Marylyn Todd needs attorneys to help get a TRO! They have 50k raised for legal fees. If you know a constitutional attorney, OR have any additional information that may help, reach out to Marylyn Todd!

  • Organizing Effort/Rally in Dalton GA Today from 2-5PM

Behizy mentioned that the Patriot Rally in Georgia will be more than a rally but also an effort to organize so that we can get some canvassing and audits going in Georgia as well.

Here's Behizy's video with more detail: https://odysee.com/@Behizy:d/the-georgia-domino-is-about-to-fall:1

  • Volunteer to Canvass and Hand Count at the Audit (Need Maricopa Residents)

If you’re anywhere in Arizona, please consider volunteering to canvass. Liz and her group want to canvass as much of Arizona as possible. You can sign up here: http://itsmellsfunny.com/

At the Coliseum, they still need to fill hand counting positions. You will need to be a Maricopa resident to assist in hand counting. You can sign up for that here: https://fundtheaudit.com/volunteer/

  • Concerning Other State Audits (PA Considering Sample Audit Bill)

Please sign this Pennsylvania audit petition here: https://populistrevolt.com/pennsylvania/

You can also use that same page to email the Pennsylvania legislators and tell them to audit Allegheny County, Philadelphia County, and Bucks County.

When contacting the PA legislators, be adamant that we want a full comprehensive forensic audit. That includes inspecting the systems that were used and checking for kinematic artifacts with Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. If this is deemed too expensive, citizens will pay for the audit as long as it is independent with independent contractors (such as Allied Security Operations Group or Cyber Ninjas) and the Auditor General is not involved. The Auditor General has no experience conducting a full forensic audit and would be unqualified to perform a large-scale audit.

Secondly, a bill is unnecessary. You have the plenary power and authority to subpoena the machines, physical ballots, and other equipment. Once the materials are subpoenaed, then a proper full forensic audit can be conducted.

We do not want a sample audit. We expect 100% accountability with a 100% audit.

While you're on that website use this page ( https://populistrevolt.com/action/ ) to find the contact info for the Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin legislators. Tell them (especially Senators) to place legislative subpoenas gaining access to paper ballots, machines, and everything necessary to conduct a full, thorough forensic analysis audit.

  • How to Start Canvassing in your Own State

Liz and Gail made a video detailing how to get started with canvassing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=88jVa-u6MhM

  • Anti-Canvassing Radio Ads Still on the Air

KNIX and KSLX radio stations are airing ads against the canvassing efforts in Arizona. You can contact them here:

  • Auditors Chosen for Windham NH are Compromised

Mark Lindeman of Verified Voting, chosen by the Windham Board of Selectmen, has previously signed a letter of disapproval of the Maricopa audit. Harri Hursti, chosen by the AG and SoS, has repeatedly dismissed the possibility of election fraud this past election and has previously served on the board of advisors of Verified Voting. Philip Stark, chosen by the other two auditors, previously resigned from Verified Voting and claiming that it was a corrupt organization.

You can read more about that here: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/05/philip-stark-named-third-final-member-chosen-windham-nh-forensic-audit-california-mathematician-made-headlines-resigning-verified-voting/

The SoS of NH has refused to allow the people of Windham to audit their own ballots. The money for the NH Voter Integrity fund will now be going to legal fees for attorneys so they can get access to the ballots/equipment, press lawsuits against VV to prevent them from accessing the ballots/equipment, in addition to hiring Jovan.

Continue to clog the BOS, AG, and SoS’s emails and voicemails with demands that they use Allied Security Operations Group with the assistance of Jovan Pulitzer in order to prevent an unbalanced forensic team of voting machine analysts.

  • Tell the Senate’s Lawyers to Enforce the Subpoenas for Routers and Admin Credentials

Maricopa County BOS did not deliver all of the subpoenaed equipment or the admin passwords. They are claiming it would be a security risk to turn over routers and that they do not have the passwords.

Encourage the Senate’s lawyers to enforce, clarify, or issue a new subpoena for the routers and the admin credentials. The auditors need access and control of all routers in order to conduct a full forensic audit. The routers are some of the most important pieces of equipment to be audited. If they don't have the admin credentials, it is the county's responsibility to get that information and turn it over to the Senate. If the Board of Supervisors ignores this request, the Senate must take action. We cannot allow them to delay this audit once again.

