  • Sign This Petition Against Georgia's AG (5/23)

During an interview with Marcus Dee, Garland also recommended people sign this petition against the anti-audit AG of Georgia: https://www.gaconstitutionparty.org/sign_the_petition_chris_carr

  • Call and Send Emails and Certified Mail to Windham NH (5/23)

Auditor Phillip Stark admitted that folds in the absentee ballots results in the machines interpreting the fold as an overvote. Stark also agreed that this could be a widespread problem not specific to Windham. Explain to the legislators that they have the plenary authority to subpoena all election equipment to conduct a full forensic audit.

Behizy has provided his own example letter with references to specific laws and codes here: https://odysee.com/@Behizy:d/new-hampshire-auditor-exposes-secrets:f

  • Georgians Sign and Share This Notice PART 2 (5/24)

Kandiss Taylor, David Jose, and Josh Barnett have created two notices that can be filled out and sent the the Georgia House and Senate. Kandiss has sent an affidavit that has penalties attached to it. The recipients have not responded within the 3 day time limit and must begin paying $1000 per day. Kandiss is now sending a second affidavit to tighten the screws.

Fill out both notices. Address one to each of your specific state representatives and senators. Scan and email them to the email adresses Kandiss has listed on her site. Then, mail them to the reps and senators you addressed them to.

Personally, I think I'm going to send mine via certified mail with a return receipt, but that isn't required. I might also send them to House Speaker David Ralston, Majority Leader Mike Dugan, and President pro Tempore Butch Miller.

You can find the notices here:

  • Pennsylvania Legislators Blocking an Audit (5/21)

According to Toni Shuppe, these people are blocking an audit in PA:

Representative Kerry Benninghoff: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/house_bio.cfm?id=215

Senator Kim Ward: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/Senate_bio.cfm?id=1188

Senator Jake Corman: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/senate_bio.cfm?id=251

Urge them to get behind AuditTheVotePA and audit the 2020 election. The recent primary was an absolute disaster, and it is the legislature’s duty to provide a proper election where every legal vote counts. Use mail, emails, and phone calls to tell them that the people of Pennsylvania have no faith in their vote and legislators must find out what is going wrong. Even Democrats like Matthew Vough are calling for Luzerne County to end their contract with dominion after voters told him his name did not appear on their ballot.

If you want to help auditthevotepa, you can email them here:

[email protected]

Be sure to add your name and what county you are in.

  • PA Audit Petition (5/15)

Behizy invited Toni Shuppe, one of the founders of Audit The Vote PA, to his show. She explained that they are going to attempt to bypass the legislature and instead convince the county commissioners to audit their counties. Each county in PA has three commissioners and we only need to convince two of them to get an audit going in that county since counties have subpoena powers. There is already a county actively looking to do an audit. However, she was not at liberty to specify which one.

Please sign their Pennsylvania audit petition here: https://populistrevolt.com/pennsylvania/

Although PA resident signatures are more useful, you don’t have to be a resident to sign. If you happen to be a PA resident, please spread the word.

  • Maricopa Recorder Stephen Richer Would Like Some Emails and Calls (5/18)

Stephen has taken a very public stance against the audit, and even went on CNN to denounce the audit and Trump. During the BOS press conference, Stephen Richer implied that Arizonans don’t want the current audit because he has only ever gotten around 40 emails about it. He appeared to not take seriously the Senate’s claims that they are getting thousands of emails.

Considering Stephen claimed to run for recorder to prevent voter fraud, he should already know that a true audit does not use test ballots. Why is he so opposed to a real audit. . If the results of the logic and accuracy tests and risk limiting audits are accurate, there is no reason to push back against a more in depth audit. This is the people's audit. Let him know that in your emails and calls. I’ll include the BOS just for fun.

  • Ask Senate President Fann and Senator Peterson to Reign in the BOS (5/21)

Continue to ask Karen Fann and Warren Peterson to hold the BOS legally responsible for their flagrant disregard for the law. Let them know we appreciate their hard work to serve their constituents. However, the BOS has repeatedly attempted to sabotage this effort and is actively working against the people of Arizona. If they are not reigned in, who knows what they might do?

