Tryan 7 points ago +9 / -2

The freemasonry Satanists are the problem.

Drcm 9 points ago +9 / -0

my concern is this what we have been doing, and its clearly not working. everytime you make a deal with the small fry, they go back out and do more shit, and encourage others that what they do is safe.

meanwhile the big fish never gets touched cuz they have other defenses. while yes its cleaner to kill the snake by going after the head, in this case we cant get to them, so we need to start cleaning out the foot soldiers

Red_Hibiscus 8 points ago +8 / -0

Easy. Let’s gather up the 100 million Trump voters, prepare a short selection of punishments, then have an actual secure vote to decide what happens.

The election can’t be verified?

AlphaNathan 122 points ago +127 / -5

Look at the screenshot in the letter. They have the databases. They just want to know why they were deleted.

It'll be verified. For Trump. Hang these traitors.

HuggableBear 42 points ago +42 / -0

No they don't. The image is where they are supposed to be.

mintyfresh 13 points ago +16 / -3

Doesn't matter unless they actually wiped that area of the drives. It's not hard to unerase files under Windoze.

UNIX and derivatives are another story.

H0rse 12 points ago +12 / -0

If it's in the Volume Shadow Copy, sure. IF it has time to get picked up/ was there. Alternatively one could try file carving. Works fine on Unix systems as well. Just hope it's a HDD and not an SDD.

mintyfresh 6 points ago +6 / -0

Edits are slow as hell today. I was trying to write "It's not hard to unerase files under Windoze if they've not been overwritten." Ya, file carving gets laborious, though. Here a little inode, there a little inode...

H0rse 4 points ago +4 / -0

mintyfresh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Bigdeal 1 point ago +1 / -0

That is the recovery software screen. They can see the old files that got deleted but recovering things like database can be tricky. With the right people and equipment and barring that the criminals used the right software to delete the files, it might be recoverable.

AlphaNathan 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, in a file recovery tool.

altYPNeT 23 points ago +24 / -1

Look at the screenshot again. To me it seems like the program tries to read the nfts logs and partition details to see if any deleted files can be recovered. Notice the 'recover' button is clickable - which means the program can attempt to undelete files, but if the disk sectors were overwritten since the deletion it will not be successful.

lordvon 6 points ago +7 / -1

how easy is it to forget to delete the metadata?

TrumpLandslideWon202 11 points ago +11 / -0

Pretty hard unless you're a computer illiterate dumbass. If that had anyone with experience do it them it's all gone and not recoverable.

Godan 4 points ago +4 / -0

So in layman's terms they forgot to click "empty recycle bin" after clicking delete? Amazing.

FormerLibtard94 13 points ago +13 / -0

Basically if you delete something, it frees up a space for something else to fill. If nothing else fills that space, the deleted content is recoverable. If something else has taken over that space, the deleted content is not recoverable.

YOLOSwag_McFartnut 7 points ago +7 / -0

Emptying the recycle bin doesn't delete anything, it marks the sector of the drive where those "deleted" files reside as useable. The data is there until that sector is overwritten by new data.

JoinTheDiscussion 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not with SSDs, if the NAND controller trims those blocks or it garbage collection routine does the same its gone for good

TrumpLandslideWon202 4 points ago +4 / -0

No, I mean a decent computer literate person knows you need to wipe a magnetic drive a minimum of 7 times to permanently erase everything and make it impossible to recover any days. If they used someone even half knowledgeable for this there will be zero data left and nothing will be recoverable. It takes all of 10 minutes to research how to do it, download an executable that does it for you, and start the process. Something like bootnuke on a thumbdrive and in 10 minutes you'll be on your way to permanently erasing any shred of data.

Only a completely incompetent fool with regard to computers wouldn't know this. So if they used someone remotely smart the data is gone forever.

Haun_Solo0211 1 point ago +1 / -0

Pepe-von-Hayek 10 points ago +10 / -0

IIRC, Nixon was forced to resign after they found a gap of silence in the Watergate recordings. The destruction of evidence was sort of seen as an admission of guilt.

Then again, he was a Republican, so different standards.

Consumerbot381732 3 points ago +4 / -1

I doubt it had anything to do with him being a Republican. The people who were actually in charge just didn't want him in office any longer, for whatever reason.

Make_More 7 points ago +7 / -0

Yes, but this is factually wrong. The person making a claim has the burden to prove that claim. So if Biden and his Democrat friends claim he is the president then the burden of proof is on them, to prove that most people voted for him as president.

wethedownvoted 1 point ago +1 / -0

it's what they did through Trump's entire term, slow him down with hoax after hoax.

MastaJoda 40 points ago +44 / -4

Abolish EC!? 😂😂😂 we’ve got a Commie in our midst boys!

