Deputy or Sheriff doesn't matter. Nobody should be forced to take the VAX. its against the Nuremberg code, and violates federal law. Its an experimental drug and nobody is required to participate in an experiment. I see a lawsuit in their future...

The thing is, laws and shit do not matter anymore.

I'm not advocating for us to go burn loot murder, but just for folks to stop the solipsistic thinking on laws

Yep. In communist dictatorships, the only people's laws apply to are the enemies of the communist party.

Your statement is so true. Laws are meaningless. It’s all a fat joke. Law and order is dead.

11

Well if that's the case then we're lazy pieces of shit for letting this continue. We have no right to complain at this point. We're complicit in our inaction.

19

Exactly!!! Everyone needs to stop saying, "it's not FDA approved...so it cant be mandated, etc. Etc" because what's going to happen when the FDA approves it so they can fuck with us more! Everyone needs to fight back with more angles than this!

13
Brokenmatrix2021 13 points ago +13 / -0

The FDA wants nothing to do with it. They know it's a failed technology that kills its animal test subjects. It's a cancer treatment. There's no fucking pathogen in it. It's not even a vaccine. Psycho lying commie murderers.

Vaccines have been used as a pretext to medically experiment on minorities before, including puerto ricans, black americans, native americans, and asian immigrants.

Im standing in solidarity with them, because setting the precedent that we cant say no to a vaccine would be deadly to them.

We already came to the conclusion that racism is more deadly than covid, when huge crowds for the BLM riots... i mean peaceful protests, were totally okay and justified.

So denying the validity of my argument is, in essence, attacking the BLM movements validity.

38

It's a bioweapon, plain and simple. A bioweapon designed to usurp control of the people.

24
TrumpAndGodWin 24 points ago +24 / -0

What's worse is that Alex said this was just a weak testing phase virus. Obviously they have much worse to release, but even if they just release slightly more and more deadly versions over time, eventually the sheeple will be scared enough to take away most or all of our rights. So prepare accordingly and work together bigly. Edit, maybe it'd be helpful to spread this possible plan so there's less panic when it happens, and more outrage at the true enemy.

11
ikuyas 11 points ago +11 / -0

The virus release is "fine" in a way as people can take whatever vaccine they want to take. The problem is that they are normalizing the practice of forcing everybody to take a vaccine when you should be fine if taken vaccine without others not. They have tried to make it "normal" to quarantine everyone regardless they are infected or not. The standard practice under pandemic or bioweapon attack event Is/was to quarantine those are infected.

Isn't the sheriff an elected position?

31
The_Forgotten_Man [S] 31 points ago +31 / -0

The Main Elected Guy is the SHERIFF, the "officers" are Sheriff's Deputies . The man in the article is a deputy sheriff

16
Guruchild 16 points ago +16 / -0

Deputies are sworn in by the sheriff to act on the sheriff’s behalf.

12
Gnometard 12 points ago +12 / -0

Still, they are not the sheriff nor elected

4
Guruchild 4 points ago +7 / -3

Technically they are the sheriff. It’s what deputy means.

6
FinishTheBorderWall 6 points ago +6 / -0

This. They are deputy sheriffs, not sheriff’s deputies. The sheriff delegates his arrest authority to them. But semantics or whatever. It’s better to just call him a deputy sheriff to avoid confusion.

7
Guruchild 7 points ago +7 / -0

I don’t think the people who downvoted me understand what delegation means. Yes they answer to the sheriff, yes the sheriff is elected, but legally a deputy sheriff has all the rights of a sheriff within his jurisdiction.

4
Parhelion12 4 points ago +4 / -0

Can they swear in other deputies at the same level as themselves. No. Not the sheriff.

12
GrayManNumber333 12 points ago +12 / -0

Who fired him? The sheriff or county? Who hired him sheriff or county?

4
Cyer6 4 points ago +4 / -0

5

3

2
MakeAmericaGreat9 2 points ago +2 / -0

2
maga_mama_757 2 points ago +2 / -0

The flu shot is FDA approved; the covid vaccine isn't yet. It's only been authorized under an emergency use authorization and it is illegal to mandate what amounts to an experimental vaccine.

1
MakeAmericaGreat9 1 point ago +1 / -0

I get that... But you know fda approval is coming for the 19 Vax...

16
TGNX 16 points ago +16 / -0

Deputy fired, not the sheriff. Sheriffs are elected.

Still bullshit, Nuremberg code, and all that.

15
GrayManNumber333 15 points ago +15 / -0

Should say deputy sheriff. Still shit, but if county officials are firing a top county elected official, that’s a whole different issue.

