Mindy Robinson is leading the charge in NV. Fill out these affidavits NV pedes!

  • Call, Email, and Certify Mail the MCBOS, Recorder Richer, Boyer, Fann, and Peterson (6/10)

From Arizona Conservatives Take Action's telegram:

According to @VoteLizHarris, the machine portion of the audit is hitting a snag because the Supervisors are withholding 2 key subpoenaed items: Splunk logs and hardware tokens.

The Senate subpoena can be enforced in 2 ways:

  1. via a contempt resolution, which requires RINO Paul Boyer’s cooperation

Put pressure on Boyer. Write and call Boyer everyday, multiple times per day. Demand his cooperation in enforcing the subpoena. He needs to vote YES to hold the Supervisors in contempt.

EMAIL [email protected]

PHONE 602-926-4173

  1. by filing a motion to compel with the court

Write and call Senators Karen Fann and Warren Petersen. Communicate your appreciation for their heroic efforts on our behalf. Ask them to file a motion to compel. No one withholds evidence unless there is something to hide.

602-926-5874 [email protected]

Petersen 602.926.4136 [email protected]

If you'd like to know more about splunk logs, Liz has a great breakdown on her telegram:

Contact the MCBOS and Stephen Richer, Maricopa County Recorder, to demand they turn over the Splunk Logs and the hardware tokens.

AZ Senator Wendy Rogers will be escorting VA Senator Amanda Chase at the audit.

  • Evidence Machines were Connected to the Internet in Antrim & Call/FOIA McBroom (6/10)

Matt DePerno has released even more damning information on his Twitter. The Antrim County EMS was remotely logged into on two occasions that we know of. Remote access means that the machines were indeed connected to the internet. The same night that DePerno learned about this, Bill Bailey’s former state Rep. Triston Cole started contacting people looking for Sheryl Guy’s personal cell b/c Senator Ed McBroom wanted to talk off the record. Matt explains it in detail here:

Matt wants everyone to call Senator McBroom and ask what this call was about and what lines were used. He also wants us to submit FOIA requests.

With this new info, Matt is filing a motion to reconsider in front of Judge Elsenheimer.

  • NH Livestream Q&A on June 13 7:30-9PM (6/10)

Senator Bob Giuda, Harri Hursti, Philip Stark, and Mark Lindeman will be answering viewer questions. They are encouraging viewer to submit questions in advance to increase the likelihood of your question getting answered. It might be best to read the report that will be released on June 11 before submitting any questions.

  • MI Legislature Trying to Ignore Their Constituents (6/10)

The MI Elections Committee is ignoring their duty to investigate the mounting evidence of fraud. I guess they’re hoping we’ll give up. Keep contacting the legislature until someone feels the heat and steps up.

  • Problem with Ballot Markers in Antrim (6/10)

Left markers were altered and cause the reversal of the ballot and an error specifying that the marker is over-height. You can see the picture on Bill Bailey's community page of his YouTube.

  • DOJ at RunBeck? (6/10)

Last night during CannCon's stream, he was getting reports that the DOJ was at RunBeck Printing in AZ.

  • How Did Cole Get Access to DePerno's Information? (6/10)

Triston Cole started trying to contact Sheryl Guy somewhere around the time DePerno got the info that the EMS was remotely accessed. DePerno has gone to great lengths to secure his information, so Bill thinks it's possible the DOJ is unlawfully monitoring their communications.

  • Protest Outside Illegal Alien Hotel in Scottsdale AZ Every Wednesday and Friday (6/10)

The protests outside of the illegal alien hotel are going to be a regular thing. They will be having one every Wednesday and Friday from about 5:00pm-6:30pm. They are trying to get some national attention on this. If you're a Scottsdale resident, they will also have a petition there that you can sign that seeks to reopen Scottsdale meetings to public presence instead of online-only meetings.

