Both sides are saying they are the rightful executors of their land. Both sides are saying they are being killed by the other. Both sides have deep historic hatred for one another. I cannot see to grasp the truth in all the lies and it is frustrating to see it here in my home city, PEOPLE who are HALF A WORLD AWAY from the actual conflict. creating the conflict here. Tons of people I have seen here already have their sides picked as if they knew it all along, but just needed an excuse to ravage their ahtred for one another. I've been doing endless research, but you know how the Big Tech oligarchs treat topics like such. It's like a normie trying to get to understand MAGA and all-out grievances, but by looking on Google (you know what they write on Google about MAGA) Please, someone who can explain it easily and without bias, what are the facts in the matter. Palestine shoots rockets from schools and hospitals, Israel shoots them down then retaliates.
Hamas shows all the dead kids for sympathy and begs for money and support.
They are both kind of assholes that antagonize each other in various was, and we fund them both. So when Hamas shoots rockets that's your tax dollars, when Israel's iron doom shoots them down that's your tax dollars.

Right, that was what I was understanding, but couldn't be sure because of all the different viewpoints. It's as if Hamas, which is a terrorist organization, represents all of Palestine (which it doesn't), and enjoys attacking the Israelis, as the Israelis do the same in petty ways aswell. What a cluster fuck. War is almost inevitable. I've seen people marching here in the west who were pro_palestine, and they had the spirit of war in them. They were ready to fight in two seconds, not as angry as the pro-israelis, but still with that same energy. This won't settle down in a peace deal, I'm sure of it., unfortunatly.

My understanding is that the jews took over some land that the Palestinians believe is holy and belongs to them. So the Palestinians are trying to take it back by force. That force consists of shooting rockets into Israel indiscriminately killing children, women, citizens, whoever. They also use suicide bombings and send their own children in to blow up cafés and kill more innocent citizens. Perhaps they have a legitimate argument about their property rights, but I don't cosine murder and terrorism as a way to solve a property dispute. So whichever side is right or wrong about the property, I don't care, fuck the Palestinians, they need to be wiped off the map completely.

