  • Rumor Trump is Considering Bush Endorsement? (5/30)

It seems like JEB! Bush's son, George P. Bush, wants AG Paxton's position in Texas and it's starting to look like Trump might be considering endorsing him. If you want to give Trump your opinion on the situation, you can provide feedback here: https://www.45office.com/info/share-your-thoughts

  • Harri Hursti Caught Red Handed + Calls to Action (5/29)

Marilyn Todd took pictures of the audit tabulator tapes and found that Hursti reopened the "election" and back-dated the results just like in DePerno's video.

Quick summary here: https://youtu.be/bHQA_7_djjc

Tell the judiciary chair she must write a report concerning the tabulator tape evidence found by Marilyn Todd. They can no longer ignore the building evidence. NH must have a forensic audit.

Judiciary Chair- Sharon Carson: 603-271-1403

Tell the Elections Laws Committee that they must subpoena all election materials and equipment in order to conduct a full forensic audit. The audit has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the machines can be easily manipulated. We now have evidence that the tabulator tapes can be falsified. The people demand a full forensic audit.

Elections Law Chair- James Gray: 603-271-3479

Tell the Senate President that he must support a full forensic audit of NH. We have undeniable proof that the machines and their tabulator tapes are entirely unreliable. The legislature cannot avoid the issue any longer. We must conduct a full forensic audit of NH.

Senate President- Chuck Morse: 603-271-3479

  • Additional Info about the NH Tab Tapes from PorchLightOn (5/29)

Update about the tabulator tapes, photographed by Marilyn Todd at the Windham audit. Link to a post by in CannCon's Locals account: https://canncon.locals.com/post/714084/we-caught-them-red-handed-harri-hursti-and-the-nh-auditors-responded-to-my-tweet-this-morning-sa#gallery-post-714084

The Windham livestream shows Harri Hursti directing two workers to input the commands to the tabulator, as shown on the tapes, including zeroing out data and backdating to November 3 2020. So we know this is not something Hursti did by himself, or in secret.

In the WindhamNHAuditors twitter feed, Hursti said this today about backdating to November 3: "This is the proper way to test how the equipment performed on election day--which was our assignment by law. If the clock weren't reset, malware could tell it was being tested. Resetting the clock is proper procedure, as explained before, during, & after."

In the same twitter feed, CannCon asks Hursti if they were able to back up the contents of the tabulator's memory card before resetting it. Hursti's answer was: "As was explained in person and in the live feed, these machines are ancient. There’s no way to copy their memory w/o breaking the security seals, removing the card & EPROM, & inserting them into a special device—not an ordinary computer. There would be no way to prove that device did not alter the programming, so--as explained several times--first the retabulation of all ballots was done with the machines in as close as possible condition to the Nov election."

However, CannCon points out that if you go to 1:47:52 in the livestream he links to, you can hear the two workers saying that the machine is asking if they want to copy the card. Hursti says tells them no.

We don't know what Hursti erased.

  • Contact Liz If You Have Ballot Initiative Experience (5/29)

Liz thinks that the people of Arizona will have to go around the legislature to get true election reform. • Get Your Town's Tabulator Tapes (5/28)

File right to know requests to your town clerk for the town's tabulator tapes. In some places it's as simple as sending an email and stating that it is a right to know request. Marilyn Todd is checking into how it works in each state.

You can check these tapes to see if the riggers got sloppy (like Hursti) or see if you can find a pattern. For example, Tom Murray found that there is a repeating pattern of "broken" machines that will result in a similar percentage of overvotes that go all the way down the ticket. He then crosschecked and realized that the overvotes were causing the "broken" machine results to be the inverse of the normal machine results.

  • Recall Rusty Bowers (5/28)

You must live within his district (legislative district 25) to sign. However, you don't have to live in his district to collect signatures

  • Wisconsin Election Investigation (5/28)

According to the Wisconsin State Journal:

Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, said he plans to hire the three retired officers to work in conjunction with an Assembly committee with investigatory powers that has already been formed to review the presidential election, despite Wisconsin election officials expressing confidence in the result. Vos said he wants the investigators to look into the thousands of complaints about the election lawmakers received after the November presidential contest.

While this is a step in the right direction and very appreciated, this is no substitute for an audit. The only definitive way to prove or disprove fraud is to actually review the ballots and election equipment. The people of Wisconsin want a full forensic audit and that's what they should get.

You can contact Wisconsin legislators here: https://populistrevolt.com/wisconsin/

Make sure to specifically email, certify mail, and call the election committee.

