Everything the left hates.

Friend of Dorothy.

Which, considering his priorities, just makes me like him more.

Never seen any proof of it, and I know people who have seen him out and about in SF with a woman. He addressed his lack of wives and kids a way back, he said he was too selfish to be a parent. I think it was on Reddit, so search at your own risk over there. And, he's been extremely private, which I respect.

But considering his stance, it's not surprising that he's being accused of being gay, because for all of the 'pride" on the left for gays, they sure love using it as a slur to attack people who are conservative.

I care if he’s gay. I don’t support degenerate faggots.

Great narrator voice as well. I love that he works with trade schools to get kids into skilled jobs. I went to college out of high school, and it was a waste. If I went to a 2 year trade school, I would have been making $100k within 5-7 years. Linesman, plumbers, electrician's, carpenters get paid extremely well, and there will never be a shortage of openings. If you really wanna make bank, become a rod buster or iron worker. But, being a rod buster takes a certain breed of dude. I was on a bridge in KC a few years ago, and the rebar guys unloaded, packed, and tied over a million pounds of steel in just over a week. By far, the most physically demanding job I've ever done, but the pay, if it's union scaled, is upwards of $50 an hour. Not many non degree careers will get you that kind of money.

I didn’t know this was a thing. (Some colleges not flying the flag.) Not at all surprised, though.

Kids need to stop going to colleges. It pollutes their brains with bullshit. The best way to learn is to get out and start working. Want to be a lawyer go work for a lawyer. Forget wasting money on these bullshit institutions .

Let me offer you a correction - more kids should attend 2 year community colleges and trade schools, because they offer certificates in things they can actually build careers over, like electrical repair/installation, HVAC, plumbing, commercial baking and catering, etc.

You won't get far in the legal profession with no degree, you need a paralegal degree for even the admin level stuff a lot of the time, odd that you would think that interning for a lawyer is paid, leads to higher levels of work in that profession, or would even be entertained by any lawyer.

Some professions need a degree. I don't want a surgeon working on me who didn't go to medical school and earned an MD.

But at least half of the kids in 4 year schools don't belong there, that I would agree with.

Engineering, Biology stuff, and Medicine are very important majors in college. Not liberal arts and all that garbage.

colleges just cause depression

I'm not joking, just do a quick search. Why would a parent send their kids to a place that makes their kids depressed and communist?

Let's start with Federally backed student loans, that are resold on the open market as collateralized investments. Colleges are beyond fat and happy on Fed cash, from loans that shouldn't be made and impossible to pay off, but anyone with a pulse can get. That whole thing has driven the massive expansion of campuses and college professorial and administrative salaries, and it was done on purpose between academia and Congress, and Obama's administration. It's not quite a blatant money grab like Obamacare, but it's close. And now we have generations of young people who are over-educated in the wrong things, and in hopeless debt for the rest of their adult lives.

And now Dems, who created the problem, are making false promises to fix the problem they created. The vicious cycle of greed never ends. If things keep going the way they are, you'll need a master's degree to get hired by a temp agency to work for $15 an hour to do admin work. I've seen the same thing happen to bachelor's degrees in my lifetime, I'm old enough to remember when entry level positions could be and were filled with high school graduates. Now kids have to go 150k in debt to get entry level positions and unpaid internships.

Ok I love Mike rowe, but I hate Facebook "share this" crap.

Viper64 1 point ago +1 / -0

Agreed. Keep this low effort, pixelated (cus it’s been shared X times) garbage off of here…

Gunmolester 2 points ago +2 / -0

Too late...defund them all

2
Undo1913 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well this would hurt the commies’ feelings and they’d call you racist/anti Semitic for being a “far right nationalist”

That' just the beginning. We need to take back our colleges from communists scum. We need to have House Unamerican Activities hearings again wherein we haul leftist professors in front of cameras under oath and have them explain why they teach students to hate their country. And if the answers are unsatisfactory, the continued employment of these professors should affect federal grant money.
