But I do understand that even with no humidity it's literally classified as a desert so, yes, hot days and cold nights. I've heard Texas is even worse though because they have very high humidity on top of triple digit temps for several months every year.
I wouldn't mind not having to deal with winter temps though. I'd rather be too hot than too cold. It only takes about 7 consecutive days in high temperatures and your body becomes heat acclimated meaning that you feel much cooler than someone, for example, who only works in an air conditioned office every day and never experienced more than a couple hours of heat at a time. My current job I'll never get heat acclimated in, but my last one I did and it's absolutely wild how different the temperatures feel.
