Inflation, the 'hidden tax'.

556x45mm 32 points ago +32 / -0

Normally you can protect yourself by buying precious metals... gold and silver spot prices crashed, the exact opposite of normal economics.... what gives? I'm guessing the banks dumped 100 millions of fake paper ounces again. Fake silver that only exist on paper.

Ikewin32 16 points ago +16 / -0

They are pumping bond prices and repurchasing money from banks at a record rate.

Yet blackrock continues to buy property and interest rates remain flat for 2 years.

I think they are going to pump USD value, buy as much property as possible and then crash the value of the dollar after the middle class has let go of their inflation hedges.

Real fuckery going on right now.

8
556x45mm 8 points ago +8 / -0

But if the housing takes a crash won't Blackrock get fucked?

11
MAGAwave 11 points ago +11 / -0

Not if they are being backed by the government

6
556x45mm 6 points ago +6 / -0

What if Blackrock is the government???

8
WillNotBeRuled 8 points ago +8 / -0

Close. its been called the fourth branch if the government. https://www.lewrockwell.com/2021/04/bill-sardi/who-runs-the-world-blackrock-and-vanguard/

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is a must-watch video that agrees with that article: https://www.bitchute.com/video/7MGAjvw0Y2Ls/

45 minutes, and you'll thank me if you haven't seen it yet. It's one of my closing red-pill arguments.

4
MAGAwave 4 points ago +4 / -0

They effectively are in this situation

2
Indefatigable_Winner 2 points ago +2 / -0

Blackrock is the government. So is google, Amazon, etc. all those huge corporations are just civilian arms of the government.

6
War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

The way G Edward Griffin describes it, and I very much agree, is that the Corporate Cartels (led by the banks) and the Federal Gov't went into partnership in 1913, and the rest is history.

Different industries have rotated through leadership positions as technology has changed, but the players behind it remain the same. And above them all.....BANKS.

2
ERansom 2 points ago +2 / -0

This guy gets it. The bailout game

6
XCorneliusX 6 points ago +6 / -0

They plan to rent out the properties. A crash on housing will increase the number who rent.

4
War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

You will own nothing and you'll be happy.

Sincerely, the World Economic Forum.

XCorneliusX 2 points ago +2 / -0

Glad I bought my semi rural home last February. Low mortgage that I can aggressively payoff. No vaxx, so no worry if it will kill me or not.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Good for you. Sounds like you can weather most storms.

One thing about inflationary environments, is that debt becomes a good thing if it is easily manageable. You end up paying off a decreasing value while your equity theoretically increases.

2
Ikewin32 2 points ago +2 / -0

See now that's why I've been questioning bonds pumping and this "looming market crash" in the first place. I'll have a better read on it by monday. I had gotten puts on TLT out of confidence that it's bullshit, but I'll switch to calls if it looks like its going to keep going.

1
MauserShooter 1 point ago +3 / -2

I hope it crashes super hard. It will hurt the Californians so bad. I can’t only get so erect thinking about that happening.

3
556x45mm 3 points ago +3 / -0

As a Californian I already know this will happen again, seen it twice. Just saving up now to get another cheap property before the investors can.

3
lgbtqiacdefhjkmnoprs 3 points ago +3 / -0

Great Reset happening in real time.

9
loooooof 9 points ago +9 / -0

Yup... Definitely fuckery going on.

The vast majority of Americans can’t protect themselves via stored value in assets like precious metals because they depend on wages. They have very little savings.

Even middle class earners who save and have decent savings can’t do much.

3
Worldtraveler0405 3 points ago +3 / -0

We Dutch have fortunately lots of savings. From early on we learn to be careful about money, including earning and spending it.

5
finalstraw 5 points ago +6 / -1

better put those saving in something else than cash or it gets inflated away

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

If that savings is in Euros, I'd be asking a few questions about your banks' balance sheets.

