Yeah no shit. Intel ME having backdoors AND exploitable bugs.
The security holes will NEVER stop.
And let's say you have a 100% secure system somehow. They will just intercept the hardware delivery and install chips on the motherboard. You won't ever know, unless you monitor the network traffic, but even then it can be obfuscated with something as seemingly innocuous a few millisecond delay in dns calls to send out data, which wont be detected by traditional IDS systems. Shit will get more and more complex and intense as we move into the future.
If your manufacturing and assembly is outsourced all bets are off. I haven’t read anything specific to AMD , the way I have about Intel.
The intel stuff has embedded Linux kernels that can’t be touched, patched, or updated; but can decrypt anything you’ve encrypted , including VPN traffic. On server level systems this would let you spy on VPN nodes , SSL, etc.
I don’t trust Apple as far as I can throw it anymore, lately I find the green camera dot is on/activated all the time and I don’t use the camera. Not sure if this is one of the apps I’ve installed.... I’m in a different country and installed some garbage from China like “Didi” because we don’t have Uber/Lyft here ... god only knows what kind of spying it’s doing.
Anything that connects to the internet is suspect folks.....TVs, phones, computers, cable boxes, Alexa, video game systems, ring system all have the ability to record audio and visual...even some home appliances with Webb access coffee makers, refrigerators, dishwashers record audio...
The big problem with this post is that he gave them all the information in order to make it look like he's legit that they'd need to figure out exactly who he is. Around 15 years with the company, electrical engineering degree, applied for a specific job around 3 years ago, and questioning the security clearance.
I’ve seen variations on this for years but the thing about the management engine is true.
Just wait until you find out about wifi (and by extension mmWave) neural monitoring, in WiFi’s case it’s a known/acknowledged thing , as for mmWave it’s still in the conspiracy tier but would work roughly the same. I’m declining to name my last employer or say why I know about that.

the main issue is that computer architecture trusts hardware on the bus. everything gets DMA and can do whatever it wants.
ive seen soooo many backdoors. the public doesnt know half of how bad it is.
This is from four years ago. What were the future leaks?
We already know they were spying on trump and giuliani. This is how.
They leaked nothing because they got nothing useful.
Is AMD infected with similar hardwired malware too?

I don’t even know what this is. I’m Upvoting because it’s not a meme.
Trump doesn't use email.
Probably your typical 4chan LARP.
