youve read the 2nd amendment, correct? It doesnt say a damn thing about hunting or self defense...
They would have done better to refuse from the beginning and get shot right there and make a stinking pile of bodies and a lot of noise right in the middle of, say, Paris. They would have been just as dead but it would not have been so quiet and orderly and convenient.

That would have been awkward, inesthetic, smelly, complicated and noisy. Bodies rot nauseatingly in about three days or so. They start oozing and falling apart. There is a reason graves have to be so deep.
That is why the murdering got done way, way East, out of the view of the western newspapers.