The European banks are 3x as leveraged as American banks, and Deutsche Bank has derivatives exposure that doubles any other entity.

2
Worldtraveler0405 2 points ago +2 / -0

It is in Euros, but also Bitcoins haha.

My savings fortunately aren't in Deutsche Bank.

6
defiant_liberty 6 points ago +6 / -0

Normally you can protect yourself by buying precious metals.

The biggest problem with this is that you can protect your savings, but you can't protect your income. Income pay increases almost never keep up with inflation, and even if they do, the adjustments are made after the inflation happens, not before.

2
XcaliburCaliber 2 points ago +2 / -0

Buy investment property with solid due diligence in the path of progress. Deeply consider ramifications of buying in an area with voters prone to voting in rent control. Lease to high quality tenants. Don’t overleverage yourself. If BlackRock really is trying to take over housing market push back in it but creating your own micro empire. If we all did this they would have a more difficult time manipulating this market while significantly increasing our not worth. When market corrections occur don’t panic sell. Stay on top of maintenance. Bless your family with your newfound freedom and income.

While you and I may most generously bail out any and every major institution that goes tits up always remember, no one is coming to save you.

5
Rageofpepe 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah but they can only cover it up so long. I expect silver is really worth 35k an ounce and gold is 100k or more. I’m buying a few ounces of silver a pay check just Incase. I don’t think the federal reserve fraud is going to last much longer. They will collapse or succeed in the great reset

6
MauserShooter 6 points ago +6 / -0

Where do you get actual silver in person?

I am not interested in bonds.

PM me please.

5
Lady_MaGa 5 points ago +5 / -0

Local coin shop, AMPEX precious metal exchange, antique dealers, precious metal dealers, there are lots of places. The demand is big right now. So people are putting hefty premiums on the coins and bars. If you dare, check out the silverbugs subreddit. See pics of people showing off their collections and how they got it. Gives inspiration to beginners.

3
Rageofpepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

Go to your local coin shops. If you don’t have one go to local pawn shops. I don’t know how to dm lol

4
Youobeynow 4 points ago +4 / -0

20:1 is the ratio that's tossed around quite a bit. Assuming gold was 100k... That would make silver 5k.

1
Rageofpepe 1 point ago +1 / -0

I stand corrected even better reason to buy silver.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

The Fed collapse is designed to usher in The Great Reset.

It's imperative that this not happen.

This means an alternative post-fed currency.

Many here understand what that entails, and I don't think you're wrong about precious metals.

3
Rageofpepe 3 points ago +3 / -0

Well in my opinion it’s good when it happens if congress retakes control of our currency. But if we roll back in to a private corporation controlling it it’s bad .

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Only if Congress is properly reformed first. That means repealing the 16th and 17th Amendments at the same time AND fixing the Commerce Clause so it can't be misinterpreted anymore.

We either have sound money, or we don't. If we don't, it doesn't matter who is in control, because they'll screw it up.

3
ERansom 3 points ago +3 / -0

Our Fiat money is debt. Kill the fed and return to gold

19
Rageofpepe 19 points ago +20 / -1

Actual Dr. Ron Paul is imo the greatest Congressman in history. A true patriot. Greater then his son.

6
somedingwong 6 points ago +7 / -1

i think rand has taken bigger immediate issues head on. ron and the fed reserve issue is great but none of that matter if we become a socialist/communist country and that threat is looming right now.

19
Sugz_Da_Thurd 19 points ago +19 / -0

How else are they going to get us to own nothing?

6
lgbtqiacdefhjkmnoprs 6 points ago +6 / -0

The democrat regime literally destroyed the greatest economy ever.

14

13
Bonami 13 points ago +13 / -0

And the Fed gets 6 percent off the top and has never been audited

4
slangin_paint 4 points ago +4 / -0

To suggest they might be audited suggests the Fed is subject to someone.

