Totally true. Stop at any waffle house, nobody's talking about stupid liberal shit, just white people and black people working, living and eating together.

It's the lefts game, and their partners in the media. They want racial division. They actively teach your children racial division, children that otherwise wouldn't know what racial division is.

Wintergreen 31 points ago +31 / -0

Yup. The only way they can ever get socialism is if they tear everything down.

I've spent almost my whole life in the South(west), right in the epicenter of the scaaaaary, unenlightened "Bible Belt". Way back in 2nd grade (circa 1999), one of my good friends just so happened to be a Black girl. We talked and played together with no real thought given to what the other person looked like. Years later, my best friend through most of middle school was Black. Leftists will roll their eyes at this and claim that the "my best friend is Black" claim is a dodge, but it's true and it matters.

Even in the evil, backwards South nobody cared or tried to drive a wedge between us. But race grifters don't want racial harmony, because there's no money to be made when everyone minds their own business and treats other with respect.

On top of that, all the time we spend shaking our fists at each other is time not spent directing our outrage at the people who are truly corrupting society and making our lives miserable, namely censorious tech CEOs and CCP lapdogs in DC.

I agree. Racism is artificial.

When I went to school in Jersey, you think we were racially divided in Elementary School?

Wasn't until later until people 'transformed'(put on clothes and changed hairstyles) into their 'groups' and then the Racism kicked in.

But I will not forget - Racism didn't exist in the beginning~

They want a violent and bloody race war. Let's NOT give it to them.

1

Oops. Too late. Juneteenth was declared National Independence Day so you know what they're planning to do to July 4th.

10
Ocineaa 10 points ago +10 / -0

Waffle House is my area is expensive as fuck now and not very good. I go to local diners now when I eat breakfast out.

2
Heavy_Metal_Patriot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fuck the corporate chains. Food is almost always better, usually much better, at mom & pop places and your money supports your local businesses, not some megacorp.

2
Ocineaa 2 points ago +2 / -0

I was so shocked at waffle house prices me and a buddy walked out and went down the street. You used to be able to get a nice breakfast there for to$5-7, now coffee is $3.29 and pancake and bacon was like $12.

6
Ebbie8708 6 points ago +6 / -0

I feel like I’d there’s one thing that brings southerners together it’s talking about how dirty the Waffle House is. Good food but man, it is dirty

4
Ponzo 4 points ago +6 / -2

SC is 30% black and the only BLM protest i have seen was mostly white liberals.

2
XCorneliusX 2 points ago +2 / -0

My local Waffle House is same. The cook in the evening makes good patty melt. They know me for that. Its what I get when I go there.

Grew up in the panhandle of Florida. I didn't really know what racism truly was til moving to NY. My black friends from highschool still have confederate flags in their yards , coon hunt and ride horses , and fish any chance they get. It's nothing to do with race but the culture and surroundings people grow up in. Good ol boys come in every color. The cities and liberal agendas breed trash of every color.

26
chuckachookah 26 points ago +26 / -0

Bruh...

Follow me....

  • I grew up in Broward county, Florida
  • Total shithole now, but was similar to what you described
  • Yes, there were more yankees (retiring from NYC, Boston, etc)
  • Had less confederate flags, but same idea

Racism is real, but the level of racism in the US is an dramatically overblown construct. It's a political power tool. Period.

13
RandomPanda 13 points ago +14 / -1

I spent many years in Dade county in the late 80s, early 90s. My group of friends looked like the typical “diversity” poster. No one brought up race or ethnicity unless it was about wanting that type of food. I’m sure it’s divisive shithole now though,

10
chuckachookah 10 points ago +10 / -0

Very true. Broward is, 100% a disgusting, politically-infested shithole. Dade isn't much better, BUT... the Cubans and other Latin populations in Dade may be turning a corner. They went big for Trump, so hopefully that trend will continue.

6
Jeffersonian_Man 6 points ago +6 / -0

Sameish like many below ya. Small town Indiana. We had gays at school even and no one cared. That's why when I started following yall on reddit and Trump in 2015/2016, right after school. I was like flabbergasted at the lefts depiction of the world.

28
Ghostof_PatrickHenry 28 points ago +28 / -0

I live in an area that is similar to one described on the left. The most vocal assholes (online and in real life) are people who attended the most prestigious and expensive (99% white) private schools. In middle school, they actually had a word for people like me-- who attended public school-- and that was PPST ("Piece of Public School Trash").

Seems to me that these people now carry around a lifetime's worth of guilt, for their ridiculously petulant behavior in their youth, and that has manifested into a flavor of wokism that is beyond anything I have seen on the internet or television.

15
BarronVonSaltzburg26 15 points ago +15 / -0

Guilt? Hardly, that's their Supremacy mutating into a more acceptable form. You notice they are still ridiculing the public school types like blue collar workers, laborers and rural farmers.

