I doubt the pryamids were independently built. I just read an article today where Ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics were found in Austraila that date back 4500 years. Australia also has a pryamid structure that is off limits to the public under the guise of "sacred lands".

Several Native American tribes especially in the Southwest believed in visitors from beyond Earth, as did many of those in Central and South America. Also, the older religions of India have many accounts of space visitors and interesting stories of flying cities and aerial battles in strange machines. HR probably doesn't even read the majority. Ever since computer applicable tracking systems exist, a lot of people who could "do the job" are just filtered out because they didn't include the right keywords or whatever. More dehumanization, but I would expect nothing more from the majority left HR departments. (Had bad experience with them in the past - as a non manager it's best to stay off their radar. They only are there to serve the company and your bosses, and could care less about you.)

Hiring decisions are of monumental importance. Your career should be 50% work, 50% office politics, and practically half of office politics is surrounding yourself with “your people” and your network. Always, always, always being discriminating against liberal leftists and promoting conservatives/normal people.

Diversity initiatives are a thing and impossible to ignore. Now it is of HUGE importance to find conservative normal black/Latino/Asian etc. if you have to hire a diversity candidate. You NEED normal people, chances are just hiring a regular black resume from HR your getting some ultra woke leftist with racial grievances. That conservative Venezuelan guy you hired? Put him down as black. Put the half Greek guy down as Latino. The Irish guy happens to be a military veteran. Put yourself down as gay. Now your team is 100% “diverse”

Get a local WhatsApp (or other app) group called “patriots” and add very one you know. Start networking and getting to know people ASAP. Start stuffing your people in every position around you as you possibly can, no matter what you do or how high you are. Always run “feelers” out there as lot of people are too timid to ask. Make recommendations and pass resumes on whenever you can. Always run standard background checks on every random resume that passes your desk. Make your recommendations appropriately.

If aren’t doing this already, you’re pretty much as bad as a leftist. Start now.

being a female engineer is the golden ticket to upper management. I worked for one of the largest EPC firms in the US and I noticed this happening 10 years ago. There were a lot of women in management who had no business being there, everyone treated them as such. The company is large enough and there were various checks even on managers that there was no company risk due to incompetence, but it did make everything less efficient and therefore more wasteful.... which is why the business unit I worked in was shut down.

The entirety of the 25, regardless of ability, will be snapped up immediately by government or large corporations, and swiftly promoted to lead engineering positions despite have neither the experience or ability. YT will also be hired, because there is little choice, but given all the work with none of the promotions. In my experience, YT gets his experience and then either starts his own firm, becomes a 1099 job shopper, or spends his time in government or Big Corp Inc. being shit on and sent to annual diversity/equity training to told he's holding women and minorities back. Sorry, but I've seen more "management" people in government that never even passed their FE than those that have. Furthermore, passing the PE is not a marker of competence, and the OJT, in my experience, for women, in particular, consists of hand holding. I've seen, with my own two beady eyes, people made "lead engineer", or at least given that title, two years out of university.

The questions are optional and they claim they're only used for metrics and not hiring decisions, but despite what the people who screech about white privilege and the patriarchy would have you believe, there is literally zero benefit to saying you're a white male on a job application.

Don't be, US companies are hemorrhaging talent and are so desperate that if you're decent you can demand 20% above normal starting and 4 weeks paid vacation. People with specialized skills, including things like welding and plumbing, are starting to be able to get jobs in other countries easily. Hell, places like Norway are hiring welders, engineers, and geologists at like $80-100k a year starting. There are only a few places where specialists may have issues apply (UK, Germany), but nearly every other country is on the table. US companies are suddenly starting to realize that they need to compete globally.

HR may talk about diversity and stuff, but in my last interview I made what I thought was absurd demands (33% increase in salary for a 3 year project) because I thought the company was going to be BLM nonsense and I really didn't want to work there. They agreed to them.

I'm working with an inventor that uses a program at a nearby university to get students to work on different aspects of the products he creates. His biggest problem is that the students keep getting great job offers and he has to bring new ones up to speed.

They'll always need someone who can actually do the work, but the work environment may be too toxic to be worth the paycheck. I'd send him out to do as much grunt work for consulting engineers as possible. Tell him to learn everything he can from them, and get into the consulting industry as soon as possible.

