Our constitution has an ether of rights not explicit in the text, but so blatant you’d have to be a dummy not to believe. These are prenumbral. It’s like gravity in baseball. You don’t have to have gravity in the rules. People start playing baseball in outer space. People start cheating with copy machines and computers. Both senators the rules didn’t have that tech when created. You’d have to be an idiot not to understand you need gravity to play baseball even though it’s not specifically stated in the rules. This is a prenumbral rule.

It’s not made up, it was abused by the left. It’s part of the architecture that holds the foundation together