  • NH Hash Codes Don't Match (5/28)

  • Pennsylvania Legislators Blocking an Audit (5/21)

According to Toni Shuppe, these people are blocking an audit in PA:

Representative Kerry Benninghoff: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/house_bio.cfm?id=215

Senator Kim Ward: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/Senate_bio.cfm?id=1188

Senator Jake Corman: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/legis/home/member_information/senate_bio.cfm?id=251

Urge them to get behind AuditTheVotePA and audit the 2020 election. The recent primary was an absolute disaster, and it is the legislature’s duty to provide a proper election where every legal vote counts. Use mail, emails, and phone calls to tell them that the people of Pennsylvania have no faith in their vote and legislators must find out what is going wrong. Even Democrats like Matthew Vough are calling for Luzerne County to end their contract with dominion after voters told him his name did not appear on their ballot.

The BOS should not be treated as a protected class of citizens just because they have personal ties to Senators. They must be held accountable. If the Senate allows the BOS to not comply with subpoenas, they are tacitly approving of the BOS' crimes. The Senate must take legal action now, so that the people of Arizona can fully trust the election process. If they are indeed responsible for destroying evidence and breaking chain of custody, we cannot allow them to tamper with the routers or hide passwords.

Hijacking ProfessorOaks Post

The update from Wendy Rogers Tour.

https://t.me/AZAuditNews/474 https://t.me/AZAuditNews/475

Here are some of my takeaways from the tour of the audit yesterday:

Increase in capacity now: From 17 to 32 paper inspection tables using microscopic cameras From 20 to 44 counting tables (yellow, green, blue) From 4 to 12 aggregation tables

The pace is picking up daily More audit forensics are done each day

Theoretically, mail-in ballots should all be of the same type, composition, and fiber with little to no variance. So if variances ARE seen, there should be an explanation, if there is no explanation, then that is a gap.

703 precincts were condensed down to 175 precincts. Every precinct has different ballots. Thus, if your ballot was "printed on demand", then the paper in those situations could legitimately vary... but the paper should not vary for mail-in ballots.

We now DO have the deleted databases folder

  1. Despite news accounts, it really WAS deleted.
  2. It was CyFIR who discovered this and they are none other than the firm who discovered the June 2015 US Gov't Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breach where SF86 forms used for Top Secret security clearances were compromised. The bad guys had been infiltrated into OPM for three years.
  3. Sample scenario: Ballot box's pink slip says 200 ballots contained in the box. Really only 99 physical ballots are actually IN the box. There should be TWO cross-references to verify this. The Dominion machine would have a batch number corresponding to that grouping of ballots AND Dominion should have the scanned imagery to similarly correlate to those ballots. Where are the remaining 101 ballots? Are they imaged in Dominion? Is their batch number tallied in Dominion?

Constituent questions: Will the AZ Audit be enough? Yes, because it will inform legislation necessary to plug the gaps to restore the public's confidence.

What has been the media's role? The media have served to fragment and erode our confidence.

Will it be provable? Contrary to her claims, Secretary Hobbs' concern of contamination of the tabulator machines is completely baseless. CyFIR's standard operating procedures for data collection are Read Only capabilities such that nothing can be altered. Everything is also provably videoed. Dominion itself declined the invitation to observe the AZ Audit.

Will the AZ Audit's results be legally actionable? Potentially, yes. Indeed, intent versus accidental sloppiness is determinable.

Bottom Line: The left redefines "evidence" to be proof. The way it really goes is you have enough evidence to proceed with investigation and discovery. Then you determine the conclusion based upon proof. Example: You go outside and the ground is wet. Was it due to rain? Was it your neighbor's sprinklers? Was it morning dew? One needs more information for proof. If the courts and media stop you, then you will never discover the proof to know the truth.

Summary to the audience from Cyber Ninjas CEO:

  1. This has never been done before.
  2. It's really important for our democracy to be transparent
  3. Unfortunately, technology has gotten in the way rather than helping.
  4. Where will we be if voters think their votes don't matter anymore?
  5. We have a solid AZ Audit team that is ready and capable to get it done.
  6. This is a calling. We will overcome any and every obstacle.
  7. Can't wait till it's over so that the participants can talk all they want about what they've seen!
  8. Physical data collection completed by the end of June. The report will follow sometime later.

Feedback from a floor volunteer who is a retired USAF pilot

  1. Chain of custody procedures are as precise and flawless as Strategic Air Command's. Signing off of authenticators' "secrets" was not as stringent as the AZ Audit! Going to the bathroom for 10 minutes requires a sign-off.
  2. Laughable that the AZ Secretary of State said her machines were compromised when she initially said they were unhackable.

