The entire nation would be locked down if not for Ron DeSantis.

Ehhh... we faired pretty well in arc, even when it was “locked down.” Most places didn’t want confrontation here, but yeah in the big cities, sure you may have seen it a bit, but in the country out of the big cities... yeah... no masks was pretty standard.

-2
VenusDe -2 points ago +2 / -4

That's a fucking lie.

Trump asked governors to open up at Easter -- DeSantis could have but he didn't -- he waited until September.

Noem and, I have to admit Kemp, were the only two opened up their states after the initial 15 days to slow the spread.

The ONLY FUCKING REASON other states are open now is because the VACCINE that Trump was able to deliver in less than a year made it impossible for them to stay on lockdown.

Get it straight.

PatriotSkorzeny 23 points ago +26 / -3

Shoulda left CA and NY locked down. I can’t wait for the vaccine people to turn zombie.

25
Kamalas_a_Bitch 25 points ago +26 / -1

Many are still playing along in Cali. Not much has changing since June 15th when Cali “opened up.” Still working from home, running around in double masks when they don’t have to anymore. They like it. It is like living a horror porn fantasy or something.

chinajoehasdementia 4 points ago +4 / -0

This half-cocked "open" is just to keep things from spiraling down too fast. They need people to keep society running until they're ready to pull the rug out.

3
RegularAmerican 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep I remember Alex Jones saying a long time ago they would lighten up a little bit to keep people's hopes going then clamp back down as soon as they had the chance and come back harder.

2
CharlieMike 2 points ago +2 / -0

The need the jobs for the illegals so had to partially open.

2
ATK69 2 points ago +2 / -0

This was obvious once we saw the CDCs mask restrictions go poof for the “vaccinated” once the pedophile and thief’s abysmal labor report came out.

5
SoldierofKek 5 points ago +6 / -1

Let them. Fuck em all. I'm gonna live my life.

3
LiteraIIyHitIer 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don't do any of the mask nonsense, but I do still like the aspect of working from home. They're gonna have a hard time taking that back from me. They even asked me what I preferred for coming back to the office and my response was to remain work-from-home. So it doesn't surprise me at all that people are still doing it.

It's funny about the masks because instead I wear a face that says "Please, please, please say something about me not wearing a mask." and confrontation has, so far, been avoided.

2
Joesf23 2 points ago +2 / -0

100%. Our mask mandates and restrictions lifted a month ago and I still see these idiots outside walking around the neighborhood in 90 degree heat with a fucking mask on. A year ago I figured they were just brainwashed idiots. Now I look at them and assume they probably have gotten the vaccine and still embrace the mask/fear narrative that CV will jump out of the trees and get them.

6
SoldierofKek 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm actually glad they're taking the vaccine. When they die or become infertile, then they can't vote democrat. That's why they want you to take the vaccine because they know they done fucked up. Once their little plan backfires, theyl never win an election. Bully for us.

11
Here_we_go 11 points ago +11 / -0

Except dead people vote Democrat

2
DarkDrai 2 points ago +2 / -0

Okay. We'll just move to your state, then.

8
SoldierofKek 8 points ago +8 / -0

The whole blue flight is a myth. DeSantis confirmed that the people moving to Florida from he states are overwhelming Republican.

11
DonuteaterReturns 11 points ago +11 / -0

Blue flight is just a term people use because they don't want to talk about mass migration and demographic change. It's ok to blame the Californian for coming over and voting like they used to but apply that to a Mexican and suddenly you're a racist.

1
DarkDrai 1 point ago +1 / -0

I hate how some people act like I should flee a sinking ship, and then some people act like I should stay and fix my state, and then some people act like it doesn't matter because I'm a dumb Californian either way.

Whatever. Enjoy your harsh winters and hurricanes, flyover bitches. I don't even know what seasons are.

If you are conservative coming to a conservative state, change your fucking plates. I see a Wisconsin, Georgia, Colorado, California, Oregon, New Jersey or any other fucking license plate and I just assume it’s an asshole libtard, so I do not let them drive in front of me... at any cost.

Nah, I’m not the asshole. Out of towners are as they do not know the rules of the road.

To clarify... they drive 10 under in the passing lane (aka, the left lane,) instead of going 10 over. Fuck those assfuck libtards.

1
marvinthehaggler 1 point ago +1 / -0

Also I always assume anyone driving dramatically under the speed limit is an Illegal Alien.

I learned that years ago, when I was forced to live in CA.

Correct. Or an idiot

1

Colorado is one of the states being migrated INTO by the Californians.

Truth.