You can join the protest here:

NW Corner Scottsdale Rd & Mountain View Rd (9880 N. Scottsdale Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85253)

  • More New England Voter Integrity Groups and How You Can Help (6/7)

I highly recommend watching this short video by Nick Moseder:

There are now voter integrity groups for RI, WI, MA, NY, and CT. Here's their contact pages:

CT - https://www.facebook.com/groups/522816012071492

RI - https://www.facebook.com/groups/522498338915985/

MI - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2643291295963678

MA - https://www.facebook.com/groups/204164701533418

WI - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1125096707901665

NH - https://www.facebook.com/groups/1812440712260615

NY - https://www.facebook.com/groups/2797526980500694

Here's how you can help:

-Contact Marilyn to start a voter integrity group in your state. The goal of these groups is to maintain a record of voting information so that it can be analyzed and audited. These groups will be nonpartisan and will be specifically focused on facts to avoid controversy or removal from platforms.

-Get a copy or go view and take video of the tabulator tapes and voter rolls across your state. You can get a list of the county clerks from your Secretary of State and then you can mark off counties as you go. It might be best to get in touch with Marilyn or your state voter integrity group before doing this so that people don't start overlapping.

Marilyn will be compiling all of the tabulator tapes into a spreadsheet for easier inspection.

  • Georgia GOP Congressional District Convention on June 12 in Waycross (6/7)

There is a $25 fee for all Delegates, Alternates, and guests to cover expenses. The fees paid by those who pre-paid $25 for the convention that did not take place will be honored at the First District Convention on June 12.

  • NC House Members Requesting Inspection of Voting Machines (6/7)

NC pedes let your voices be heard! Flood your state legislators with demands for an audit of all election materials, especially machines and ballots.

  • NH Rally in Front of the State House on June 11 (6/5)

Marilyn and her group will have an affidavit station set up to get Jovan to scan the entire state's ballots. She's says it will be a patriot party with food trucks and a sound system. Cann Con will be there as well.

I wanted to tell everyone thank you for all the kind comments yesterday. Someone has yet to inform my dogs that this trip is supposed to be for leisure, so I probably won't have time to respond much the next couple of days. I'll do my best to keep making these posts till either you guys get sick of them or I run out of steam.

SurfingUSA 24 points ago +25 / -1

hey pups! start pulling yer weight 'round Professor's place!

Have a good trip.

P.S. Tiny formatting suggestion: Maybe each headline (section) should start with a state name:

.... with the states alphabetically and all of what is going on in one state available in one area of the post.

This will help Action Pedes take Action in their states ?

P.S., If you need help with this, I can take a recent Audit Update post and set it up for you.

Triston Cole started trying to contact Sheryl Guy somewhere around the time DePerno got the info that the EMS was remotely accessed. DePerno has gone to great lengths to secure his information, so Bill thinks it's possible the DOJ is unlawfully monitoring their communications.

This one is a bit concerning.

Last night during CannCon's stream, he was getting reports that the DOJ was at RunBeck Printing in AZ.

Given the DOJ's recent performance, this one is too.

Later during questioning by Republican Rep. Mark Finchem, Jan Bryant told the Arizona lawmakers that there were daily election ballot deliveries to MCTEC by Runbeck Election Services. According to witness testimony (transcribed below), these deliveries happened in 2020 from Nov. 3rd to at least the 10th.

Repeated explanations by supervisors at that time was that “Runbeck has high speed scanners”.

According to Jan Bryant, she was told the ballots were scanned offsite by Runbeck and then delivered to the Maricopa County Election Center.

SurfingUSA 10 points ago +10 / -0

1 and 2 ... uh oh ....

RunBeck is getting a visit from DoJ? This is bad on so many levels.

(for those who don't remember, Jan Bryant, an AZ election observer, talked about trucks arriving from RunBeck, a volume scanning operation off-site, for 7 days AFTER the election.)

War_Hamster 3 points ago +9 / -6

Let's not automatically assume the worst of the DOJ (despite recent history). There are good people still there who might be difficult for the bad actors to silence given the magnitude of the implications here.

