leftist machine has set up a self-reinforcing feedback loop where everyone follows the marching orders and knows "how to act and react" to everything, no matter how wrong they themselves know it is. Nobody wants to be the person to speak the truth in a world of lies.
