Imagine the west without any immigrants. What a lovely place that would be. Go look at footage of our major cities back in the early to mid 1900's and try not to cry over what was lost.

Dirt roads, horseshit on the streets, tenements, child labor, unregulated medicine. Which of those things do you want to bring back?

A very large part of the early immigrant waves went West, claimed land, and were the foundation of the Heartland of the US where a very large part of the MAGA movement comes from.

Western European immigrants are basically family (west of the Hajnal line).

Everyone else needs domesticated to function in the high-trust society we've built, otherwise they're a cost not a benefit. And even if they CAN handle it due to being a genetic outlier, their children usually revert to the mean.

And regardless of what our women (or weaker men) think, we can only bear so many of those costs without buckling.

Try living and doing business in the 3rd world, it'll wipe those illusions away in no time.

Technically we're all immigrants - just legal, freedom loving ones

Europeans built and developed America. We're not all immigrants. There's a reason Europeans who come to America can adapt and integrate while Africans & South Americans cannot. Different culture, behavior, IQ, etc.

Honestly the “diversity is our strength” thing isn’t totally wrong. America was in fact built on diversity. But the left has misunderstood that to mean black and white, when it reality it was much more than that. What made America great was the diversity of ideas and cultures, not the diversity of colors. We wouldn’t have a lot of the music, food, medicines, technology, etc that we have today if it weren’t for people from all over the world coming together to share their ideas. That doesn’t mean we need to hire only immigrants and colored people. It means we have to be thankful for the founding fathers for granting everyone the ability to work their way up and to be given the opportunity to share their knowledge and expertise.