We've seen a couple of concrete signs that the system isn't totally corrupt. SCOTUS just correctly ruled 9-0 on the immigration case. Also, some of the Fauci email redactions were coded as confidential due to ongoing criminal investigations.

I'm not spreading hopium, but this situation definitely bears watching closely.

SurfingUSA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Based on copious first- and second-hand knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, free thinkers / fair-minded people are not tolerated in agencies like DoJ. They are soul-deadening places with only lockstep tolerated. I would love to be able to agree with you, but DoJ, ATF, FBI, CIA -- lost causes, all.

I'm curious why you think otherwise?

I do get your point on Scotus. That's strange unless the Cabal put out an all-points bulletin to do 180s on previous votes at Scotus.

BoatingAccident 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm going to second what u/War_Hamster has stated, but not specifically within the DoJ. I will vouch for one of the other agencies you mentioned. There are still patriots in the top. Not many, but they are in there. Hang tight.

War_Hamster 4 points ago +5 / -1

And I've got some first and second knowledge with the SEC, IRS, and the corporate and lobbyist world. How both of us kept our souls intact is a story to be shared over a beer.

The reason I think there are still some honest actors is we still see things like Pedo rings getting busted, Hunter's laptop, the DNI handling the Chinese defector properly, Swallwell getting busted (that was Bill Barr's work according to Bongino today), the IG yesterday, RussiaGate blowing up because there's a limit to how far they can lie and get away with it, and many other signs of people trying to do their job the right way, even when they are blocked from many angles by the swamp rats. But none of that sees the light of day without some relatively honest actors.

There's a lot of people who are just a little bit swampy, but have too much risk to speak out. Some of these grow a conscious from time to time. I just don't see the world as binary. People and their motivations are very complex, there are many different factions and motivations, and the Swamp is a very complicated place. Things are never as they seem.

SurfingUSA 10 points ago +10 / -0

This is interesting, and, I think, good (note: the Left is melting down over this):

AZ Central:

Maricopa County election data is in a 'secure lab' in Montana, or maybe a log cabin in the woods?

A contractor hired by the Arizona Senate is reviewing Maricopa County's 2020 election data from an undisclosed location in Montana, with no oversight from state or county officials.

Ben Cotton, founder of tech firm CyFIR, a Senate subcontractor, made copies of the county's election server and other election data and then drove the copies to a "secure lab" in Montana, according to Senate liaison Ken Bennett. The Senate was given county voters' private information, but Bennett said he doesn't know if Cotton has copies of that in Montana.

It appears that the "secure lab" might be a home owned by Cotton in the northern Montana wilderness. Bennett said he didn't know, and Cotton and Cyber Ninjas, the Senate's main contractors, refuse to answer questions.

(apologies if this has already been discussed and I missed it)

War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

I just heard the story from my Dad. First time he's had a scoop before me in a long time.

This means the source isn't one of our regular sources. Note, I haven't watched any of our streamers yet today. But if it came from the MSM, they are spinning something.

They key part, I think, is that it's just a copy of the server. Chain of custody isn't an issue. Either he finds something that can be confirmed on the original, or he doesn't. Sounds like this is just another attempt to discredit.

PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Thanks for the link! I'd only seen some references to Cotton having moved some data to an out of state "lab."

In the AZ Central article, they quote Alex Halderman, discussing the risk of Cotton having the data.

They don't mention that Halderman was the expert witness in the DePerno Antrim Michigan court case, hired to refute the Allied Security Group report. ASOG concluded the Dominion machines were purposefully designed to create systemic fraud and influence election results. Halderman disagrees.

Everybody's a player in this story. At least Halderman seems to respect Ben Cotton enough not to imply that Cotton himself isn't trustworthy; he just raises some alarm about other bad people that might get hold of the data.

Wonder why Cotton needs to have the data away from AZ to do the analysis?