OrangeCatBad 20 points ago +21 / -1

Abolish winner take all mean ec gets awarded by congressional district like in Maine and Nebraska. Example if GA had that rule Biden would have only gotten 4 EC from the corrupt counties

RedAltoids 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is how it should be. Would far better represent the will of the people and allow rural folks some say in how the government is run.

bluedevilga -13 points ago +4 / -17

Nice try, glowie.

No electoral college means of places like New York and California will manufacture tens of millions of pretend votes.

Time to learn to speak Chinese if that happened

VGHarper 25 points ago +26 / -1

No one here is talking about getting rid of the electoral college. He's talking about the "winner take all" aspect specifically. Details matter.

BadManOrange 6 points ago +7 / -1

I think his plan is if NY has 27 EVs, then it can't get any more than that, but instead they split the EVs by district. So NY would probably be more like a 30/70 (basing that on the congressional districts which are split 8/19) rather than all 27 going to the D.

masticator_nord 1 point ago +3 / -2

You're literally retarded.

bluedevilga 3 points ago +5 / -2

Happy to go brain pan to brain pan with you. By comparison, you have downs (gluh bluh duh, back at you) .

This approach means that the presidency will be pretty much directly correlated with the makeup of the house of representatives. Yes we winback parts of California and New york, and cede much of Texas and florida.

The point you Miss my a the Senate seats as well. By adding the total number of Representatives to a state, this means it's smaller States have larger importance than larger States. At least not a one-to-one basis. Because the 10th amendment means that the government has limited functions (ha!) and the state handles those other functions, the president is also representative of the states and works on behalf of the states. This is how the Senate was designed even though they fucked that up in the early 20th century..

We want the smaller states to have outsized representation. A 1:1 district approach with Congress would not yield that. Say hi to president Pelosi.

At least you managed to use you're correctly

masticator_nord 5 points ago +5 / -0

See, this is a good argument. The comment I was replying to made it sound like you were suggesting that the plan was to abolish the EC and go by popular vote.

And you called the poster you responded to a glowie.

Nothing about the post I responded to was productive.

I don't know why you took the time to lay out your case in response to me instead of the first guy.

Clearly you have a reason for your position, and it certainly seems like a valid concern to me. So I apologize for calling you retarded. I just wish you had made this your first post so others would have seen your point.

OrangeCatBad 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm fully for repealing the 17th admendment and Have Senator pick by the state houses So perhaps the best approach is EC go via district and the two senate EC are pick by state legislature so both the people and the state select the President since the President can then represent the balance of the State and the People will instead of just the people will as original design when the President was suppose to be selected by the house guilded by the EC sent from the states.

deleted 1 point ago +1 / -0
OrangeCatBad 15 points ago +20 / -5

The winner take all aspect of EC, do what Nebraska and Maine does split the EC deligation base on congressional district so instead of all of GA EC go to Biden it would have been five from the corrupt cities

Ps both sides of my family killed commies so don't call me one.

ApexIbex -4 points ago +4 / -8

That's exactly what a commie would say.

conservativeyuppie 10 points ago +11 / -1

Reading comprehension must not be your strong suit. Orange Cat is right, if the EC has any faults (which it does) it's that it allows concentrated liberal cities to decide the entire vote for a state and hijack the voice away from rural areas. EC votes from states should be further split proportionally along county lines or something.

ApexIbex 1 point ago +1 / -0

I remember when I was new on the internet.

iamherefortheluls 8 points ago +8 / -0

this. the trend in the country has now been for decades that political crimes are not punished.

What will happen next:

it will turn out that it's not illegal to delete the data

it will turn out that it is illegal, but they forgot to specify the punishment

it's illegal and there is a punishment, but it's just a fine that will end up being paid by tax dollars

its illegal, punishment on the books and its not a fine... NO ONE ACTUALLY CHARGES THESE FUCKS

DAs and prosecutors are currently the most important positions in US if there is to be any hope of states turning this takeover around.

Awakened 3 points ago +3 / -0

negative_entropy 4 points ago +4 / -0

Case in point the Maricopa sheriff who is under Soros payroll.

I'll give it to Soros, he's very smart. He knows from experience in Eastern Europe that people who control the guns control the power, and the people who control the power of the purse control the people with arms.

This is why we need to always protect the 2A and make sure the population is armed.

Awakened 1 point ago +1 / -0

conservativeyuppie 7 points ago +9 / -2

All the people downvoting you are retards who don't know how to read properly.

Getting rid of winner take all in the EC is the best thing that could happen. California wouldn't be giving a whopping 50something votes to leftists because the state is pretty conservative outside of LA and SF and those cities hijack the voice for the entire state by allowing all the state's votes to go to one candidate.