Its a war thats been ongoing since biblical times, which seems that every country is affected in one way or another .Israel is surrounded by muslims on each side, they want Israel gone, and vise versa. There will be a time when the world will side with the muslims and try to take out israel once and for all. Thats when you know the end times are near. The bible states that Israel will prevail, and that in those times all the jews will go back to jerusalem. Israel is a land meant to be for the jews, not muslims. They both are wrong. Why it never ends. One never had a legit claim to the land after the Ottoman Empire fell. It was a lawless land with nobody in charge. Jews started moving in, offering them money. Jews took it a step further and started being brutal for them to get lost. Imagine the US and Natives Indians fighting over New Jersey. Indians quit. I'll give you a simple answer on whose land it is. Whoever can take it and hold it. The only claims that matter are the ones you can enforce. It doesn't matter how long a people have been there. Doesn't matter how long they've had a state, doesn't matter if they have some ancient ancestral ties to the land. All that matters is if you can take it for yourself. Most countries on Earth came about via one group taking another groups land. So it doesn't matter if the Israelis had been living there in there Jewish state for 70 years, or 700. And it doesn't matter that the Arab Palestinians had been living there for 1000, or 5000. The Israelis own and control the land now and that's the fact of the matter. This whole conflict is just theater for the media and a great distraction for politicians abroad. It really isn't any of our concerns, but the media and elites act like it is.
Neither side is wholly innocent. The Israelis have done some messed up shit and are basically trying to ethnically cleanse Jerusalem by evicting Palestinian families. They've taken land from individual Palestinian in the West Bank. Tearing down villages and such. While the current Israelis government has given up on a peace deal as they pen the Palestinians into small ethnic enclaves scattered about the West Bank while they settle the rest hoping the world forgets about the Palestinians and hope as many move out do to poor economic conditions.
Now the Palestinians would be far more sympathetic and could have broad international support if they weren't such violent war mongering savages. The modern Palestinian Identity was forged around it's resistance to the existence of Israel. From the moment Israel was founded and Palestine could have been to alongside it the Arabs just decided to all attack Israel and got their asses whooped and all Palestinian decision making since has been to undermine Israel.
In the 90's they did open up peace negotiations and the Israelis allowed them to form a government and govern parts of the West Bank and Gaza. When offered a decent deal in 2000 where they got 92% of the West Bank and the Israelis would tear down all the settlements and the Palestinians refused because they didn't get full sovereignty over East Jerusalem despite being allowed to house a government there and Custodianship over it's Holy Sites. They also held firm on their demand for Right of Return. Basically during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War hundreds of thousands of Palestinians fled Palestine and we're holed up in refugee camps abroad where they and their millions of descendants now reside. Right of Return is the demand they be allowed to return to Israel and not a newly formed Palestine. It's obvious to anyone that this would destroy Israel demographically.
Then in 2006 the Israelis destroyed all settlements in Gaza and gave the Palestinians full control of the Gaza strip. Then the Palestinians held elections and elected a violent terrorist group called Hamas that seeks the destruction of Israel then the Palestinians fought a Civil War while also launching attacks against the Israelis. This really shattered any hope at peace among the Israeli people and basically destroyed the more conciliatory Israeli left. It's why Netanyahu has been Prime Minister for over a decade and has been aggressive with settlement building. Only recently has he seen serious opposition and the opposition Blue & White is identical to his Likud except Blue & White hate his guts.
We'll after the Palestinian Civil War Fatah who were basically the PLO prior were in control of the West Bank and the Palestinian Authority. At the least they keep the peace with Israel, but that's because the UN, US and Israel bribe them to keep the peace. Fatah are frankly just a bunch of corrupt goons who even keep their own people down and protract the conflict to fill their own pockets and retain power.
Hamas wrestled controlled of Gaza though and because of their open hostility to Israel the Israelis have blockaded Gaza since. Only allowing basic supplies that can't be converted to weapons, but Hamas use tunnels under under the border with Egypt to smuggle in supplies. As you probably know Hamas shoots rockets into Israel to kill random civilians and hide in densely populated areas to discourage airstrikes, or make Israel look bad for civilian deaths. These guys found the irrigation pipes for the old Israeli settlements and made propaganda film talking about how they repurposed them into rockets.
Both have their moral problems, but it's pretty obvious the Israelis are willing to make peace. The problem is the Palestinians aren't interested in peace and assume they're an equal player when the only chip they have to offer is peace and it's a weak offer for what they demand. As the famous metaphor goes the conflict is like 2 guys arguing over a Pizza while one is eating it and the Palestinians don't seem to realize the longer they wait to hash out a deal the less pizza there will be to bargain for. They'd be lucky to even get a deal half as good as the one offered at Camp David back in 2000.
The crazy thing is if the Palestinians took a peaceful Gandhi/Mandela approach they could easily have their own state by now. Everytime the Israelis crack down on protest the first reaction would be horror and disgust instead of wondering what the Palestinians were doing to threaten the Israelis. The reason South African apartheid collapsed was that it became morally untenable at home and abroad as the Black South Africans offered a hand a friendship and promised not to expropriate the white farmers land, and drive them out. Although granted they are now reneging on that promise, at the time it was extremely effective at isolating South Africa abroad and getting the locals to self reflect. The Palestinians just keeping giving the Israelis justification to maintain the occupation and for people to forget Israeli crimes.
My last point is simply this. If you had to choose would you rather have the current state of Israel the only Western, Liberal Democracy in the Middle East with a developed economy, or would you rather have a potential Palestinian state that like it's fellow Arab states will most likely be another corrupt Arab autocracy at best, or worse a fascist Islamic theocracy and very likely in Civil War over whether it's the corrupt autocracy, or fascist theocracy. From a practical standpoint it is not at all a hard choice in my opinion. Give me the Infinity Gauntlet and tell me to Thanos snap the either the Palestinians, or Israelis I wouldn't have to think twice.

There was never once a country called Palestine. One would have to reference the Roman empire to learn of a province called Palestine, which even then had changed hands between Greece and Egypt.
Prior to WWI, it was the Ottoman empire, which was disolved and divided amongst the British and French for obvious resources in the region. You will see leftest using photos from the 30's of a blossoming place they call Palestine (still not a thing at the time) and claim Palestine was this blissful Muslim region. Wrong. That was a British Empire region. Comparable photos would be of Johannesburg from that same time. Once the British left, it all turned to hell.
Then there is WWII, where the intifada (Muslim rebellion) first began with the grand poobah of the Muslims in that region personally meeting with Hitler and caching a plan to exterminate all Jews in the Levant after Hitler was finished exterminating them in Europe. We of course know these schizos were demolished by the Americans for many reasons, namely God being on our side.
The newly formed UN then created the country of Israel. Wealthy European Jews had already begun buying land from poor, Muslim landlords in the region, then with the destruction of the Axis powers, that trend of Jews fleeing to the region was utilized as the obvious reason to create Israel. Many European nations and the US still read the bible at that time and knew wholely that the city of David lay there. It made most sense and for obvious reasons, the atrocious acts in WWII could never be repeated.

Palestine was a British colony until just after WWII. Britain had sort of promised to give it to the Jews dating at least to WWI. Jewish groups manipulated perhaps the entirety of WWII, including the "holocaust", to get Britain to give the territory to them. The people who happened to live there who are Muslim, object to this. Thus a never-ending feud.
I'm not entirely convinced the feud isn't for show, whether the Palestinians are willing participants or patsies, that this feud never ends always ensures Israel is in the news as a perpetual victim and thus granted aid from other nations.
Because neither side ever seems to be able to do particularly major damage to the other, enough to wipe one out or settle them down for a long time. Palestinians fire junk rockets randomly into Israel, now that they can't send suicide bombers, and Israel in return warns them before they blow things up. That's not how you win a war. And the only way this war is won, and ends, is if virtually all the fighters on one side or the other (or both) are wiped out for at least a generation.