10
1776take2 10 points ago +10 / -0

The Sheriff who fired him is an elected Libtard in a Libtard city. He is anti-gun, anti-ICE, etc. etc and was probably PUT in office like NC Gov. Pooper. He also put all his staff through Critical Race training (see below).... Do you need to know any more to understand why this guy was fired?

He announced that all of his sworn deputies will receive racial equity training despite admitting he has not seen any evidence of inequities.

"Have I witnessed things that I thought were inequitable or inequitable treatment? I can't say that I have," Birkhead said. "But I know that it's right beneath the surface."

3

The way the reporter says it is, the only reason an employer can’t make it mandatory because it hasn’t received full FDA approval. Is this true?

If/when it receives FDA approval can employers then make it mandatory?

5
RepublicanRN 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm required to have certain vaccinations but they are all FDA approved.

Until this one is, I don't think they can force it.

By that time I'll have come up with a religious excuse. The thing that's hard is you literally have to be a perfect employee after that. Also, voice record all interactions with management from that point onward. They will be looking for one misstep to fire you instantly.

2
Moebius 2 points ago +3 / -1

I wonder if NC law requires mandatory flu vaccinations for all their City employees. That's FDA approved and if they don't routinely require vaccinations he's got a case.

Personally, I'd just tell them I'm 'allergic' to one of the ingredients in the Vax...(the 'bullshit' that's in it).

Under HIPAA they can legally ask you if you're vaccinated, but under HIPAA they cannot ask you WHY you CANNOT take the vaccine.

2
Red_Turtle 2 points ago +2 / -0

https://nypost.com/2021/02/17/nyc-waitress-says-she-was-fired-for-not-getting-covid-vaccine/

"While the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in December said companies could require workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19, employment lawyers said they hadn’t heard of a case like Jacobson’s before, according to WNBC, which first reported on her firing."

As of that article (that's the very first case I've heard of someone being fired for refusing to vaccinate) yes, employers have the "right" to require it.

If they so choose, they can also refuse a religious exemption because of the Supreme Court ruling in 1905 that ruled a priest had to allow himself to be vaccinated for I believe it was smallpox even though it went against his religious beliefs. That's how they can require kids get all sorts of vaccinations before attending schools. A lot of businesses in California have been refusing religious exemption requests since the China Virus vaccine started being available.

That 1905 ruling is the biggest problem because it rules that we don't have the right to bodily integrity if the government thinks that public safety outweighs individual rights.

1
citydwellertrumpfan 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think it would be possible to argue that covid is a much lower risk than smallpox due to the lower case fatality rate and forcing vaccination is this unjustifiable. Wonder what the case fatality ratio for 1918 pandemic influenza was? Since media have constantly compared covid to that.

Smallpox has a higher fatality ratio, is a known risk and the government does not mandate hardly anyone to get the vaccine for that (only some CDC and national security people). Even pro vaccine people say smallpox vaccine is too dangerous for widespread use in a non pandemic scenario.

1

https://mtsu.edu/first-amendment/article/1824/jacobson-v-massachusetts

They don't care. Cali has had numerous businesses refusing to accept religious exemptions. The Supreme Court over 100 years ago did away with individual rights as long as government could find an excuse why the public good outweighed the individual's rights.

If a crappy employer wants to force you to take it, they can and you'd end up fired if you refuse with no recourse after this crap vaccine gets full acceptance by the FDA. This is why it's so important that we DON'T rely on the fact the vaccine's status is still "experimental." Once it's not, they'll mandate it all the same like any other vaccine they made mandatory until now and we won't have a way out because of this crap 1905 ruling.

I don't know about you, but even if they change it from experimental to accepted, I wouldn't trust it to be any less dangerous. They have too much riding on this.

4
GeoG85 4 points ago +4 / -0

Let's do math:

The Deep State controls a lot of Company Policy.

The Deep State is talking about a Great Job Reset.

The Deep State is making it mandatory for many jobs to take 'this' COVID Vaccine.

This COVID Vaccine is reported to have many deaths.

4
Poopyonurface 4 points ago +4 / -0

He’ll win, a friend of mine’s medical school tried to require it. Literally said it was mandatory in a memo they sent out to everyone. She responded with an email from a lawyer stating the school would be held liable for any acute or chronic adverse effects that may result as a consequence of taking the vaccine since they made it mandatory. The school immediately responded that it wasn’t mandatory, only “highly recommended”. But they refused to inform the entire class of this when she requested them to send an updated email saying that it wasn’t mandatory.

Pretty fucked up