2
Bonami 2 points ago +2 / -0

True, perhaps that is why it has never been done

But if we end the Fed who will pay all the bankers when their risky loans to third world countries can’t be repaid? Think of the bankers!

It’s all such a disgusting sham with you and me footing the bill every single time.

Fucking love Ron Paul. Speaking the truth.

5
StaryHickory 5 points ago +5 / -0

There is not greater source of power for the left and deep statists. People even on these boards do not understand that with the growth of the FED and its printing we are being turned into virtual slaves.

It's why the middle of the country is hollowed out and the middle class vanishing. It's why younger people will never own homes. Its why there is a wealth gap. Its why increasingly companies and big tech can ignore hard working Americans and their voices because they can just steal the money from the stock market.

If we killed the FED, virtually overnight the country would begin find balance.

4
CaptainHempbeard 4 points ago +4 / -0

This world would have been such a better place if Ron Paul was President.

4

Look into jekyll island and the creation of the fed.

3
Spawnlingman 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah but what does Mr. Paul want us to do about it.

3
Indefatigable_Winner 3 points ago +3 / -0

The fed is Alexander Hamilton’s baby. We can really thank Lincoln for making it a permanent fixture of America. Patriots have a lot of learning to do about Lincoln. All the shit we all hate about the huge federal government, government overreach, excessive taxation, the imprisonments of the patriots from Jan 6, etc. follows the example of Lincoln. Lincoln is possibly the worst president we have ever had.

Good Doctor got my vote in 2008 and 2012. Sadly, there are no politicians left of this caliber.

3
pente1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

The Fed is just one of the things to end.

3
FarangHamYai 3 points ago +3 / -0

The federal reserve isn't federal and it isn't a reserve.

Its akin to Antifa calling themselves anti facists

3
AmericanGuy 3 points ago +3 / -0

REMINDER: The Federal Reserve isn't a federal entity.

2
TickleTh1sElmo 2 points ago +2 / -0

So glad I wrote him in in 2012 instead of voting for the king of RINOs himself Romney.

2
Smashley 2 points ago +2 / -0

This bank and the arrangement we have with it is the biggest threat to Liberty so n the planet. Our lives would change for the better rather quickly without this nasty shithole of a bank running our money.

2
finalstraw 2 points ago +4 / -2

buy bitcoin, it cannot be printed like the fed decides to willynilly print dollaridoos. in fact, that is the main reason bitcoin was invented. bitcoins are mined/printed at a predictable and ever slowing rate until 21 million have been created (88% currently, 99% in 2035, 100% in 2140). gold is ok, with a rough estimated increase in supply from mining per year, but technically there can be "sudden discoveries" of gold flooding the market. gold is common in the universe, bitcoin is not. get both.

2
WonkoTheInsane 2 points ago +2 / -0

This. The Fed ultimately funds everything that is destroying this country. Without the Fed we can’t debt spend into oblivion. We can’t have endless wars. We can’t have a debt slave class. Our country didn’t have a banking crisis until the Fed came along.

"Masters of Money"

If you don't know how the fed is a private bank, you need to watch this documentary from 1996, it will show you what the deep state really is.

1
LarryBugman 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is the fate of humanity to be burdened with economic parasitism because we can’t rid ourselves of the parasites.

So our civilisations will only ever be able to rise just high enough before they are pillaged and set back to zero.

So since the federal reserve is a privately owned bank, could their board of directors or whomever decide to sell the bonds they hold to, I don't know, a foreign government?

1
The_peoples_hammer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Imagine a world where Ron Paul was president in 88’.

1
Kilroy 1 point ago +1 / -0

What's going to have to happen eventually, Cities, counties and states asserting their autonomy, demanding true DOJ reform, transparency and hard limits on federal power, proceeding with cessation from the Union if those demands are not met..

1
Codrus 1 point ago +1 / -0

When was the last time the fed was audited?

1

the degenerate fed needs to be abolished and its unaccountable wads to be hanged.