Three years ago I visited one of my customers (fortune 50 medical company) on orientation day for new hires. About 30 people, not ONE white male. Half of the women wore burqas. Over the year I would walk the hallways and all the young hired did was Facebook and watch videos (I could see their computer screens).

Meanwhile, us old white guys did the real technical work as consultants (for twice what we would be paid as a full time employee).

I was told 12 years ago by the HR guy at the semiconductor company I was full time at that I could hire any black engineer I could find (even though there was a company-wide hiring freeze). I asked the HR guy to repeat that into my phone and he wouldn't. He left before that division laid off 100 people, ALL but ONE was a white male over 50, the last being an incompetent Asian.

The one that pisses me off the most was I interviewed for director of a local start-up incubator. I was interviewed by 4 women. 2 white, 1 latina, and 1 black. I had researched each of them and I was as qualified or more qualified than them. I also have 2+ years direct experience with start-ups, business development, business creation, and directing classes on how to start businesses.

Had a Zoom interview and was contacted saying I wasn't chosen. Despite 2 graduate degrees, financial and administrative experience, and direct experience with start-up culture and development.

My company is architecture and design. In 2003 we were focused on architecture. Big contracts. Employed about 90 people. Over the years with growth, we morphed in to consulting design. Now we pick out furniture and design the 'culture' of a space instead of technically knowing how to build it. We are now 78% women. We havent hired a man in 2020 but 16 more women.

So I looked up what this EEO was, and found an annual report.....from 1997/1998, five years or so earlier. Here's the kicker, which I never forgot:

I was informed by a relative that Progressive auto literally stated they will not be advancing/promoting any white males in the company during a call meeting a few months ago. I worked for a MegaCorp. Every single town hall we have - whether it's with the company chair or down to our regional presidents or VPs... they all are pushing Diversity & Inclusion hiring practices. Its not a secret. They openly say they will be hiring more minority candidates for new roles and for promotions. I tried to record one of the sessions where they said it, but I wasn't fast enough. When I asked HR for a copy of the town hall they told me they didn't record it.

A company I got let go from did the exact same thing ("Diversity is our strength!") They sent out emails at least every month.

At one point they had a survey you could take anonymously - hopefully - and I asked if this diversity stuff was being pushed in non-Western countries (are the Shanghai and Tokyo offices pushing to hire white people?) and I'm sure whoever put that questionnaire together had a meltdown.

Injun here. I've honestly been looking for a year and a half now in various development and tech roles, and the only responses I've gotten have been almost exclusively from recruiters reaching out to me via LinkedIn. I say this though about my race because this job search I've exclusively been putting down "prefer not to answer" on EEOC forms on both race and gender. And my name only partially gives away my heritage, so recruiters could possibly think I'm white and just somehow married into it unless they actually looked me up and saw my appearance.

I honestly wouldn't have thought anything of it and I stopped putting that crap down because I want to get in solely based on merit. But now I'm curious and I think I'll start putting it down and see what happens. I have some bad suspicion that the results may be interesting

Use your performance to prove your merit. Use whatever tricks you need to get in the door. I’m Indian, but my styling could easily be mistaken for mixed, black, or Hispanic so I always check the black box. Are they really going to question me? And if they do, I can just say identify more with that race. No one is going to ask you to take a DNA test.

It comes down to if you need the money to support yourself/family. If that’s where your at, then I find it’s just better to game these idiot’s systems. Once you’ve established a reputation as an actual contributor, all of this BS suddenly goes away. That’s why I advocate for the “just get through the door” method. And tbh, I respect people who are trying to game the system more when I’m interviewing candidates. It shows some creative thinking and initiative.

I work at a state university and after a meeting one day, the CIO (or Chief Information Officer--which is basically a vice president) remained in the meeting room with 2 female managerial staff. When they were all alone in the room, the CIO asked the other ladies if they noticed anything wrong with those who were in the room with them. The other two ladies, not sure what she meant, basically shrugged their shoulders completely unsure about what she was talking about.

"Too many white men," is what the CIO said.

(I was told about this by one of the ladies who was in the room at the time of all this, who happens to be my boss.)

With systems of record having more and more ways to record and extrapolate attributes of people, this kind of situation is only going to get worse until these fucks get taken to court and lose.