  • Contact Your Secretary of State about Chain of Custody Records (5/14)

Secretary of State Offices around the country are trying to hide their chain of custody records. Contact your SoS demanding that they provide the chain of custody documentation for every ballot in your state. Chain of custody records are a great source of evidence. If Arizona goes the way we think it will, it will pave the way for audits in other states. On the off chance your SoS actually gives them to you, you will be able to crosscheck it with any future records they provide during audits (like what Tom Murray is doing in NH). Even if they won’t give them to you immediately, constantly emailing or sending letters inconveniences them, and they might eventually reconsider if you bother them enough.

Contact information can be found here: https://populistrevolt.com/action/

  • Arizona Might Look at the Other Races (5/16)

Maricopa Senate is considering expanding the audit to down ticket races using the digital ballot images.

  • Volunteer to Canvass and Hand Count at the Audit (Need Maricopa Residents) (5/14)

If you’re anywhere in Arizona, please consider volunteering to canvass. Liz and her group want to canvass as much of Arizona as possible. You can sign up here: http://itsmellsfunny.com/

At the Coliseum, they still need to fill hand counting positions. You will need to be a Maricopa resident to assist in hand counting. You can sign up for that here: https://fundtheaudit.com/volunteer/

  • Arizona Legislature Still Planning to Adjourn Sine Die (5/14)

Sine Die: The final adjournment of the legislative session without adjourning to a specific time or date.

I know that we are frustrated with them, but be sure to commend the legislators for their help with the audit. Staying on good terms with the flexible legislators might help us in future endeavors. However, tell them that we are adamant about them choosing to take an extended recess rather than sine die. Do not sine die, adjourn, or end the session. It is of the utmost importance that legislators come back to address the problems found after the audit is over. We must protect future elections or this same process will need to be performed after every election.

You can find a list of all (both democrat and republican) house and senate members here: https://populistrevolt.com/arizona/

  • Vote Cast Record (5/14)

Gail Golec believes that there is a large discrepancy between the amount of votes cast on the day of the election in Arizona and number of people who voted/signed in on that day. This information has been subpoenaed, but they have yet to provide it. She’s asking for people to contact the county recorder’s offices and ask what the vote cast record is. More specifically, how many people voted on election day.

You can find the emails for all the Arizona County Recorder’s Offices here: https://populistrevolt.com/arizona/

Yep. You don't hire a hundred lawyers to hide a win. If those 100 lawyers know the election was a total fraud, and they still continue to defend the dems without walking away, they should be disbarred.

Interesting video where CannCon interviews Professor Clements on whether FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING.

"You can't certify something that doesn't exist. If you've got an election that full of criminal activity, what are you certifying?"

"You never give someone the fruits of the crime."

https://canncon.locals.com/upost/704567/does-fraud-vitiate-everything-youll-love-this-answer

"You've got a murder that was committed on the American people on Nov. 3, it was a murder. And we found out who the murderer is. And we're saying, sorry it's going to get messy if we have to unpack this. And that's their excuse."

Professor of QLarpology proves that Trump will regain the presidency in 2021 because he feels strongly that should happen.

9
SurfingUSA 9 points ago +11 / -2

Hate to break the news, but the fact is, our legal system does note that fraud vitiates everything, and Biden trying to hold on to the White House in light of this, is going to look pretty crooked .... This is really Biden's problem, not DJT's.

3
baconandolives 3 points ago +4 / -1

Read a comment on another site that agrees. Was pointing out that undeniable evidence (assuming it gets out despite media suppression) would make it all that much harder for Biden to govern.

3
SurfingUSA 3 points ago +4 / -1

It cuts him off at the knees. Maybe that is the plan? To have two presidents in a row with no real access to the levers of power.

MICHIGANisRED 3 points ago +4 / -1

Bush v gore was a legal case presented to the Supreme Court. So there's an example from just 20 years ago where we had a PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION that was decided by our LEGAL SYSTEM. I get what you're driving at, but it's not completely true.

1
salvecitizen 1 point ago +2 / -1

Fair point. But what SCOTUS really enforced in that case was that the election had to occur, and not be indefinitely delayed by the reality deniers. The 2020 election is over, we got robbed and it sucks, but it won't be undone by the wish fairy.

2
SurfingUSA 2 points ago +3 / -1

In a 7–2 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the Florida decision, holding that the various methods and standards of the recount process violated the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution. The court ruled 5–4 on the remedy of the matter, with the majority holding that the Florida Supreme Court’s decision had created new election law—a right reserved for the state legislature—and that no recount could be held in time to satisfy a federal deadline for the selection of state electors.

https://www.britannica.com/event/Bush-v-Gore

Please note the complete lack of congruence between your post and the 2000 decision in Bush v Gore.

