That's my problem with a lot of these emails. How do we know any of the ones with no responses are trustworthy? Literally anyone could have sent some of these emails.

That is an incoherent message. If that level of idiocy is what gets spouted by people proposing a "cure" it's no wonder they aren't trusted. This reads like a scam letter from a former South African government employee asking for my bank info so he can launder money through my account.

I know a lot of people are justifiably ragging in this guy for writing like a retard, but we should keep in mind that a lot of doctors in these emails write like complete garbage, and some of those had really good info, like trying to tell Fauci about HCQ. I don’t know jack about medicine so maybe this is bull or not but I wouldn’t assume because the guy writes like a sperg.

I work with a lot of different doctors and get emails from them all the time. The level of incoherence in some of them is mind-boggling. This one does sound a little more suspect than usual, but an email from a doctor that is borderline unreadable is not out of the ordinary.
