  • Gail Golec's Call to Action Compilation (6/15)

Gail has grouped together calls to action for multiple states. These include states other than the controversial "swing states". Don't cede any ground to the establishment. Even if you are in a blue hellhole or a corrupt RINO cesspool, keep the pressure on your legislators for a forensic audit. Nothing will ever change if we stay silent.

  • List of Audit Telegram Channels (6/15)

More and more are created each day. So if you don't see one, search for it in the app.

Also, I hear that even more voter integrity groups have popped up over the past few days. If you'd like to help create a record of voting data in your state, search Facebook for "(Your State/State Abbreviation) Voter Integrity Group"

  • Dave Jose Explains Why the Federal Government Doesn't Have as Much Authority as You Think it Does (6/15)

I haven't finished it yet, but my big takeaways so far:

-The Federal Government has a list of about 20 things which they have authority over. They cannot control anything not expressly granted to them.

-The way they get around this is by having attorneys file all court documents under the jurisdiction of the United States.

-The United States is not a country in the Constitution. It is corporation that functions as a conduit for the People, so that citizens of the States don’t have to concern themselves with regulating the 20 items they have been given authority over.

-The United States/Federal Government only have true authority over DC.

  • MSM Instigating Conservatives or Prepping for False Flag (6/15)

I don't exactly like dealing in speculation, but I just want to give a heads up so you all can stay safe. MSM is gearing up for something if this recent article is any indication.

Be careful and stay vigilant during any MAGA gathering you go to this summer. Document and record if you can. If they are indeed planning something, I'd expect it to be around the time AZ is dropping their report in order to distract from the findings.

  • Ask Yavapai's Recorder & Sheriff Why They are Against Election Transparency (6/15)

Recorder's Prescott Office:

Sheriff's Office:

Inform Yavapai County Recorder Leslie Hoffman and Sheriff David Rhodes that they have no authority to interfere with the current canvassing effort. Any attempt to threaten or coerce the canvassers through libel or slander is a direct violation of their duties as servants of the People of Arizona. Furthermore, the FBI, holding no jurisdiction over citizens of the State of Arizona, has no constitutional authority to interfere in these matters. We are well informed of our rights. Do not infringe upon them.

Context from PorchLightOn:

Liz Harris asks: Is Yavapai County trying to shut down canvassing?

From the first 13 minutes of Liz Harris's 7am YT update this morning: the Sheriff of Yavapai County has issued a June 11 statement outlining concerns expressed by the Yavapai County Recorder's office. The County Recorder says they're getting reports that people are going door to door, pretending to be county employees, asking residents who they voted for, and trying to gain "private information for fraudulent purposes."

Liz believes this is an attempt to intimidate people who volunteer to canvas Arizona voters, and to prevent residents from volunteering information. Her volunteers never misrepresent themselves as county employees, and they never ask who the residents voted for.

The County Recorder has also said they will refer "suspicious documents" to the FBI or other law enforcement agency.

Liz believes the County Recorder is pushing back because some canvassers have contacted the county about the anomalies they're finding during their canvassing process. She thinks the "suspicious documents" phrase refers to the affidavits collected by canvassers when they find evidence of problems with voter registration. Many of Liz's volunteers are retirement age. It sounds like Yavapai county is trying to intimidate volunteers by implying they could be charged with a class 6 felony.

I'm guessing the canvassing effort is over the target.

  • URGENT: Rusty Bowers Recall (6/15)

There’s only TWO days left!

Volunteers are needed to help gather signatures to recall Rep. Bowers. Anyone can volunteer but you must be a registered voter in LD 25 to sign the petition. We’ve heard that they are close to the required number of signatures. Help them cross the finish line if you can!

  • Election Worker “Filtering” Election Data on Laptop (6/15)

From CodeMonkeyZ's telegram:

At the time, we could just speculate about what the innocent election worker did with the EMS data using the laptop. However, thanks to GREAT REPORTING from Mimi Nguyen Ly of the Epoch Times, we have a statement from Gwinnett County spokesman Joe Sorenson that the innocent election worker was “filtering” the EMS election data using a laptop because Excel is not authorized for use on the Dominion machines.

From the article above:

”This would be a Dominion tech producing a data report on the server and saving the report to a dominion USB thumb drive and then using a laptop to filter requested information,” Sorenson added. “The Dominion servers are not equipped with Excel and counties are not authorized to install any hardware or software on these systems.”