Clandestiny 6 points ago +7 / -1

Yeah, agreed - it's been a pretty tough read through the comment thread. Abundance of little to no reading comprehension going on with this crowd so far.

RussianAgent13 5 points ago +6 / -1

I'll agree to abolishing winner take all if you agree to add state electoral colleges so cities have less power over their states.

Nope, they pulled the same crap in FL in 2018. Broward Co manufacturered 80,000 votes in the middle of the night which flipped the Ag Secretary race and put the Gov and Senate races into recount. We almost had Gov Gay Crackhead instead of DeSantis. They probably cheated last year too but just couldn't manufacture enough fraudulent votes to flip the race.

Seems one side is completely ignoring any of this is happening whilst at the same time putting a lot of effort into undermining any audit. MSM is silent about any of this, they won't report on any of this. Not unless they can report that no "smoking gun" was found.

The mere fact that in none of the early cases actual evidence was presented to the courts says it all. The powers that be aren't interested in truth or election integrity. Also shown by the fact many votes without a chain of custody were counted. Or the fact counting was stopped in the middle of the night, something unprecedented.

Give me some hope people.

AlphaNathan 13 points ago +13 / -0

Yes. Look at the screenshot in the letter. They have them.

worldofsmut 0 points ago +4 / -4

You'd then spend an eternity arguing whether the recovered data was reliable.

booblitchutz 13 points ago +13 / -0

That’s how the authorities catch people with child porn after they’ve deleted it, so it’s not at all unreliable. It’s actually quite common for data recovery.

mikethemarine 4 points ago +4 / -0

yes, but with porn you only need to pick up a little evidence showing the kiddie porn, with this you would have to show every vote and if you have discrepancies they would just say you didn't recover all the information, they well just say it was an accident they were deleted, Just put them in front of a firing squad and the first one to flip lives. you won't have to shoot to many

altYPNeT 6 points ago +6 / -0

Correct. One bad bit at recovery can make the difference between numbers that add up and numbers that don't - we're not looking at jpeg's here.

HoosierHawk 1 point ago +1 / -0

All this is true, but with a total handcount of all the physical ballots, we'll know what the actual totals really are (minus however many Trump ballots were destroyed). So we'll know that fraud occurred, they are just trying to hide how exactly they did it. There is no way the original vote count will stand as legitimate.

negative_entropy 6 points ago +7 / -1

booblitchutz 4 points ago +4 / -0

Did they look in the trash folder? JK

But seriously. The way hard drives work, is the data isn’t gone when you delete it, it just is dereferenced and the space on the drive is made available for new data. It’s highly unlikely that they overwrote all the sections of the drive that contained the DB, so they can recover it.

JohnAdams 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even if over written, it can be reversed given enough resources. To a degree that is.

Cakemonster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Usually yes, unless it has been overwritten. In this case, I would guess almost definitely yes, since there is probably not much usage on these drives. When deleting like this you don't actually delete the file, just the first letter of the "pointer"/record to the file.

ParticleCannon 1 point ago +1 / -0

Especially if it was deleted recently instead of last year

mikethemarine 1 point ago +1 / -0

It depends if it went to and external hard drive and if that drive got formatted, and previous photo's showed an external hard drive that dominion has had months to modify and doctor up

Cakemonster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Formating a drive does not delete the data, unless you do a format with overwrite, and even so, in many instances it is possible to recover.

bring in a right proper judge. give each of them 30 minutes to explain to him why they should not be shot.
then line them up on the wall.

"Could you pretty please with a cherry on top let us know what happened to those lovely database files? Please?"

No more mushy language for fuck's sake.

"You have 4h from reception of this letter to deliver us the original backups of the database files. Failure to provide them will result in jail time for everyone involved."

Senate President can’t arrest people

MrCripple 3 points ago +3 / -0

We will get our best letter writer and send them something that will make them feel super bad for what they did! That will show them!!

Sylvester1212 3 points ago +3 / -0

It was nothing but wedding invitations. Hillary set the precedence in this nonsense.

ThebigLMAOski17 3 points ago +3 / -0

but they "don't have admin passwords"

so either they lied and do have the passwords and are the ones who deleted the evidence of fraud = hang them

they know exactly who has the admin access and they are covering for them = hang them

Great comment

GreggM80 3 points ago +3 / -0

Deleted files can be recovered. If they were 'bleach bit', that would be absolute proof of evidence destruction and people must go to jail! Hillary should've been put in prison but our system IS corrupt!

Nothingeverhappens 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good, now we can get to the part where they don’t do anything.

Before you call me a doomer, realize I am just a realist.

Global_Tornado 3 points ago +3 / -0

Oh, everybody listen! Can you hear that?

That's right, we're going to have another censure! And a sternly worded letter to go with it!

I wouldn't want to be them!
