I'm the first to shit on calicucks, I was born in Boulder. I watched them DESTROY colorado and moved to texas early enough to watch them repeat it there and then ended up in WA... my fucking luck. General rule, californias are scum of the fucking earth. Should wall it off and blow the bridges.

BUT

if they're willing to protest/throw some flags up for the cause BEHIND ENEMY LINES? Credit where it's due.

6
ace4545 6 points ago +7 / -1

This may be true, but sometimes, in the right circumstances, when lives of those around you, especially those you care about, are in danger, Then the words Tactical Retreat are not known. Some would rather fight to the bitter end, just to see the glimmer of hope.

Maybe all of the ratshit democrats moving away has given the remaining conservatives in the state some breathing room. Being a Colorado resident myself, it wasn’t worth the sacrifice. If I could get away with torching some calicuck’s overpriced hybrid, I would do it in a fucking second.

General rule, californias are scum of the fucking earth.

How about general rule, assholes who call everyone in the state with the most conservative voters, who gave Trump the most votes of any state in the nation, and whose people own more guns than any other state in the nation "scum of the earth", may mean you're a fucking douchebag. And if you ever did meet one, and say that, you'd probably get your faggot Colorado head kicked in.

It sounds like California would be a prime candidate for a full audit. How about pushing for one?

4
CaliPede24601 4 points ago +4 / -0

We were busy recalling our idiot governor and ensuring that the audit of the 2M+ signatures required to do so was legitimate. One battle at a time…

2
Meme_Too 2 points ago +2 / -0

Would love to see Newsom's shyster grin turn into a grimace of shock when he's yanked from his high horse. If that happens, Californians will have done a great service to our country; the idiot aspires to become President.

3
BloodElfSupporter 3 points ago +3 / -0

Would love to, but everything is Democrat controlled. It’s essentially dictatorship. Also doesn’t help when they have the Dominion system that lets them fuck with our votes however they want.

It doesn’t mean we can’t; it just takes time. Just like it took decades for communists to infiltrate. Remember, California was still a red state till the 90s

2

1
spezisacuckold 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’m not saying “don’t fight”. It’s your fault you jumped to that conclusion. All I’m saying, is that the “tide” isn’t “turning”, in California of all places. That would imply the leftward momentum has stopped and the Titanic is no longer going to hit the iceberg.

Deceleration is still movement in wrong direction. Until we’ve decelerated communism to the point that its growth has stopped, only then can we accelerate in the right direction and say that the tides have turned.

4
DZP1 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not in the big way, but there is now some pushback on Sacramento. The corrupt legislature will not support critical environmental issues like certain plastic use contaminating the land. A broad range of environmentalists is massing to fight the Capitol. Meanwhile, a lot pf people are pissed off at Governor Metrosexual Newsom and his clampdown on the state. This prick nephew of Pelosi is having to spend large money to combat the recall effort. Central Valley too is conservative.

3
lixa 3 points ago +3 / -0

I worked recall petition tables in la county and a LOT of people are pissed off, came up ranting about how much they hate him and throwing down 20s in donations. I also meet a lot of random Trump supporters even in liberal areas just in everyday life. I don't have faith that the recall won't be corrupted, but I believe the intention is definitely solidly there.

3
DZP1 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks for this encouraging information. Also, my personal thanks to you for your having done the table volunteering effort. It's people like that who give me hope for this country, that the grass-roots level exists.

4
lixa 4 points ago +4 / -0

My pleasure fren! That makes me feel good to hear. (Btw one small correction, although it is really not much of a difference but Governor Hair Gel is Pelosi’s nephew.. if that pisses you off even more!)

3
DZP1 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's right - thanks for the correction. In my old age it's becoming so hard to not mix up two despicable entities. I suspect Pelosi won't voluntarily retire until she's age 125 and runs out of children's blood to inject.

Roof Korean: the first line of defense against Burn Loot Murder

14
Sarthax 14 points ago +14 / -0

Kenneth Lee. He was on the 3 judge panel hearing Benetiz's mag ban and ruled correctly with the original decision before CA pushed for a full En Banc hearing with the whole 9th. He was LITERALLY one of the rooftop Koreans not just someone in the area when it went down.

13
ObjectiveReality 13 points ago +13 / -0

Stop.

Benitez is the judge that game us the mag-pocalypse

This man is single handedly fighting the good fight, and the appeal process is unavoidable. There is nothing to be gained from a brief window because the configuration just goes back to being illegal after. He can't stop a stay, so granting one costs nothing. It was different with mags because whatever you got in the window STAYED legal because it wasn't posession that the law bans, but importation and manufacturing

TLDR: YOU LEAVE MY FAVORITE JUDGE ALONE, THIS MAN IS A SAINT

7
ace4545 7 points ago +7 / -0

We also have Kenneth Lee who is a Based Real Life Roof Top Korean, in the 9th Circuit.

Yes, this is completely true, but I do not think the higher courts will rule that it is constitutional to ban them.