11
Smurfection 11 points ago +11 / -0

And they'd have a Governor that would pass out naked in a pool of his own vomit at random hotels after meeting gay hookers like Gilliam.

5
SoldierofKek 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yeah..it's funny how having corrupt whores like Brenda snipes who fines blots can make it close. Glad DeSantis made an example of that whore.

10
Dictator_Bob 10 points ago +10 / -0

Are there other governors in the US right now? Not metaphorical here I'm serious. What do we have to do to get more like him?

7
SoldierofKek 7 points ago +7 / -0

Here here. What DeSantis should do is form a council of Republican governors and come up with a strategy. We have 34 state legislatures. What the F are wir doing?

2
Here_we_go 2 points ago +2 / -0

Why waste his time with rinos?

1
chinajoehasdementia 1 point ago +1 / -0

Most State wide races are thrown by fraud so RINO's takeover as Governor/SoS/etc. Also, you have to factor in the Democrat + RINO in State Congress. You might not get full a Commie agenda, but unless your Congress is stacked with MAGA, you'll get Commie-light agenda, at best.

9
SoldierofKek 9 points ago +10 / -1

6

3
ConsrvspkgNJ 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fact!!! If it weren't for Ron DeSantis, Murphy (Governor Goofy) would have still "listened to the science" as he kept us locked down here in Jersey.

1
usa_foot_print 1 point ago +1 / -0

“Listened to the science” which means listening to scientists that care more about politics than science and spend their time changing guidance based on feelings than actual scientific studies.

1
ConsrvspkgNJ 1 point ago +1 / -0

Absolutely

1
yurimodin 1 point ago +1 / -0

isn't living in Jersey a form of lockdown in itself.

1
ConsrvspkgNJ 1 point ago +1 / -0

Simply put....yes. It wasn't always that way. Jersey used to be truly great but now it is a cesspool mired in Wokeness and Socialist policies.

DeSantis 2028. People are starting to lose faith in Trump now but I want Trump to have his rightful fucking second term.

8
Dictator_Bob 8 points ago +9 / -1

People are starting to lose faith in Trump now

Fuck off with this concern troll. Trump shut down the GOPe and had fucking Rubio of all people come out, swallow hard, and say there is nothing you can do to stop Trump -- this is his party.

That's not losing faith that is a man with the people solidly behind him.

8
DonuteaterReturns 8 points ago +8 / -0

That's also the problem. Any political movement built around one man has a hard time outlasting that man. We need to use this time to alter the republican party to suit our interests. Trump has a bad habit of endorsing bad candidates. If he keeps doing this we won't have a chance to change the party into a real MAGA party. It'll just remain the same republican establishment cucks wearing MAGA hats.

1
Dictator_Bob 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not nearly as big of a problem as our opposition looking for these little angles to push. New leaders percolate up all the time in politics. There's no "proactive" approach here where "we" throw a bunch of ridiculous bullshit denigrating our President.

It is fine to criticize in hindsight (hello, Mooch?) but for the love of God understand that MAGA is about Trump right now and until he is restored for his third term in 2024.

His 2nd term in absentia due to DNC dementia isn't my fucking problem to fix. I (we all) hired Trump for this job. It's the first time he was hired and re-hired as an employee in the brilliant man's decades long success as "The Man in Charge".

He's gonna make more mistakes to be highlighted - a great many!

Fuck shills.

People are starting to lose faith in Trump now

but

But nothing, go fucking dilate dickface. DeSantis is our ally. That isn't going to change, faggots.

1
xzibit_b 1 point ago +1 / -0

Much like patriot, traitor, communist, racist, bigot, fascist, etc, shill is a word rendered meaningless by empty headed nutters and retards like yourself. DeSantis will always be an ally but there is a growing sentiment that want to see DeSantis win the White House in 2024. IF THAT IS NOT LOSING FAITH IN TRUMP, I DON'T KNOW WHAT FUCKING IS.

You can't open a thread about FBI/CIA/DOJ without people, regularly upvoted to the top, bitching and complaining about what Trump DID and didn't do. This isn't losing faith though? Shut the fuck up, you fucking moron.

1
Dictator_Bob 1 point ago +1 / -0

Uh, no. Shills dooming and attacking our President are fucking shills. You're nobody, your arguments are retarded, and you lost before you appeared. There is no counter-argument where giving the enemy an angle to attack this forum is suddenly justified, or free speech, or whatever concern your ass might share with other democrats, GOPe, and Never-Trumpers.

IF you are an "ex-supporter" that wants to promote "losing faith in Trump" then get the fuck out and start your own forum to spread anti-Trump messaging. This would still make you a shill, and a treacherous traitor cunt.