Post 2:

Procedures on the floor:

  1. All volunteer counters must be from Maricopa county and have voted in the November 2021 election. (skin in the game)
  2. Tally sheets and ballots can physically move only if 3 things are present: People Paper Camera
  3. Three components to the AZ Audit layout: Counting - Aggregation - Forensics.
  4. Every worker treats the process on the floor as if he were in a court of law.

I will put out more info during my upcoming interviews about what I saw.

julianReyes 3 points ago +3 / -0

Uh, why, it's actual progress as opposed to virtue-signalling over "Trump Won" flags.

ProfessorOak [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

It takes all kinds. While I'd love for everyone to take political action, I won't knock anyone who's making an effort to fight in the culture war. Raising morale and letting others know we're not ashamed of our beliefs is important as well. Its about time the silent majority became the roaring majority.

julianReyes 2 points ago +2 / -0

I know, I just want priority. Trump was the answer to showboating politicians who misled voters and did nothing to back up their words, and who CONTINUE to mislead and defraud us even now. We don't need to go back to the status quo, we need to be the new status quo. Because the old status quo is artificially stoking needless war and making life unaffordable and unbearable for all American citizens. It's already inspiring how POTUS Trump has reinvigorated patriots to actively participate in civic reform instead of allowing social media to tyrannize them, and I feel upvoting sports virtue signalling will draw our high energy away from restoring the nation and saving it from hyperinflation.

Trump was proof that a realistic utopia was within reach.

ProfessorOak [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

I totally see where you're coming from. I'd hate for us to fall back into old, bad habits as well. I'm hoping it works more as an encouragement to be bold rather than the usual "look, we're owning the libs" circlejerk.

Tucked in the message above, is a quick excerpt of Trump possibly endorsing making a Bush recommendation. He absolutely should not under any circumstances endorse her in TX. Guess I have to let the President know, there was a link for that somewhere. “Anyone” Bush ever put into Government has helped the left get to where we are today.

AmericanGuy 4 points ago +4 / -0

"What has been the media's role? The media have served to fragment and erode our confidence."

Been saying this for FOREVER. Yet weak idiots say "I'll never vote again." You HAVE to vote or else you lose races that AREN'T stolen. Let them steal so we have more evidence and potential cases, don't just give it to them.

Heads up to those following Youtubers for audit news: this morning, Nick Moseder and CannCon were simultaneously banned from posting on YouTube for one week, apparently because of the content of their videos about the New Hampshire audit.

Nick says he's working on a Locals.com group; CannCon is already there: https://canncon.locals.com/

SurfingUSA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Even though they were only talking about erection ballets?!

PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yeah, I think the secret twin language went out the window in the recent videos about the Windham machine tally tapes. :-) If I had to guess, YT couldn't stomach the frank discussion of alleged cover-ups of the "five letter f word."

I don't know how many of us watched the three hour livestream that Moseder did yesterday with Harri Hursti and Phillip Stark. I finished the last part this morning. I'm not sure how to distill three hours of frustration, confusion, and inspiration into a few sentences. Still thinking about it.

SurfingUSA 1 point ago +1 / -0

wow. that doesn't sound good. I can't figure Hursti out -- he definitely used to be one of the good guys, now ... ?

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not a technologically savvy person, but I know impressive Hursti's history with voting machines, and it wouldn't surprise me if he's one of the most knowledgeable people in the country on the topic.

But in the livestream, I thought he was very defensive, and deliberately difficult to understand. To me, Hursti came across like an arrogant expert who was offended by allegations made by the Windham residents and Youtubers.

Clearly, there's a huge gap between his knowledge and those who were questioning him. But instead of calmly explaining, he often answered in a combative way.

Apparently, the Windham machines are so old they predate technology that can communicate with the internet. The memory cards haven't been made since 1998. But many of us are struggling to understand these things, and when Professor Clements asked about routers or internet connections, both of the auditors literally shouted at him in angry exasperation.

At one point, Hursti said he was "sick of the bullshit." Some questions were answered in a way that others couldn't follow, or answered with information that ducked the question asked. And once he started talking, he wouldn't stop. It's true he was there for over an hour, but little of that time was spent in a way that built confidence in his ability to be an unbiased auditor. He left the livestream abruptly, and it was clear (to me, at least) that he was fed up.

Stark tried harder to bridge the gap of knowledge, but I don't think his goal is the same as the residents of Windham. They want to know what caused the discrepancies between the machine and hand count. They want to know if the auditors are truly fighting for election integrity, and if the anomalies in Windham happened in other counties. But I think Hursti and Stark mostly wanted to defend their names. That's not the same goal, and it didn't go well.