-4
deleted -4 points ago +3 / -7
11
Eric5856 11 points ago +12 / -1

Now the 9th Circuit has 10 Trump appointed Judges out of 29 total. Benitez used a significant part of his opinion to show that using the 9th Circuit’s own decision-making tests the Ca Assault Weapons ban was unconstitutional. He highlighted in his opinion the times the 9th Circuit wrongly decided 2A case and were reversed by Supreme Court. I think the ruling does stand a chance of being upheld by the 9th circuit.

6
AntiCandyCommie 6 points ago +6 / -0

used to be, but the democrats left tons of judge seats open for Hillary Clinton to fill (a mistake they won't make again) and now the 9th circuit has SOME hope to it. there's a pretty high chance this will stay but won't know for another what 9 months probably lmao

5
JarretGax 5 points ago +7 / -2

I knew there had to be a caveat.

9
FireannDireach 9 points ago +12 / -3

It's the Gateway Pundit, it's more putting the cart WAY ahead of the horse, as usual.

IF this judge doesn't change his stance in 30 days, this will end up in the 9th, and they will uphold the ban.

This is far from a done deal.

2

He also appointed Amy, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch, and that was after what I assume was extreme vetting, and we all know how they are... I doubt he was able to vet all of the lower court judges as thoroughly or more so.

Only thing I think Trump messed up on was listening to his advisers. Before he was elected he seemed so intune with us...but once elected it seemed like other people had his ear and i was frustrated by that.

This case is not about extraordinary weapons lying at the outer limits of Second Amendment protection. The banned “assault weapons” are not bazookas, howitzers, or machineguns. Those arms are dangerous and solely useful for military purposes

Judge still room to grow. 2A is for overthrowing military’s not hunting.

33
Mythologick 33 points ago +33 / -0

Technically under the 2nd amendment all weapons are fair game. You could own a fucking nuclear weapon, under the 2nd. I don’t see any language there in the 2nd that prevents ANY arms.

24
yudsfpbc 24 points ago +24 / -0

Exactly. The context is the militia, and the militia is every able-bodied adult make, and the militia just defeated the British Empire. If it is useful for war, the 2A says we have the right to own and carry.

12
coffeeisbitter 12 points ago +12 / -0

Yep, if a government becomes tyrannical, it could be the military the people fight against. Anything that the military is allowed to own that citizens cannot creates a power gap in favor of that tyrannical government.

21
War_Hamster 21 points ago +21 / -0

If you read the Federalist Papers and other Founding documents, the 2A was not so much for overthrowing a tyrannical government as it was to ensure that a tyrannical government never went too far.

One can argue that it has already failed in that purpose, but I suggest the fact that we're not already in the gulag indicates it is actually succeeding very well as it is buying us time to fix this sh*t peacefully.

7
deleted 7 points ago +9 / -2
4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yup. The 2A and the whole Constitution are under assault. They've been so before.

Habeas Corpus hasn't been suspended quite yet, but it's fair to be wary.

2
DiscoverAFire 2 points ago +2 / -0

Six months in solitary with no court date. We should pass an amendment to ban this cheka bullshit.

2
BroadSunlitUplands 2 points ago +2 / -0

Right. 2A doesn’t magically defend itself and the other rights unless citizens either have the will to make use of it for that purpose, or at a minimum the state must believe that citizens have the will to use it for that purpose.

Currently neither of those conditions are met. Currently 2A is not only a bluff, but a bluff which has been called when they brazenly stole the highest office in the land.

4
ObjectiveReality 4 points ago +4 / -0

Precisely. The fact that they want our guns FIRST shows that they are serving a purpose. If they weren't holding back and delaying tyranny while it becomes more and more apparent, they wouldn't bother with the guns.

2
Edial 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's why they push so hard to ban guns. It's so fucking obvious that they have really fucked up shit planned, but the reality of there being guns behind pretty much every door is preventing it from occurring.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

This is why I love all of the 2A pedes, even the Doomers. They're the reason I'm not locked up yet and get to do my thing without too much harassment. Kinda nice having a whole nation of gun owners on my side.

1
PraiseBeToScience 1 point ago +3 / -2

You all would love my ideas.

Anybody who contracts with the defense department would be required to entertain commercial sales to civilians as part of any contract, within reason. Exceptions would be:

A) Extreme burden on the company or DoD. Jeff Bezos could probably buy an aircraft carrier, but that's an insane undertaking for a company that would affect other operations.

B) National security.

C) The material cannot be modified/altered easily to circumvent A or B.

D) The item is still under production.

So for example, an F-35 would probably be off the table, not just for the stealth, but because of the computer inside. However, Boeing is making F-15s for foreign nations that are not selling classified material, and they're churning them out nonstop, so it's not a burden to their operations, there's no national security problem, and it's under production, so if you plopped down $80 million, Boeing has to give you an F-15, or face enormous fines, sanctions, or loss of contracts. They could also face retraction of open market sales for other products.

This would stop the biggest stranglehold the second amendment has, and that's shitty evil companies who say "we don't sell to civilians". You can buy a 40mm grenade launcher, but who fucking cares? Nobody is selling you HEDP grenades. You can get stupid chalk rounds but that's not why you have a 40mm.