SurfingUSA 4 points ago +4 / -0

I did a quick scan of the article, due to having a bunch of paperwork to catch up on, and at first glance the word "copies" jumped out at me, so I thought this was just to have safe copies in the Montana wilderness. (GOOD IDEA, to me)

Now I see that he is "analyzing" the data up there. I still think this is good. I would put nothing past the election stealers in terms of physically harming auditors and/or destroying ballots, machines, hard drives, routers, electronic and physical records, etc.

War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

The headline made it seem like it was the original data. The article said "copies".

We know what that means by now. It's just a clickbait headline trying to discredit the process IMHO.

Xuvial 2 points ago +2 / -0

Anywhere I can find the left melting down over this? I want to drink their tears.

Matt DePerno Interview on War Room (4 min 30 sec long)

From Matt's Twatter:

  1. "The external markings along the edges of the ballots showed modification on blocks 15, 18, 28, 41, and 44. These irregularities were found on both the right and left side of the ballots. The physical ballots and the associated blocks around the perimeter . . .

  2. . . . of the ballot were tampered/modified, with either a pen, or some other marker to distort the shape of the block and make the ICP reverse the ballot instead of processing it normally."

War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Here's an UncoverDc article summing up DePerno's news from yesterday if you want to send it out across the interwebs:

War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

And here's DePerno's Tweet from earlier today:

  1. Anatomy of fraud in 6 steps

#1: Nov 5, early morning township officials are ordered by county clerk to bring their tabulators and ballots to county clerk's office for retabulation. (sworn affidavit)

#2: Nov 5 at 10:22 AM compact flash card is initialized in EMS

#3: employees stop working on retabulation (odd?), go home?

#4: after hours at 5:55 PM anonymous user logs onto EMS remotely with escalated privileges.

#5: Nov 6, county employees return to work, retabulate at 9:18 AM

#6: SOS Benson: 👍👍👍

UnstoppablePede 5 points ago +5 / -0

can anyone explain the spinny things to me?

PorchLightOn 6 points ago +6 / -0

The spinny things on the round tables allow three audit workers to quickly look at a ballot, without touching it. A fourth person puts the ballot on the spinning stand, and then rotates it in front of each worker, and they mark down the votes on the ballot. After a number of ballots, the workers compare notes, discrepancies are noted, and they're on to the next batch of ballots.

Saves time, and handling of the ballots, as they're evidence that needs to be treated carefully.

UnstoppablePede 6 points ago +6 / -0

Makes sense, thanks for the info. also keeps them in clear view or from disappearing from the table or other malfeasance. i wish elections had this much integrity.

PorchLightOn 3 points ago +3 / -0

That's a good comment, and elections should have this much integrity! I want to believe that most Americans understand why our votes are sacred.

The thousands of people who signed affidavits, and spoke at the Rudy Giuliani hearings across the country, understood that. That's why they drove for hours, waited for hours to testify, and signed affidavits even if they didn't get time at the mic. I will never forget the testimony of those people, trying to save their country by going on record about what they saw. Those people, regular people who volunteered to help with the election, or who saw something that worried them, understand integrity.

I feel the same way about the people who are working now in the audit, three shifts, working until 1AM. They get it.

burndemdems -6 points ago +8 / -14

"Oops, sorry Mr Trump, we seem to have stolen your victory. Sorry we had to put you through that hassle to sort this all out and prove to the world we are thieves. Here, take your place as the rightful President of the United States! ...Our bad!" Said no globalist... ever!! you people are dreaming. It doesn't matter what these audits reveal. Trump is finished! They aren't going to let him back in. they will assassinate him if they have to, it's just NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

kilr0y 7 points ago +7 / -0

It matters because people will have evidence that the election was stolen. The history books will have the asterisk when talking about "President" Biden*. The left will be forced to acknowledge that the only way they can win against a true-hearted nationalistic populist like President Trump is to cheat. They will be forced to open their eyes to the corruption of the DNC. The country will be made whole again.