Since the Constitution does NOT describe how "everything works" ie may not be the best or only guide as we enter historically uncharted territory, what else are you or would you recommend using?

0
SpookySpook 0 points ago +1 / -1

Just like when the CONSTITUTION said that the electoral laws are subject of only the legislature?

2
SurfingUSA 2 points ago +3 / -1

That's exactly the point. We are in a post-Constitutional world. A "might makes right" world. These two facts mean the following:

  1. Just because the Constitution didn't anticipate the Biden steal, doesn't mean that "woe is me nothing can be done." Just because the courts completely blew off the Constitution, does not mean that this party is over.

  2. We go then to case law and natural law, which basically says nothing, nothing, nothing, based on fraud is legit. So Biden needs to pick up his toys and go home to Delaware, and all his fraud buddies need to be imprisoned. The real President is the one with a legitimate majority in the EC, which will be Donald J. Trump after three or four states complete their audits. (And I hope he is figuring out who his non-Pence VP will be.) No switched electors are needed and no new elections are needed. Some arrangement will be required so he receives a full four-year term.

  3. We push like a mofo to get the correct course followed under the natural principle of "fraud vitiates everything." And that might makes right, and we are a majority AND in the right here.

1
SpookySpook 1 point ago +1 / -0

Precisely why might makes right is why this wont be solved in a court

Is the contract for the Maricopa County audit available publicly? I'm curious as to what their scope of investigation is. I've watched some of the live feeds and I see people loading ballots on spinning tables with three observers. What are they looking for? Uncreased mail in ballots?

3
PorchLightOn 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is the Counting Floor Policy that was released by Wake TSI, the company that was doing the ballot counting. (Sounds like the contract with Wake ended May 15, and they didn't renew it, so another company has taken over that part of the audit.) It mentions procedures for checking paper weight, thickness, color, folds (or lack of folds) and making a digital scan of each ballot.

After reading it again, it sounds like the lazy susan tables with three observers may only be for recounting votes, and the paper examination/scanning tables may be in another area, with different workers.

2
SurfingUSA 2 points ago +2 / -0

I think it's kind of fluid and open-ended, for ex., if they note anything cray-cray, they adapt their forensics to the specifics as they are found. (Source: some interview with Ken Bennett the liaison? IIRC)

  • Weird paper
  • Hundreds of identical signatures
  • Lack of folds for mail-ins
  • Tally of votes in a given batch not accurate compared to hand count
  • etc.

The only thing I believe they are not yet looking at closely is the canvass, i.e., all the parking lots and condemned buildings with registered voters.

2
PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

You know, I'm confused about how the canvassing results of Liz Harris's operation will be folded into the audit report. Surely they will be, somehow, even though her canvassers are not part of the audit being overseen by Cyber Ninjas?

I know her volunteers have been canvassing since December, across the state, so she must have canvassing results (and possibly signed affidavits?) in Maricopa County. If anybody knows how her info will dovetail with the audit, I'd like to know.

2
SurfingUSA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Was the canvass originally part of the audit? I hate to quote the WaPo, but this article seems to be on point regarding your question:

Former Arizona secretary of state Ken Bennett, the audit’s spokesman, previously told The Washington Post that Cyber Ninjas had not begun interviewing voters and said the company has pledged to do nothing that would constitute intimidation.

https://web.archive.org/web/20210525234358/https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2021/05/07/arizona-audit-bennett-response/

So as of May 7, the date of the article, it seems the canvass was contemplated as part of the purview of Cyber Ninjas.

Also my understanding is that volunteers anywhere can on their own initiative run a canvass, so Liz's effort would be legit and fine too as well as Cyber Ninja's.

1
PorchLightOn 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes I think so..it was part of the Cyber Ninja proposal as well. I thought Fann was clever to reply to the DOJ that they'd be certain to follow all legal guidelines "if" CyberNinjas decided they needed to canvass (when she knows that Liz Harris already has months of data collected.) Flying under the radar, a bit?

I keep hearing Steve Bannon talk about the canvassing portion like he thinks they'll start it soon. Maybe he's out of the loop about Liz, or maybe he knows something we don't, about a separate effort to be started by CyberNinjas at some point.

Either way they're probably wise to hold the canvassing cards close to their vest, because the left is trying so hard to misrepresent it as an evil racist violation of privacy (as WaPo points out, lol.)
