What is vaccine, anyway? It's just a word. Words are what we say they are. Therefore, by the tranmutative properties, trust the science, Bigot.

Ha, i love trivia and obscure stuff so Im in the 1% of people who knew about Juneteenth before 2016. This has been so bizarre to watch.

I knew about it since I read Colin Flahertys books "White girl bleed a lot" and "Don't make the black kids angry"

Juneteenth is a traditional holiday where black on white assaults rise considerably

Karen: "Have you been vaccinated yet?!"

Everyman: "Have You?"

Karen: "Yes I have!"

Everyman: "Then why do you care, you're immune no matter what, right?"

6
NotAHandshake 6 points ago +6 / -0

Since basically the very first month of my state's department of health reporting ( been tracking weekly for about 10 months now) the raw data showed at worst a 99% survival rate for anyone who isn't at risk of ANY sickness endangering their health (i.e. 70+). At best? 99.996%.

The data has always been there, is easy to read, and takes just a few minutes to analyze so you can come to an informed conclusion. The problem is that 99.999% of motherfuckers out there just don't read it or know it's there -- or worse, don't even care. :/ The amount of hatred and hysteria I've received over the past year every time I say, "Yeah I looked at the data, and I don't think this is a big deal." is both amusing and troubling.

My whole family got the jab, even my 22 year old sister and my 26 year old girlfriend. All are pretty lefty, I wonder if it’s like a cult thing you gotta do to be cool.

I don’t feel like risking a stroke at 26, for something I have a 99% of surviving IF I even catch it. Hopefully this subs wrong, and in 18 months I’m not completely alone.

I'm sick of people who are pro-vax coming back with the "aRe yOu a vIrOLoGiSt?" response. That literally means nothing. Scientists can be bought and paid for because they know gullible people will blindly believe something if a white labcoat tells them it's so.

Fauci the Fraud is credited as being a virologist and look at how many times he has been wrong. Being a virologist doesn't mean you have to take their word as gospel.

2

Lefties with degrees in bullshit only know how to blindly accept journal articles that have been cherry picked for thier consumption. They've got just enough education to be dangerous and not know it. As a general rule, german officers put in charge of 'death squads' were 'men of letters'. Basically, it took dudes with literature degrees to be ignorant and naive enough to fall for the party line and still be educated enough to propagate it. They couldn't think anything through to conclusion but could sell and rationalize any bullshit der fuhrer spouted.

My meetings with clients have been exclusively maskless going on 4-6 weeks now.

When my clients assure me “don’t worry, I’m vaccinated” I just assure them I’m not worried, and we move on with the meeting. My medical history is none of their business, and if the vaccine does what vaccines are supposed to do, then I’m not a threat to them in any scenario.

How DARE this man talk about "anti-bodies"?? The nerve!

6
bubadmt 6 points ago +6 / -0

The blood clots are actually a good thing. It triggers the white supremacist blood cells to attack and leads to a more equitable outcome for the cells of color in which they lump up in the communities of the arteries. Arteries are usually absent of those cells due to white flight, so this diversity and cellular inclusion is a big step forward. Heart attacks and routine clots are normal, it means the vaccine is working!

6
booblitchutz 6 points ago +6 / -0

This is the way. Do not answer the question. Don’t say you did or you didn’t. Just tell them it’s your private health information and decline to answer, or ignore the question (better).

They rely on people revealing that info, offering it. Don’t comply with this. It will lead to more of it. Make them give up trying to get your personal data. Don’t help them in the slightest!

2
MasklessMarvel 2 points ago +3 / -1

cite HIPAA and tell them that they are breaking the law

which they are

4
thedaynos 4 points ago +4 / -0

but you aren't breaking the law by asking a question.

It's annoying whenever I see people bringing up HIPPA within this context as if HIPPA is there to prevent people from asking you a question. HIPPA doesn't do that. It is perfectly legal for someone to ask you something just like it's perfectly legal for you to completely ignore the question and not even respond to it.

Citing laws at this point in time is useless anyway. I do not care that the vaccine has not been approved by the FDA. Has nothing to do with my decision to inject it or not.

3
ObongoForPrison2020 3 points ago +4 / -1

I’m tired of people here fact-checking on HIPAA and saying it’s inapplicable.

From Wikipedia - “It was created primarily to modernize the flow of healthcare information, stipulate how personally identifiable information maintained by the healthcare and healthcare insurance industries should be protected from fraud and theft, and address limitations on healthcare insurance coverage.”

Well I don’t trust randos with my health information. They literally have no right to it. My employer leaked my name and SSN in a data breach not long ago, yet they want employees to voluntarily submit healthcare infirmation. Nah,

I am lucky that my current employer does not require proof of jab to not wear a mask, it is all done on the honor system.

Unfortunately, my direct supervisor is absolutely paranoid about “the virus” is vaccinated and still wears two masks and Routinely asks leading questions trying to get mask less employees to confirm or deny if they had the jab, by asking what symptoms did you have, did you have a sore arm afterwards, etc. The added stress is making it next to impossible to work with him and as a result myself and several other employees are actively looking for other work. Unfortunately, I don’t quite have “fuck you” money yet.

3

A masters of science from MIT and that slag is probably still seething under her breath when he shut her down.

Reminds me of that time when the smug reporter sarcastically asked a politician if he had a degree in economics after he dared to opine on a question he was asked. He bitched slapped her instantly with "yes I do have an economics degree with high honors". She looked baffled.

That is how EVERY member of Congress, or at the least the Republicans, should answer when asked if they've been "vaccinated". It is none of anyone's damn business what your personal medical records are. Since when is anyone compelled to share their own medical data?

1
RighterThanU 1 point ago +1 / -0

does ANYONE remember HIPAA?

or is it another of those laws that can be conveniently forgotten?

4
Santa_Liqueur 4 points ago +4 / -0

HIPAA does very little, actually. It just mandates that heath care providers like hospitals and clinics, or companies that work directly with health data like medical billing agencies, can’t disclose protected information.

Outside of that, HIPAA does absolutely nothing, and never has.

1
MasklessMarvel 1 point ago +2 / -1

HIPAA limits who can have access to your healthcare information and requires your consent

so asking for that information is not the new normal

Santa_Liqueur 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s clearly not the case according to the HHS’s own information on the subject.
