Some dem piggies like Barron were facing Federal and State charges for not maintaining the chain of custody, as required by law.

And, you know, the threat of an audit over their heads.

Brakesbreaktrains2 47 points ago +48 / -1

You mean like Brenda Snipes who was even CONVICTED and nothing happened

The courts are a joke

22
Whoopies_tds 22 points ago +22 / -0

The "courts" you speak of are there to run interference for Democrats like Snipes, Clinesmith and Antifa while persecuting law abiding citizens like General Flynn who expose their corruption

2
Desert_Covfefe 2 points ago +3 / -1

Well. Time to start murdering folk in the street i guess.

90
Shield 90 points ago +90 / -0

The Republican Party in Georgia is a strange beast. It's corrupt as hell and totally in bed with the Democrats on election issues. But it also seems to wield a lot of power in the state and actually governed quite well during Covid and they passed that "heartbeat" abortion law and stuck to their guns after hollywood flipped out at them.

I think in all matters surrounding the election, many people have definitely had their families threatened and shit. Don’t forget what happened to Harrison Deal.

24
Rudy_DankMemer 24 points ago +24 / -0

Harrison Deal

Drone? Bomb? Or, brake line?

32
JiubUnbound 32 points ago +32 / -0

"Alright, team. Has Deal been dealt with?"
"Yep. Rigged his brake line to fail remotely. I'm sure he'll be coming to a dead stop here soon."
"You shoulda said something! I had his car's computer setup to accelerate full-throttle after reaching highway speed!"
"Yeah, and I went through the trouble of putting a bomb in his car!"
"That's nothing! I put in a drone strike on him!"
"Dammit, you guys! That's why we had that team-building exercise last month! Well, it may be overkill, but it'll send one helluva message."
"Yeah, but won't this make it completely obvious that we had him killed?"
*beat*
*all laugh*

Everyone needs to calm the fuck down with all these dumb conspiracy theories.

The FBI debunked this months ago on CNN.

They proved he was traveling at roughly the speed of light (speeding anyone?) when he collided with a small black hole made out of C-4 and jet fuel.

Please stop spreading lies!

18

The deboooonkening

16
rapsheet1mile 16 points ago +16 / -0

That totally explains the melted steel I saw in the wreckage. I feel like such an idiot for thinking it would require an explosive to produce that kind of effect. I never even considered the possibility that he may have collided at the speed of light with a black hole made of C4 and jet fuel.

3
zooty 3 points ago +3 / -0

Jet fuel can't melt steel beams. His car was not a steel beam. QED.

This is the way the establishment works. They are allowed to operate in a box. Abortion is on the edge, but is in the box. Elections aren’t.

It would be naive to assume that only one group of politicians has the monopoly on dishonesty.

The legal system is never, ever going to hold these people accountable. It's a big club, and you ain't in it.

15
MasksAreChildAbuse 15 points ago +16 / -1

I believe the citizens will have enough, but not this generation or the next, maybe not even the one behind that. Only when things are terrible enough and in their face daily (starving, etc) will people rise up. Life is way too comfortable right now.

15
geewhiz 15 points ago +15 / -0

Here's the problem, tho - we keep thinking there's a 'boiling point'. But what Orwell' and the other dystopian fiction writers have been trying to warn us about is that there is a point of no return. Once you've reached 1984, there is no-one left who'll 'have enough'. The populace is too brainwashed. In Fahrenheit 451, the inevitable result is that when the populace is completely complacent and defenseless, we all fall down (who haven't gone galt already).

And who knows how long the Idiocracy cult could have endured if not for our time-traveller?

Did you read that article? There are millions of engineers and scientists who will die before they allow technology to stagnate. The only way technology will even appear to stagnate is if we get into a total fuckfest of a world war, then every technological advance would be strictly for the military and the plebs would only get crumbs rationed out to them.

1
fac1 1 point ago +1 / -0

There are physical limits though. I think Moore's law will be over completely by 2030, though they may still occasionally find ways to slightly improve after that.

1
Mashiki 1 point ago +1 / -0

Optical gates are the answer to the transistor problem. Though that article is old and out of date, really out of date. We're currently in the 7nm generation of transistors, and by the looks of it AMD will be manufacturing 3nm CPU's in the next 5 years. For the most part electrical bleedover is solved by reducing voltages even further, in turn the devices become more efficient.

For example, 40 years ago CPU's required 5vDC. 20 years ago it was 3vDC. Today it's 1.2-1.4vDC. Next 2 years we'll probably see 1vDC for full load. Said article also doesn't cover things like symmetrical CPU stacking either(this is a branch of massive parallel computing), this is different from Symmetrical Multi-Processing(SMP), symmetrical CPU stacking is multiple cores on top of each other in different substrate layers but still connected with the above/below layer able to each execute different parts of the program at the same time.

If they were even minimally tech literate they could have used a robotic signing device. It’s actually really easy to convert a 3D printer or a CNC router over for that purpose. Signs as fast as a person, can be programmatically imperfect handwriting and it can go for 24 hours 7 days a week no problem.

2

It's illegal to forge documents for any purpose, but for FBI attorneys, forgery for FISA court documents are at best a misdemeanor. It's called the Clinesmith Rule, and it's enforced against judges by the FBI.

I can't follow the details this story...

The GP links to the GA Star News. In the GA Star, it seems to be that someone is simply Claiming to have found documents, but the actual documentation has not been supplied to the public...

The transfer forms presented in Fowler’s tweet creates a discrepancy with Fulton County’s “Absentee Ballot Drop Box – Daily County – November 3 2020” spreadsheet used to track the absentee ballot collections from 37 drop boxes over the 41-day election period that results in an over count of 21 absentee ballots.

....

Fowler’s tweet included only a partial image of one of the transfer forms, so further analysis of the transfer forms to the Fulton County daily count spreadsheet or for compliance to the State Election Board Emergency Rule 83-1-14-0.8-.14 could not be conducted by The Star News.

Someone please clarify:

  • Are documents still missing ?
  • Which documents have been found ?
  • Is the claim of found Chain of Custody documentation simply made up out of whole cloth ?
4
PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

The Georgia Star is a reliable source. Fowler's tweets are worse than suspect, and I don't believe any documents have been found. I think it's all damage control. The Gateway Pundit article was badly written, and made it sound like there might be some actual evidence of missing transfer forms found, but I doubt it.

It helps to know that Stephen Fowler is with Georgia Public Broadcasting (government media) and he's written several biased and inaccurate articles about the VoterGA lawsuit/audit. He's referred to Garland Favarito as a "conspiracy theorist." The Constitutional Party of Georgia has a petition up on their website objecting to Fowler's biased reporting: https://oneclickpolitics.global.ssl.fastly.net/messages/edit?promo_id=13258

Garland Favarito says that his group (VoterGA) also filed information requests for the same ballot box transfer forms, even before the Georgia Star did. And what the counties have sent to Garland is roughly the same as what Georgia Star received (same gaps in missing forms.) So that's two different parties, both reporting missing chain of custody forms for Georgia absentee ballots.

Suddenly, this anti-audit GPB "journalist" pops up with reports that he was able to get all the missing forms, but he refuses to publish them, and he only shows the top of two transfer forms in his tweet...not the entire form, so nobody even knows if they're real. Garland Favarito says Georgia Public Broadcasting has been in tank for the GA SoS for some time.
