That’s going to be the answer when the audit finds huge discrepancies. “Your team must have counted wrong”, then the left will try to move on with their noses so far up their assholes they don’t see the final results.

Pro tip on certified letters. Always send TWO certified, return receipt letters. Even for minor government things. It's always easy to show the judge that you send it twice, to mitigate any possibility that they lost the first one.

12
BurtMcGirt 12 points ago +12 / -0

Holy shit. I never thought of that. Such a great idea. It is definitely worth the minor extra cost just to be able to say "Maybe something happened, but it sure as hell didn't happen twice!"

6
unashamed 6 points ago +6 / -0

Different post marks would probably be good too. That way it reduces the possibility of a letter being lost in the same “batch”.

I once sent a certified letter, which was shown as delivered. However, months later, the unopened letter was returned to me, at my new address, marked as undeliverable. Weird.

You have to admit that spin doctors, influencers and manipulators are damn talented at what they do.

I hate the deceptions they pull over everybody's eyes; but if I were filled with hate and wanted to destroy a person or an institution scorched earth, I would hire them in a heartbeat.

24
REDMARAUDER 24 points ago +25 / -1

No. It's not talent to lie and then double down.

Please stop over inflating their egos. They're almost universally mid-wits with power. That's it.

The reason we're amazed by the lengths they go is because we have a moral framework. A Christian or hell a true secular humanist could never imagine doing such a thing. To a moral person, it's unthinkable to lie about masks just because you want your friends in power to get them first before the plebs. It's unthinkable to divide your home country based on race and sex just to gain personal power.

These people are post modernists. They thrive on power and hedonism because they believe nothing else matters. If they were intelligent and evil they'd be a Soros billionaire activist.

Why are the tax-paying citizens not showing up and physically overpowering the Board of Supervisors? The Board works for THE PEOPLE. If they are refusing to comply with legal mandates, then physical force is fully warranted in order to allow the business of government to be conducted.

44
Ghostof_PatrickHenry 44 points ago +45 / -1

I'll add that this is authoritarianism. TYRANNY.

This is precisely why the 2nd Amendment was written, and it seems the Constitution would fully endorse and protect the requisition of the court-mandated documents by The People, at gun-point. (Ideally by local law-enforcement officials, if they too are not also corrupted by this treacherous scheme.) If the members of Board are prepared to give their lives to prevent turning over the materials, then that says A LOT about how bad this situation actually is.

9
Hung_Chad 9 points ago +9 / -0

The thing about that approach is that your uniformed officers have to be prepared to pull the trigger if the corrupted officials call their bluff.

3

This coming from the person advocating the outright ignoring of the legal process in it's entirety.

1
carsmij 1 point ago +1 / -0

1
Yawnz13 1 point ago +2 / -1

How so? I'm not the one demanding that others do something while I do nothing.

2
BasedTemplar 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was under the impression that demanding action from elected officials is fairly normal.

It's not my job to make the board of supervisors for a county I don't live in, in a state in a state I don't live in, on the other side of the country, comply with a Senate subpoena OR arrest the board for non-compliance and obstruction of justice. That's the Senate's job and they should do it.

If you believe that I'm telling anyone to do something rash while sitting on my ass that's not it. The message is aimed at the AZ Senate.

0
Yawnz13 0 points ago +1 / -1

I was under the impression that making those demands on an anonymous board was not equivalent to "demanding actions from elected officials". I was also under the impression that, as far as can be seen, you never made demands explicitly towards elected officials in the post I responded to in the first place.

Let's go back and look, shall we?

"Quit complaining about it. DO something about it. They're daring you to make them.

Oh look, I was right. https://imgur.com/a/PAUowYf

Now tell me, which elected officials from Arizona happen to frequent this board and happen to have seen your post? Go on, name names.

2
carsmij 2 points ago +2 / -0

Seriously! this guy Yawnz13... LoL - he thinks he's stumbled on some shred of logic that escapes the rest of us... "derp derp... no warrant no arrests... derp derp...." You fucking moron.... get a warrant.

0
Yawnz13 0 points ago +1 / -1

Oh no, required procedure being followed is "insufferably pedantic". Guess we'll just toss all concepts of law and order out of the window then because some simple-minded fuck like you can't handle the process.

Who do you think would be writing the warrant you imbecile? Not the cops. They can't just magic one out of thin air. That requires other people involved, like the county DA or some official in the state government.

First you have to charge someone with a specific crime. I'm going to go ahead and say that obstruction of justice likely won't work since those charges are usually made pursuant to an attempt to investigate, serve, and/or try someone(s) who are already charged.

The only realistic (and I use that term loosely here) way charges are going to be brought is AFTER the audit. Fraud gets uncovered. The county election commission's refusal to cooperate would then be considered obstruction. That would be when you could charge and subsequently arrest them. The whole point is to build a case so strong that they won't be able to worm their way out of it.

Your way basically justifies doors being kicked in based on little more than vague feelings of wrong-doing. Funny, that's the sort of "law" the left wants. Throw people into prison because of feefees and smoke.

1
Uh-hickabuh 1 point ago +1 / -0

I know how the system works o don't need to be explained how warrants work. Obviously i want due process but ignoring subpoenas is the part in the due process where you go after someone with a warrant. What is a subpoena good for if that isn't the next step? Glad you wasted all that time writing those paragraphs just for me to not give a shit what you are saying. As I said, go fuck off and have your bad day somewhere else you miserable ass hole

1
Yawnz13 1 point ago +1 / -0

Clearly you don't understand the process as much as you think, since all you'd be able to do with them ignoring the subpoena is a contempt charge at best.