1
acasper 1 point ago +1 / -0

I’d put most public school teachers above them as more annoyingly racist. You’re “qualified” to teach high school social studies, but that doesn’t make your perspective on everything automatically correct.

24
monk_of_trump 24 points ago +24 / -0

I live up north, but I live in a mostly black and mexican area. I was walking from my truck with my new banjo and an older black couple that lives next to me comes out and asks if I want to come over to a bbq and play music with them, they play harmonica and bass. Thats how things should be.

22
tholins 22 points ago +22 / -0

Yup. A lack of exposure to others seems to lead to extreme views.

I grew up in a border town; time there will teach you the best and the worst of Mexican culture and behavior. Same goes for blacks in the South. You get a realistic view on another group when you’re around them for an extended period of time, usually that there can be great and terrible things in their culture (from your perspective) generally, but everyone is still an individual.

White liberals who live in gated communities and never deal with these people seem to see them as pets that need to be protected, coddled, and catered to.

6
Hussar 6 points ago +6 / -0

Their perception of the country is heavily if not exclusively shaped by the entertainment industry. As far as Karen McKarenface from the Hollywood Hills is concerned, The South is not much more than an endless procession of decrepit trailer parks filled with illiterate, stump-toothed hayseeds who have closets full of white robes. Meanwhile, the ultra-blue cities and states are pretty much the only respectable exporters of culture.

Of course, Karen McKarenface has never actually been to the most crime ridden portions of Chicago, Detroit, or South Los Angeles, or to any part of The South, because she's far too busy complaining about how "bicycles are tools white supremacy" on Twitter while sipping her overpriced latte.

3
tholins 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes that is very tru. I live in the South now. I never understood what a carpetbagger was until I moved here. Nothing worse than a northern liberal who thinks their own stereotypes are reality

21
JokerPede 21 points ago +21 / -0

I recently moved into a liberal infested area. Not majority infested but enough percentage that they don't hide.

I get looked at sideways when I hold a door open for someone and wish them a great day with an honest smile on my face.

It's like these people cannot accept other people being generally happy.

6
2016TrumpMAGA 6 points ago +7 / -1

It's like these people cannot accept other people being generally happy.

When I was young, Portland, Oregon was the nicest city. Everyone was nice. Everyone was polite. Everyone was friendly. Everyone seemed generally happy. Then I went out of state for six years. When I came back it was like there was this cloud of doom had settled over Portland. Most people had a scowl on their face all the time. People were no longer friendly. Clerks and waiters were downright rude. In the six years I'd been gone, every loser wannabee in the US moved to Portland. Adding a bunch of miserable losers to a happy city didn't change the miserable losers, it changed the happy city. RIP Portland.

2
WhoMeTwo 2 points ago +2 / -0

Damn... they turned Portland into San Francisco...

  1. Worked in Portland for 3 months. Was a reasonably happy place then. Used to go to the Saturday market.

I had a card carrying liberal lawyer in a big blue city sitting in a conference room actually ask me if it was possible for me to get a suntan when I mentioned I was going to Hawaii (his spray tanned wife is darker than me). The dumbest, most racist comments I've ever heard have always rolled off the tongues of northern liberals, not southerners.

9
Ocineaa 9 points ago +9 / -0

White ppl from cities are the most racist group by far. It's really bad in Chiraq

13
okawesomeyeah 13 points ago +13 / -0

The South is very integrated and growing up in the 70s and 80s, well, we didn't have all of this bullshit. Race was never the issue that it is now. We all got along. The OP here hits the nail on the head: there was never any 'oppression' in the deep south, where, ironically (for those who have never been here) we all manage to get along for the most part. Whatever hate that is spread around is usually directed at someone's behavior, which as we all know, is not based on race. Sure, we have our racists (of all colors of course), just like any other place on earth does. But in general, we all live, shop, go to school and church, together, unlike a lot of the north which as far I can tell remains highly segregated.

5
Ebbie8708 5 points ago +5 / -0

When I went to Atlanta in 2018, I didn’t get the feeling that all those black people were angry at da white man.

They were upset at the traffic, the job and the traffic, but never upset or felt like they were held back cuz of the white man.

I wonder what changed in 3 years.

4

8
IntrepidBurger 8 points ago +8 / -0

Liberalism in general is predicated on having a sheltered worldview. All of their ideas are idealistic nonsense made only possible by not having real world experience with the subject matter.

The reason people become conservative as they age is because of that very life experience.

7
japhillips87 7 points ago +7 / -0

100% this. The places that are supposed to be the most racist (deep south) are not. People get along and just live their lives. You only see color when you are taught to see color.

6
Captain_MAGA 6 points ago +6 / -0

Liberals have been programmed only to see color.