  • Judge Delays Wandrea and Ruby's Deposition (6/15)

Garland expected this to happen with the motions filed by Fulton County earlier this month. It's expected that the depositions will be rescheduled for after the June 21 hearing.

  • MI Session Ends June 24 (6/14)

(Copied; Complete Post Attached)

“Many have asked me about the status of a hearing date before Senator Ed McBroom's Oversight Committee. The short answer is that he has not shared any potential dates for a hearing. His last communication was a formal letter submitted via email on 5/28/21 to which I responded via formal letter submitted via email on 6/2/21. I have confirmation that his aid, Paul Burns, read the email containing the letter but no such confirmation for Ed.”

“The last session day for the Michigan Senate is 6/24. If the Senate (or House) were to introduce a measure to subpoena election records in support of a forensic audit, it would likely need one week of preparation to do so including the introduction and passage of a resolution granting additional subpoena authority to the Senate Oversight Committee. So, if there is no evidential hearing by 6/17, the likelihood of a forensic audit being initiated before the fall is negligible…”

The audit isn’t over... but I agree let’s shout out ProfessorOak!

PorchLightOn 61 points ago +61 / -0

Just noting, the Epoch Times has an article disputing the rumors that hundreds of thousands of ballots are missing from the Maricopa audit. https://www.theepochtimes.com/arizona-senate-audit-liaison-disputes-report-claiming-hundreds-of-thousands-ballots-missing_3858039.html

The article cites audit liaison Ken Bennett, who "confirmed that there haven’t been any missing ballots discovered during the audit thus far."

That's a bit confusing to me, because Karen Fann's May 12 letter to the Board of Supervisors gave examples of five boxes with ballot totals that didn't match the pink slips in the box. Four were missing ballots, and one had more ballots than the pink slip.

Fann wrote: The audit team has encountered a significant number of instances in which there is a disparity between the actual number of ballots contained in a batch and the total denoted on the pink report slip accompanying the batch. In most of these instances, the total on the pink report slip is greater than the number of ballots in the batch, although there are a few instances in which the total is lower. What are the reasons for these discrepancies?

(letter here: https://www.scribd.com/document/507810783/5-12-21-Letter-to-Maricopa-County-Board#from_embed

Anyway, the article says the report of hundreds of thousands of missing ballots originated with Josh Barnett. I don't know what the real story is, but it sounds like the audit wants to make it clear that there's no official finding (at least yet) that corroborates a large number of missing ballots.

kestral 33 points ago +33 / -0

I think the issue is that some boxes of ballots had incorrect counts. Some where short, and at least one I've heard was long.

People heard that one box was missing 20% of the ballots and conflated that to all boxes are missing 20%

vongregormench 8 points ago +8 / -0

hmm, perhaps some idiot extrapolated from that number to make up the 200k number. That would be unfortunate and stupid. When you think about it the fraud shouldn't be so easy to prove as "look there's no votes here". It's more likely hundreds of thousands of votes from fake mail in voters. The crime that's widely dispersed and shuffled in to real ballots is much harder to unwind.

Skogin 4 points ago +4 / -0

The DeepState will promote all manner of misinformation to confuse and discredit.

Fog of War.

Qualityproduct 20 points ago +20 / -0

Maybe they are saying they "haven't found any missing ballots". As in, they are missing, we haven't found them. Or are they saying, "we haven't found any ballots to be missing"

SpicyAmerican 15 points ago +15 / -0

'We haven't found any missing ballots' is a perfectly meaningless statement.

Kn33l2Dominion 12 points ago +12 / -0

Welcome to politics.

Judicator 2 points ago +2 / -0

It really isn't; if they found them where they weren't supposed to be, for example, that'd be another indication of a crime. If they found them in the wrong box, that'd be an indication that ballots AREN'T missing, but were handled poorly. It's a pretty big deal that they'd still be missing; tells you they either never existed, were removed/destroyed/etc., or some other third thing I haven't thought about.

maga_mama_757 12 points ago +12 / -0

I read that yesterday and am a little confused as well. I had considered Barnett a reliable source, but two different sources from the audit said that his information was not correct. Either Barnett is wrong, or he is right and Bennett/audit team weren't ready for that information to come out? Or maybe Barnett interpreted what he heard or saw incorrectly?

As hard as it is to wait, I think all involved just need to wait until results are fully analyzed and officially released to speak about specifics.