I didn't waste a bit of my time at all, and you giving a shit isn't required. You never intended to a give a shit because you're fucking stupid.

They figure if they make accountability or anything that stands against them such a byzantine and elaborate endeavour, you'll just give up. It's not from a stance of fair play. It's a deception/misdirection tactic, and the only way through is a stance and style that some would view as undemocratic. The counterpoint to the naysayers is that if you and other teams are supposed to be "playing ball" and one team is clearly not playing in good faith, you're just wwasting your time and rescources "being nice". Why play by rules that the other side refuses to accept or follow?

something about the Constitution only being a piece of paper if no one enforces it

They went to court to argue aren't under the jurisdiction of the state they are located in. These people aren't smart.

Hm, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that refusing to cooperate is exactly what a guilty party does.

But hey, I'm just a Trumptard, what do I know?

BTW guys, that last part is sarcasm. I have to make sure I say that cause some have gotten REALLY pissed cause they don't get sarcasm lol

Arrest and execute all commies.

If there was no fraud they wouldn't fight.

If the fraud wasn't widespread, they wouldn't fight it.

There was no russia collusion, we let them investigate.

Anyone seeing the problem yet?

Everyone of us would be fired from our jobs if we refused to be audited by our bosses.

They're clamming up because I think they've realized they're the one who were set up to take the fall, not the ones who bought them.

LOCK THEM UP!

LOCK THEM UP!

LOCK THEM UP!

6
Khambei 6 points ago +6 / -0

Because they know they all cheated to get into their elected positions, are directly involved in cheating to get Biden falsely elected, and any compliance they give is signing their death warrant.

ILoveSilk 6 points ago +6 / -0

Is there any law enforced in this country? A county defying state senate and court subpoena so far has not be held accountable for its illegal act.

6
ravioli_king 6 points ago +6 / -0

And yet they will still find everything.

5
559throw 5 points ago +5 / -0

Then jail them. You know damned well that's what would happen to any and all of us if we defied subpoenas.

Who hired those rat bastids

Wupta 3 points ago +3 / -0

The thieves will not just roll over and say okay you got me. This is a coup, they are part of the coup, which automatically puts them operating outside the law and they use law to deflect the demands for accountability. It’ll take a real uprising of the population to go and grab them by their thieving coats and drag them to accountability, don’t expect law enforcement to do it for you, they are part of the coup.

This here. I think the board of supervisors is going all-in on this. Probably they'd chose prison rather than "just hand over the servers and the passwords". I can't think of any other reason why they've broken so many laws, so blatantly.

(and the fact that police, local judges and DA's, and the FBI are treating those crimes with kid gloves, is basically proof that all of THEM are in on it too)

Also free James Brown's wig!

I'm so fucking tired of this: THROW THEM IN JAIL!!!

3
GrimmJack 3 points ago +3 / -0

Why does the rest of the USA have to suffer because Democrat cheaters think they never will be held accountable. Next election no Republican controlled county in the USA should submit their results until ALL the problem children counties from 2020 announce their final results.

3
Pumpitrealgood 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is just criminal contempt at this point. I am certain they are getting their marching orders from someone at the top. These criminal election officials were paid off, and now they have to play the game until the end, whatever that end is.

I wonder how long they would let one of us peasants defy them like this? You think if state legislature ordered or subpoenaed one of us and we ignored just ignored them that we would be walking around free and clear 6 month's later?

This reeks of more uni-party bs.

The tech team WAKE TSI is no longer involved in this process and their responsibilities will transfer to StratTech .... WAKE finished their contract and chose not to continue past May 14th.

I'm thinking this is a good sign that this company is no longer involved, they probably don't want to be subject to the Dem machine's backlash after their work in Arizona exposes what is likely to be obvious fraud. I wouldn't doubt if they were intimidated out of continuing to work with the Audit Team.

2
EmTae 2 points ago +2 / -0

Simple...

Turn it criminal just like NY is doing to Trump, Grand Jury indictments, under oath testimony.

Can't involve any Fed 3 letter agencies.

2
PepeAmericusMaximus 2 points ago +2 / -0

START PUTTING PEOPLE IN JAIL, AND KEEP GOING UNTIL SHIT GETS DONE

2
ravonaf 2 points ago +2 / -0

Then arrest them. I'm tired of them crying about it. Do your duty for STFU.

2
IvIA6A 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why can't they start arresting these people?

2
Rubicante 2 points ago +2 / -0

Leftists discovered in 2020 that they can simply refuse to comply and the law will simply not apply to them, whether it be rioting or defying a direct order from the Supreme Court. Truly a party of lawlessness.

Veritas264 2 points ago +2 / -0

“Bennett: It may never get to criminal action. If they don’t want to cooperate, they don’t want to cooperate. “

Hopium...

2
current_horror 2 points ago +2 / -0

Everyone on both sides knows that the media will brand any election-related charges or arrests as purely political. We've got to tear off that bandaid and weather that storm. If breaking election laws carries no consequences, then we do not have legitimate elections.

2
xBigCoffinHunter 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fuckin arrest somebody. Fuck sake. This is a “Republican” controlled state.

2
DZP1 2 points ago +2 / -0

The smell of Maricopa desperation is as strong as the odor of manure from a cattle lot. We'd better start building more prisons to hold all the Democrats after the trials.