  • Tell the Biden DOJ What You Think of their Meddling in Arizona

The DOJ is claiming that the ballots and election equipment "are not being adequately safeguarded" and are now trying to tell the Senate how to do their job. They are also putting pressure on the Senate to stop Liz's canvassing.

You can read the letter here: https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/05/breaking-report-biden-doj-interfere-state-arizona-forensic-audit-maricopa-county-ballots/

The DOJ goon who sent this also took part in Trump’s impeachment. She happened to leave her contact info on the letter she sent. I bet she’d be very interested in your opinions about her letter.

Pamela S. Karlan

[email protected]

If you'd like to show Senate President Karen Fann some encouragement, you can tell her that you support both the current audit process and the canvassing effort. The Senate has full authority over this audit, and it is not the Federal government's place to make any demands. We greatly appreciate and are satisfied with the Senate's transparent and secure procedures. The federal executive branch has no right to interfere in the affairs of state legislatures. We completely support her.

You can find Karen's email here: [email protected]

  • Arizona Legislature Still Planning to Adjourn Sine Die

Sine Die: The final adjournment of the legislative session without adjourning to a specific time or date.

I know that we are frustrated with them, but be sure to commend the legislators for their help with the audit. Staying on good terms with the flexible legislators might help us in future endeavors. However, tell them that we are adamant about them choosing to take an extended recess rather than sine die. Do not sine die, adjourn, or end the session. It is of the utmost importance that legislators come back to address the problems found after the audit is over. We must protect future elections or this same process will need to be performed after every election.

You can find a list of all (both democrat and republican) house and senate members here: https://populistrevolt.com/arizona/

  • Vote Cast Record

Gail Golec believes that there is a large discrepancy between the amount of votes cast on the day of the election in Arizona and number of people who voted/signed in on that day. This information has been subpoenaed, but they have yet to provide it. She’s asking for people to contact the county recorder’s offices and ask what the vote cast record is. More specifically, how many people voted on election day.

You can find the emails for all the Arizona County Recorder’s Offices here: https://populistrevolt.com/arizona/

  • Katie Hobbs Sends List of Complaints about Audit to Ken Bennett

Katie and her Brennan's Center and Protect Democracy observers have created a list of complaints against the audit likely in an attempt to get more court intervention. You can tell Katie Hobbs what you think about her letter here:

At least the top post in this sub is something sensible and grounded in reality.

SophiesBoyfriend 3 points ago +3 / -0

Remember - the AZ audit is NOT doing a signature check.

Dems know how the fraud is committed and want to avoid being found.

Thats why Newsom recall involved a signature check.

Spock_Logic 3 points ago +3 / -0

exactly. Robert Barnes point this out yesterday. This is why the left is semi confident that they'll find nothing. The republicans CAVED on this important piece of evidence. Signature matching is the most important thing they can do but AREN"T.

SteveBannonsNckbeard 3 points ago +3 / -0

Signature check isn't that important. The canvassing is where they will be caught dead to rights. What explanation will they have for 40 people voting from the same address when none live there? Or voting from an empty lot / govt building / PO box, all illegal and obvious fraud. Give them signatures, we dont need it at all

Nimbl3navigator2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

Did they find anything yet ?

JohnCalhoun 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wondering that myself. I have a liberal friend who when I pointed out that Republicans won house seats and that Joe won 1/19 of the bellweather counties I got the NPC, "they wanted Trump out!" response.

JPC1976 3 points ago +4 / -1

Did they find any inconsistencies yet?

Pinochet_Was_Right 1 point ago +1 / -0

Won’t know till it’s all over.

My money will be on some —which they explain away as administrative issues— and that will be about it. I’d be fucking amazed if found massive fraud and we haven’t heard anything yet. You know one of those volunteers would go home and tell someone

Not tipsy but I echo the thanks. ProfessorOak, no matter when I get here, I see the daily Maricopa thread pinned, smile, feel reassured and check the cameras. Thank you for keeping us informed!

loric4882 11 points ago +13 / -2

Professor, can these phone calls and emails you request be sent from ANY state?

ProfessorOak [S] 11 points ago +13 / -2

Yes! They generally take their constituents more seriously than outsiders though, so I never reveal where I'm from. If they want to know, they can figure it out on their own.

loric4882 3 points ago +5 / -2

Thanks I'll get busy!

