Or will they never? I'm considering walking off my job. I'm a high performing JCPenney fulfilment employee at one of the best performing stores that is having great difficulty hiring (I literally only got hired because I was the only candidate that took the interview seriously). They are now letting faxed employees go mask less but I refuse to get the jab. How much longer do I have to wear a mask.

I'm disabled so getting another job is not an option.

July 4th is Joe's big day. Not to celebrate the US. He would never do that but mask lifting. Basically his "gift" to the country. I firmly believe their is a corporate agreement that will be the day. Totally fucking stupid and no science behind it but that is the story of this whole saga; No science, just a weapon used to silence the election fraud.

Pretty much. America is just run by corporations we can be against their work bs and masks all we want but they’ll still force their woke shit and masks on their employees

I was at a Lowe's Home Improvement store in Eastern NC tonight and the vast majority of the folks in there (to include staff) were maskless, and there were no signs at the entrance. This is a departure from what I have been experiencing at other places, WalMart for example still had the "Masks required to enter" even though the NC Governor lifted all mask mandates (with exceptions for schools and healthcare facilities, etc) last week. 90% of the people in WalMart were wearing masks, even one work associate of mine who I damned well know is fully vaxxed. I say give it another week and everyone will be throwing them out other than the super paraniod.

I was in a Home Depot in PA today. 50% of customers and staff had no mask, AND no one was asking for proof.

Company policies. Hell even osha can override CDC guidelines and statements.

I don't really care what retail workers experience. They can get real jobs if they want personal choice. It's just a new part of their uniform they already had.

I wear no mask in stores with literally everyone else masked and nobody says shit.

How did you get that job?

Do you live in a state taking emergency unemployment assistance? If so just make them fire you. It's better if you can get another job though.

I can't drive because of dyspraxia, and autism anger issues don't help. It's one of the few places I can walk to. I live near a major highway that divides my area in half so I can't walk through the entire area. Dyspraxia also eliminates alot of food jobs (deli or restaurant because bad coordination)

They have a harder time hiring than most places because of the unemployment gibs, uncompetitive pay if you're out of high school, and everyone thinks we're closing. They kept every single seasonal hire - even a bum that only showed up every other day.

My resume wasn't stellar. One store closed, other I got fired. I had perfect attendance in school (like four other kids in my class did) and a 3.8 gpa. The manager interviewing me was surprised I dressed up for the interview. I was probably just the least crappy candidate. They hired a cashier alongside me and she didn't last a month

I pretty much get the most hours of anyone there. My department has less people

The autism makes putting me on register a bad choice so other places probably turned me down because of that (the stores I'd have an easier time at are on other side of the highway)

When you bring in a fake vaccine card, probably.

Or just give it time. A few months of being unable to sort out which is which and they'll give up.

I've already told them unvaccinated