PorchLightOn 10 points ago +10 / -0

I agree; maybe Bennett is trying to put brakes on the rumors so they don't get out of control. I thought people were making conclusions based on the few boxes mentioned in Fann's letter too.

Probably best not to let information spread that may not be right, because the media will only use that to further discredit the audit if the rumors miss the mark.

War_Hamster 9 points ago +10 / -1

Yup, I'm guilty of spreading that 2-300k missing ballot story myself.

I'm a bit ticked off at Barnett if he started a false rumor that isn't necessary.

fauxgnaws 1 point ago +1 / -0

What I read sounded like they were saying there hadn't been a 'finding' aka official result of missing ballots.

For example, say there's 20k less ballots than the certified count. They would go to the county and say "can you find these missing ballots yes or no" before making any official conclusion.

deleted 7 points ago +7 / -0
Salt_Cartoonist 6 points ago +6 / -0

When the box is sealed there is a paper attached indicating how many ballots should be inside the box. Based on the letter sent to the AZ BOE by CyberNinjas it seems they found some where there were less ballots than indicated in the box by as much as 20%, and one? with more than listed. I think people then did some napkin math and decided 200k ballots were missing based on the 20% figure, which is a pretty dumb claim to make.

Trump2024 2 points ago +2 / -0

Example: 50 ballots were missing from the box.

4 hours later

The 50 missing ballots were discovered in a closet near the ballot auditors.

Kn33l2Dominion 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah but those are still good ballots if they even where the originals. When chain of custody is that fucked there's not a legitimate election process. Then add in the shenanigans with the machines. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.

Trump2024 1 point ago +1 / -0

I was only answering the question "How can you discover missing ballots?" with an example. Not an actual real life scenario.

Kn33l2Dominion 1 point ago +1 / -0

SurfingUSA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Might be a semantic issue?

There clearly seem to be 300K +/- made-up ballots ... i.e., the voting surplus over 2016 is impossible even factoring for population growth.

Not the same thing as "missing" ballots. More like fake ballots from ghost voters, out-of-state voters, ballot harvesting, real registered voters who didn't vote this time but the riggers put in a vote, etc.

MehNahMehNah 4 points ago +4 / -0

Sounds like it to me, could be a misdirection for those who doubt the sincerity of this process and purpose.

The only thing worse than people talking about you is when they don't talk about you.

NavySTG 16 points ago +26 / -10

So, we're truly doing another hurry up and wait? They said results on 6/14. WTF?!?!

CensoredByMarxists 27 points ago +28 / -1

They said the physical audit activities were to be done by 6/14, not the analysis and findings.

NavySTG -15 points ago +12 / -27

So, more tick-tock nonsense.

ShyRipley 16 points ago +19 / -3

No, it's not tick-tock nonsense. The AZ Audit team has said from the very start that they would complete ALL aspects of the audit and after that, compile a report with their findings.

If I recall correctly, it will be about 2 to 3 weeks after everything is done that the report will come out. Don't quote me, could be longer.

DonttrustChina 2 points ago +2 / -0

How quickly did you think they would have this?

NavySTG 0 points ago +2 / -2

2057, apparently.

BoatingAccident 1 point ago +1 / -0

Just as soon as the Durham report is released!

MustBeTrump 2 points ago +5 / -3

PorchLightOn 15 points ago +16 / -1

They've been saying the counting of the votes would be finished by 6/14, not the entire audit. The audit also consists of the physical examination of the paper ballots (scanning, detailed photos of some parts, looking at paper, ink, folds, etc.) That part is still ongoing, at the black rectangular tables on the arena floor. Also, the forensic analysis of the electronic data from the voting machines is still underway, by CyFIR.

The current estimate is the audit will be finished by the end of this month. I haven't seen any estimates for how long they'll need to prepare the report to present to the AZ Senate. So, sometime in July is a pretty safe bet.

deleted -2 points ago +1 / -3
Scumbag-reddit 8 points ago +9 / -1

I thought that was the conclusion, with results supposedly coming before end of month, unless I'm mistaken?

SurfingUSA 5 points ago +5 / -0

yep, from the last para. of the article:

That evaluation is expected to take most of June to complete. The Arizona Senate has control of the coliseum through June 30.

Africanus 6 points ago +6 / -0

They didn't say results done on 6/14 - you heard results done on 6/14

I did too, so this is not an attack on you. But people are right, they didn't say it.