Lose elsewhere.

1
xzibit_b 1 point ago +1 / -0

No one concern trolls in a post where they say that they want Trump to have his second term you nitwit.

In this forum, constant criticisms of Trump and why he didn't do this and why he didn't do that REGULARLY get upvoted to the top of threads up until Trump actually says something. People REGULARLY voice support for DeSantis over Trump because people came disillusioned with Trump's lack of impact on the swamp. I don't know what the fuck you're seeing

1
VenusDe 1 point ago +1 / -0

Short, zero charisma DeSantis would have lost FL to the fucking crackhead without Trump. He would be lucky to get Romney's numbers in a national election.

Meanwhile, Trump got 74 million + legit votes with most diverse coalition of any GOP candidate ever, they had to stop counting in key cities in battleground states to produce more ballots, then lie that Trump incited an insurrection to put DC under military occupation to swear Biden in.

But the cocksuckers like you fall for DeSantis -- a guy with a friendly state legislature who has the backing of the establishment -- who will be used to help that same establishment do to MAGA what it did to the Tea Party the same way they used GHWB to end the Reagan Revolution.

LOLGF clow.

3
Katedenson 3 points ago +3 / -0

Honestly Ron is something special. I can't remember the last time I saw a politician who's not running for president (at the moment) get this kind of reception everywhere he goes

That's not normal. It's also not normal to hear people talk about you running for high office 4 years in advance

2
FloridaDude 2 points ago +2 / -0

And Florida was getting people fleeing those liberal commie shitholes to come here during that whole bullshit lockdown nonsense.

2
b00nis 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not a fan but Kemp kept GA pretty much open. Might have been the only positive thing he's actually "done" for Georgians.

3
MAGARickster 3 points ago +3 / -0

I remember when trump called him stupid for that.

Kemp is still a cuck

2

"... significant morbidity or mortality and present a severe danger to public health..."
Political speak, "significant" can change meaning in a news cycle.

So, when are they going to round up all of the bums with TB, hepatitis, and GRIDS?

2
Timecop1776 2 points ago +2 / -0

Also the California recall. The Democrats and media run cover for newsome saying they aren’t worried about the recall yet every action he’s taken since the recall got approved shows otherwise. I bet the real polling numbers for him are garbage.

The cal osha people straight up said they didn’t want to approved relaxing workplace guidelines but newsome appointed crony strong armed them probably due to him trying to save his ass.

Also if recalls don’t work then why are Democrats trying to get rid of the recall process.

Also for the California shit talkers here is your mandatory reminder that California has more trump voters than any other state. But California is an example of what happens when you don’t audit elections and let commies do whatever they want. I won’t flee my state because I’m a 3rd generation and I’ll fight to the end.

2
theneverman 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ron DeSantis is the best governor California ever had.

2
iNeed2p 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you Ron. I don't have to wear the mask anymore with the rest of the idiots on the west coast

1
hansgruber7 1 point ago +1 / -0

I love De Santis and I'm thankful for his massive contributions to freedom. I'm not sure that's why they opened up though. I think the crises were getting so bad that they needed to allow themselves some breathing space. They knew lifting some of the restrictions would help lift public morale. The main purposes of the virus had been accomplished by that point and they can continue with the next leg (vaccine passports) without the restrictions.

0
ravonaf 0 points ago +1 / -1

DeSantis checks all the right marks. He's almost too good. We've been burned before. If it wasn't for President Trump's full support of DeSantis I would be highly suspicious.

-1
Sumarongi -1 points ago +1 / -2

Yet DeSantis signed a bill allowing for forced vaccination ‘any means necessary’ under the guise of banning vaccine passports.

Not to say I don’t like the guy, but I need an answer for this, and I have yet to receive one

6
Warbeard 6 points ago +6 / -0

No he didn't. That law is from 2018. What he signed amended Chapter 381 Section 315 to add the anti-vaccine passport language.

2018 Chapter 381 Section 315: b. If the individual poses a danger to the public health, the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation or quarantine. If there is no practical method to isolate or quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use any means necessary to vaccinate or treat the individual.

https://www.flsenate.gov/laws/statutes/2018/381.00315

2021: 991 Section 17. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and subsection 992 (2) of section 381.00315, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

1107 b. If the individual poses a danger to the public health, 1108 the State Health Officer may subject the individual to isolation 1109 or quarantine. If there is no practical method to isolate or 1110 quarantine the individual, the State Health Officer may use any 1111 means necessary to vaccinate or treat the individual.