Ben_dover 9 points ago +11 / -2

How far is the audit % wise? Will it require this entire month?

ThurstonHowell3rd 2 points ago +2 / -0

I read that the process takes 20 days, with the final results in a report that is delivered after 60.

ProfessorOak [S] 11 points ago +12 / -1

I'm hearing mid to late June estimates. If it takes this long, we should really start putting the pressure on other states to get an audit going in their counties.

KitKatCat 4 points ago +5 / -1

Its why I'm hoping the GA case turns up something. They are looking at less ballots but its better than nothing. Garland said once they get access to the ballots they can be done in a week. So we could hear something beginning of June.

sordid_sloth 1 point ago +2 / -1

I agree, I need to email my rep in GA. I did several months ago before the meeting with Jovan Pulitzer and she told me about the meeting. Now its time to follow up.

DonJrJr 3 points ago +5 / -2

4th of July is the 245th anniversary of the signing of the declaration of independence. Or in other words when the 2nd term for the 45th President begins!

Last estimate I saw was 17% according to Ron - follow his telegram, codemonkeyz is his handle

Ocineaa 12 points ago +14 / -2

Keep it up Professor!!!

SurfingUSA 22 points ago +25 / -3

Thanks Professor, seems like word is leaking out of thousands of fraudulent ballots (from looking at bamboo in the paper) and fake addresses. Also, the work in Antrim County Michigan by DePerno seems to be showing a mind-boggling level of cheating, 100% turnout by superseniors and 1000+ phantom ballots, not tied to any known voter. You don't need to respond if you cannot discuss these things. And thanks again for your work.

ProfessorOak [S] 10 points ago +12 / -2

The stuff in Antrim is unreal. The lawsuit is really getting to the bottom of how the sausage is made concerning the machines. I really hope the judge allows DePerno to add election source to the lawsuit. I think that will open up another can of worms with discovery.

I haven't looked into the bamboo ballots thing yet, but I remember Ken Bennett saying they were checking thickness. I imagine they are finding ballots that feel counterfeit (like a counterfeit dollar feels weird).

I knew they were going to find fraud, but I'm genuinely shocked at how systemic it is.

BillGall2 2 points ago +3 / -1

I am hoping that finding the fraud will lead back to individuals who committed it and then prosecuting them. For instance if they identify paper used in fake ballots perhaps the manufacturer can be identified and we can follow the money back to who purchased them.

MehNahMehNah 2 points ago +3 / -1

There is another post regarding how Maricopa is scrambling to protect themselves against being outed because they didn't have any visibility into the system.

ProfessorOak [S] 3 points ago +4 / -1

The board screwed themselves big time. I bet they're now realizing that they are the fall guys for Arizona. That's what's happening in Antrim right now. They're throwing the clerk under the bus, so the big players can get away.

KitKatCat 2 points ago +3 / -1

Yeah I've been trying to figure out what part the BoS played in this but it seems they may have just sat back and let dominion and others run the show and are trying to save their asses.

SurfingUSA 4 points ago +6 / -2

Unreal is the right word. And ditto re: shocked.

I remember watching Election Night on Bannon War Room and the Antrim problem showed up, IIRC, in real time. And I thought, well sounds like a big error but a benign one.

Holy cow, it's turning out to be the Rosetta Stone of everything.

Which kind of raises the question, why couldn't the President's legal team have been as methodical and effective as DePerno? Although in fairness, proving the fraud is verrrrryyy time-consuming, and prevention would have been much more productive than this cure.

ProfessorOak [S] 9 points ago +11 / -2

I think the legal team was trying to get the case to the highest courts as quickly as possible in order to remedy things before jan 6 or 20. The problem with that is most high level officials of any of the branches of government are bought and paid for. In order to get that high, you need to be given the ok by the swamp.

Bailey had the advantage of time and residency within the state he was challenging. The dems have much less control at the local level. His case is being fought in a lower level court with a seemingly impartial judge. Not to mention, Bailey was basically blessed by God in finding a true patriot like DePerno to fight his case.

It's also possible that the swamp got a bit lazy after Trump was ousted thinking that the fight was over. I think they're only now realizing how serious we are about taking our country back.
