The same thing went through my mind when I saw my letter.

Scumbags love taking credit for other peoples work.
Here in California we’re used to everything from the government being written in both English and Spanish. The ironic part is if you’re a citizen, you know how to read and write English, even if you’re from Mexico and naturalized. They don’t give you the citizenship test in Spanish.
So we all know that it’s meant for the Spanish-speaking non-citizens (illegals) who are English illiterate and taking advantage of all our government programs.