So if H&K says that we're selling MP7s, but not to civilians, H&K loses all right to sell guns to anyone, until they unfuck themselves.

Everything is on the table. If the military can have it, so can you.

And for the retard commies who say "OMG BUT NUKES", guess what, nukes aren't under production, so you can't buy a nuke unless someone DRMOs it.

Oh that's another thing. Faggot Army faggots are no longer allowed to just 'waste' ammo and shoot out guns until they're destroyed. That's now a crime. Except for expired explosives (which are demiled for a good reason, old explosives become unstable), everything goes through DRMO, and it's all sold through direct sales, no more of this fucking auction bullshit where 'technically you can buy a HMMWV, but you have to buy this lot of 1,500 HMMWVs and you need to ship them all out of here at your own expense by next week". I don't know if you know how DRMO works but that's basically it. DRMO essentially only rewards people running resale businesses.

2
UnitedStatesofSmash 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't expect the Supremes to pick this case if it shows up in their docket.

I'm so proud I can give up my second amendment rights over "MUH BORSHUNZ", a stupid fucking issue that objectively doesn't affect any of us in the slightests.

2
ObjectiveReality 2 points ago +2 / -0

It will go 3 person enbanc, and if it beats that it will go full, and if it beats that THEN it will go to SC. Just like the magazine ban is doing. And what the open vs concealed carry did before SC refused to take it (really pissed about that)

Lmao the judge pretty much said that the AR-15 is not a weapon of war, not an assault rifle, and that the media has lied to people about this.

I love the catchy titles of the gateway, but never again will I waste my time clicking on their aids infested web page.

Pro tip; modify your hosts file to redirect ad traps to patriots.win. Prevents accidental clicks so the sites can’t scrape your systems for tracking data when you’re just trying to expand a thumbnail and end up on their spyware site

I really wish that politicians that knowingly pass unconstitutional legislation were somehow held accountable.

2
ObjectiveReality 2 points ago +2 / -0

It really should be a crime to pass a law which is unconstitutional. You deprive millions of people their rights for years?? Fucking jail those people.

thejman 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is step 1 of the plan. Step 2: stage false flags with AR15s. Step 3: Federal government voices concern and need for federal gun control. Step 4: Fake support for such measures and find ways to blame the deaths on opposition. Step 5: Federal gun control gets passed.

I like his phrase "muscular constitutional right" he used in the decision statement. Muscular arms. Need a new shirt designed for that one.

Commie AG: The Attorney General retreats to the principle that even when the record contains “conflicting legislative evidence,” intermediate scrutiny “allow[s] the government to select among reasonable alternatives in its policy decisions.” Id (quotation omitted).

Based Judge: "The legislative record of AWCA makes clear that that respecting a citizen’s constitutional right of armed self-defense was not among the considered alternatives – it was not a consideration at all. Likewise, a citizen’s constitutional right to be prepared for armed militia service was not a considered alternative. The California Legislature did not choose among reasonable alternatives as none of the alternatives included protecting space for a citizen’s Second Amendment rights."

police chief in Oakland, California: "we do not want victims to arm themselves; we want them to be good witnesses."

Awesome frickn' Judge: "Of course, a dead victim is a lousy witness."

1
Berkeley 1 point ago +1 / -0

It's good there's pushback. But let's not hold our breath. This will get overturned during the 30 day stay in appeals court. That being said, it's a step in the right direction

1
MAGAsJustBegun 1 point ago +1 / -0

So, what does this cover exactly? Like 30 round mags being legal by the tyrants again?

I know the AG of Cali has 30 days to appeal, but I don't believe they can win that appeal.

2
Cincinattus1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

30 round mags are still illegal. It's awaiting an appeal to either an en banc hearing or it gets appealed to SCOTUS, I'm not sure which.

"Assault weapons" are still illegal in California, as the ruling came with a stay, allowing the state to appeal. They will appeal, and it will go to the 9th circuit, who will probably uphold the law, and then it will likely be appealed to SCOTUS.

1
ObjectiveReality 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think we're in the full enbanc for mags - it passed the 3 person enbanc amazingly ... but regardless of the outcome it's going to SC aftert that

Now the AWB is following behind.

Still need suppressors, sbrs, 50cal to make their way into the pipe

And I'm pissed our open/concealed carry case got declined by SC, that was BS

1
Bldg_2019 1 point ago +1 / -0

It’s a one judge ruling from what I read on that abomination of a website. It will go to appeal and probably change nothing for California in the end. The ruling is not a bad thing, though. Likely just meaningless.

1
dldeuce 1 point ago +1 / -0

Based Judge: "Perhaps the State has a long-range plan of taking incremental steps toward more and more gun control. But it should be obvious that barring total extinction of the Second Amendment, "

"no amount of “common sense” gun control laws will prevent criminals from misusing guns."

1
ShitOfPeace 1 point ago +1 / -0

There needs to be criminal penalties for officials that pass laws like this that clearly and explicitly violate the Constitution. SCOTUS ruled on this exact thing and they still pass the law like the ruling never existed.