Everyone is desperate for all of this to come out, but we can't expect the Audit team to have the audit done on a timeframe we created in our heads.

The fact that the audit team said the count would be done on 6/14 and it WAS done on 6/14 should suggest that this is not tick tock nonsense, but they are on schedule.

NavySTG 4 points ago +4 / -0

Fair enough. We're pushing 8 months since the election. It's getting real frustrating.

Here_we_go 3 points ago +3 / -0

War_Hamster 7 points ago +7 / -0

Voting has to be secret or voter intimidation would go off the charts. That doesn't mean that counting can't be on camera, but that only matters if we get rid of the machines.

Thanks for the Behizy Gab link. Just subscribed. I may have to start spending some time there.

Yes, it's going to get worse. They are getting desperate and are turning it up a notch. Certainly not acting like innocent people, trying to demean these "dangerous audits".

Regarding the left getting desperate, yes. I'm still absorbing the implications of Garland's comments, and doubling the number of attorneys to watch for "voting law violations." This background press call done last night, before the speech this morning, was a foreshadowing of what he said today. This is not good. https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/press-briefings/2021/06/15/background-press-call-by-senior-administration-officials-on-the-national-strategy-for-countering-domestic-terrorism/

kind of on-topic off-topic ...

a citizen journalist reports that the FBI Bldg appears empty and closed:

This is strange of course and make me a little nervous in conjunction w/ the letter to AZ from Merrick Garland (DoJ, parent agency of FBI), makes me wonder, where are they. What are they up to.

Just pulling a little sentry duty here. Could be nothing.

War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yeah, I saw that this morning and my hamster-sense was tingling.

With Garland giving that ridiculous speech this morning, I'm not going to be surprised if they go full-Stasi soon to stop these audits.

I'd have written off Garland as intimidation aimed at other states considering audits, but assuming there's no rational explanation (like bug spraying), it's a bit more ominous than I care for.

Johnrgalt 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't know who runs the GA site, but I would like to donate without having to use PayPal.

I guess I could mail in a check, but that concerns me too.

Are there ways to anonymously donate?

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

VoterGA is a registered non-profit 501(C)3 organization, so your donation would be tax deductible (if that matters.) They've been actively fighting for election integrity in GA for about 16 years.

I checked their website, and it says you can mail checks instead of using a credit card through PayPal. They list a phone number, so maybe you could ask them about donating anonymously.

Final results eta?

ShyRipley 4 points ago +4 / -0

Last I heard, approximately 2-3 weeks AFTER everything has been completed. Everything being the hand count, the ballot inspection, machine inspection and the canvass. So we have a bit of time still to wait.

PorchLightOn 3 points ago +3 / -0

Thanks for the info about the estimated 2-3 weeks to prepare the report.

I know people are on the edge of their seats for the final results (me too) but the tiny Windham NH audit finished up May 27, and those auditors were given until July 11 to present their final report (over 6 weeks!)

So, 2-3 weeks to prepare a report for an audit this complicated seems pretty reasonable, to me.

ShyRipley 3 points ago +3 / -0

You're welcome but don't quote me on that. I'm remembering from back in April when the audit first started. The last 7 months has felt like I'm drinking info from a fire hose hahaa so I might have it wrong.

Possibly early July, since they're saying the audit itself will probably wind up close to the end of June. (edited to reflect better info; mid to late July?)

Michigan Legislature is too cucked to do anything. Multiple emails to my rep, no response. Visit in person when I get a chance.

leg_hairs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Reading the Michigan section from OP. Correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds like that's never going to happen.

PorchLightOn 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'm not a Michigan pede, but I looked at Michigan's legislative schedule. The OP says the June session ends on the 24th. After that, the schedule shows one day in July, one day in August, and then they meet again starting September 9th. (I don't know if those one-day sessions have any real function.)

But September isn't never. July will be busy with results from AZ, and Garland Favarito says it's possible the Fulton County absentee ballots may not be available to him until August. So in between now and September, a lot can happen that might influence what the Michigan legislature does in September.

Also, DePerno has filed a Motion to Reconsider with the judge that dismissed his case about Antrim County Michigan. If the judge decides not to reopen the case, as DePerno has requested, Bill Bailey and DePerno will file an appeal, in front of new judges. So that's moving forward as well. Just saying, a lot can change in the next three months, and it seems to me that some developments might have a big influence on what the Michigan legislature decides to do about an audit...even if it's in September.