IASIP hit the nail on the head with this clip on how liberals react to black people. https://youtu.be/l_vgzEN12UY

4
XCorneliusX 4 points ago +4 / -0

Catalytic convertor. That happens in cities all over. Gators on meth is not a common thing,. The gators were not active participants.

4
Fandigo 4 points ago +4 / -0

This can be said even during the 50's and 60's. Most communities were segregated but still lived alongside each other. There were a few instances in some rural towns where blacks hated whites and vice versa. This was simply a tribal dispute you'd see in just about every culture, similar to the Hatfields and McCoys which lasted for generations. If you were a Hatfield, for example, you couldn't do business with a McCoy, because one or the other murdered each other generations ago and the hatred still exists. This was the same with Blacks and Whites, but this was all relegated to a handful of communities.

The segregated drinking fountains and pools were very, very rare and in only a few parts of the South. Of course, the media even back then over sensationalized it. Rosa Parks was another example, it was a simple issue of a white passenger complaining and the bus driver complying. We already know there were NUMEROUS dry runs of this by the NAACP but nothing ever came out of it until that one incident. Not saying there wasn't racism back then, but it was highly exaggerated, and we're seeing this now in newer movies verses older movies where all of a sudden white people go crazy just by the sight of a black person, when this was simply not the case.

North Florida here. When I go to south Florida it's culture shock. Everyone looks so smug and unhappy.

3

North of Tampa here. Work in Tampa. Night and day. Relaxed at home and in my local area. Tampa not so much. There are good people all over, but higher concentrations of not so good in some places.

4
bobobob 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's probably true for the south. Here in the north, I'm noticing more and more shitty attitudes from black people towards white people.

20
coldbrewcovfefe3 [S] 20 points ago +20 / -0

You seem like the former type lol.

That or you've been brainwashed into thinking that black and white people don't have normal regular peaceful and good interactions with each other on a daily basis. Yes, major Black Dem cities are crime ridden nightmares.

That doesn't apply to the rural conservative church going black people who live in my community.

If you think that is a fantasy, then you're an actual racist, or you're too retarded to have normal social interactions with people I guess?

16

49% of AA males arrested once by age 23; 56% of homicides in 2019, I follow the news in both cities and small towns, but you do go on with that fantasy and don't come back complaining when your bike, wallet, car stereo, entire car is missing, someone you know is raped or assaulted, etc.

7
jrgreen73 7 points ago +7 / -0

I'm guessing most of that is concentrated in lower income neighborhoods. They talk about "White Flight" but Black Flight from those neighborhoods is a thing too.

4
anotherthing 4 points ago +4 / -0

I doubt income has anything to do with it. I think the difference is city vs country. All the videos you see of black people shooting people in broad daylight in the middle of the street, that's going on in the cities.

2
Not_your_King 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's funny I lived in a majority Hispanic/black neighborhood. I have a VERY negative opinion of black people as a result. Very liberal area as well so you know the only institutional racism was against whites. Blacks got pizza parties, whites got guilt trips. My mom hired black baby sitters, sent me to black day cares. Boy did they help shape my opinion. Baby sitter was a black supremacist, day care was run with uncaring garbage people.

Never met so many profane, arrogant, racist, entitled pieces of garbage in my life.

But if I meet a black person I still give them a chance. But black people as a whole, one of the biggest problems with this country.

2
milk_truk_arrive 2 points ago +2 / -0

My family all lives in the whitest parts of Colorado, yet they are all super liberal BLM supporters.

2
Thep1mp 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly. Most of us are literally decades past this racial bullshit. The only ones bringing this shit up and inflaming things are those who gain from it. I went to high school 30 years ago in the deep, rural south. Blacks and whites had keg parties together and we had literally zero racial problems.

Had a coworker who’d always “sarcastically” make these racist comments to the black guy, Tim, who worked on our team and then always be like “oh c’mon you know I’m just messing around” or something like that. Always just the dumbest, not even remotely funny stuff like “Tim knows where the best fried chicken is!” He was like Michael Scott cringeworthy with his jokes, thinking that it was funny and that because he was liberal he was, apparently, not racist.

Tim hated him, obviously. I felt bad because he was the only black guy in our company and you could tell he wanted to just be like “dude, shut tf up, it’s not even funny,” but also just wanted to be treated the same as everyone else and not make a scene about something race-related. He was a stoic dude and mostly just gave him kind of fake smirks.

Anyway, long story short, liberals really do live in their own fantasy world.

Outside of LA, california is like many states out west, very low population of blacks. The highest black areas are atlanta, ga; DC; Chicago; Detroit; Columbia SC; Newark NJ--traditional 'black cities'; Cinncinatti also; Colorado has almost no blacks, and yet they are VERY vocal about black people issues. It's like < 4% statewise. Contrast that with >40% in black dominant areas