(I guess I must be playing the long game, and I don't mean to be annoying.)

War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Merrick Garland doubling the # of attorneys working to "protect Americans' right to vote" leads me to believe that this is going to have to come to a head long before September. This guy is so frighteningly duplicitous that we need to be very concerned.

I don't like being a fear monger, but these attempts to intimidate (or worse) other states into not auditing are a clear and present danger. Good thing we have some states and legislators pushing back, but I think this issue is going to be forced much more quickly.

Good thing there's such a thing as emergency sessions, because I think they're going to be needed. Citizens need to start pushing even harder.

Unfortunately, Michigan looks to be one of the states that only allow special sessions to be called by the Governor. Whitmer seems unlikely to do anything favoring an audit. But thankfully, at least some states can get around a balky governor.

I read the transcript of Merrick Garland's speech today (after seeing your comments) and I agree it's troubling.

Yeah, DePerno looks to be the only hope in MI for now.

And you know how much I hate relying on courts.

People are going to have to get even more adamant to push this through.

Whh he and up in Washington? Who was on the Washington delegation? I thought WA was irredeemably cucked.

War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Like most states, the idiocy is mostly confined to the cities. The rest of WA (and OR) is pretty Conservative. I'd assume the delegation was made up of legislators from those areas.

House candidate Amber Krabach was the one who visited. So not really a delegation, but it's good to know that someone up there cares.

Why do I have the feeling that by the time all these states make decisions on 1) do we audit 2) begin the audit 3) legal battles to start/stop/start back up on audit 4) compile full report....that its going to take us into 2023 to drop those bombshell news to assist in a GOP sweep in the Presidential election...

Just seems to me that the timing of "bombshell releases" usually get pushed more around major elections. If we get the results sooner than later, and its suggested that "states already certified", then like most news cycles, it could get buried if its not dropped closer to an election, be it primaries/presidential.

Im hoping for the best. Thanks ProfessorOak, I tune in everyday to these but rarely leave much commentary on it.

One of the Cabal's more effective strategies has been to delay and try to run out the clock.

That's why it's so important that the first domino drop.

I'm expecting a very hot summer.

Reagan won California on both is first and second terms. I would love to see an audit in Cali.

ref. the above: -The United States/Federal Government only have true authority over DC. - this is true. Except, they also have true authority over territories, such as Puerto Rico and Guam, etc.

When doing some research on the income tax several years ago I found it very interesting what changes were made to the tax code when Hawaii and Alaska became one of the several states instead of being Federal territories. I think that's why all businesses are roped into becoming "employers" by applying for an EIN. It's maddening, really.

BADGERPEDE 1 point ago +1 / -0

u/ProffessorOak it has been said elsewhere on this thread but thank you for your dedication to keeping us informed about the audit. You are a patriot and I'm proud to call you a fren.

Eric42 1 point ago +1 / -0

Why are all the boxes back? I thought they were done with physical audit.

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

No, they're only done with the part that involves counting the votes on the ballots. They still have a few weeks of working on the forensic physical examination of the ballots, scanning them, looking at folds, printing, paper, etc. And the analysis of the electronic data on the machines is still ongoing too.

You da man!

Everywhere, once they're announced in a few weeks.

brotatofarmer -2 points ago +4 / -6

Oh, so the audit is over and nothing happened?

AngeredKabar 5 points ago +6 / -1

No. Sorry if people had misunderstandings from hype. This is only the end of the data collection phase. Analysis needs to be conducted and a report written.

ShyRipley 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't understand why you are saying the audit is over and nothing has happened...?

To the best of my knowledge, the hand recount of ballots portion is over or nearly complete. The forensic inspection of paper ballots continues as well as looking into the machines and data therein. There is also the canvass of the votes via voter rolls data to be completed.

After all THAT is done, then the AZ audit will be truly over and the team will compile and issue a final report on it's findings.

For u/calieisnotcommie also

Where’s the update. Where is anything other than the same shit that gets posted everyday

ShyRipley 8 points ago +9 / -1

You could just wait for a future post titled FINAL AZ AUDIT REPORT HAS BEEN RELEASED.

HansMann -2 points ago +2 / -4

Yeah it's kinda annoying that he's just posting this big wall of text everyday, like please just post something when something happens instead of this
