Ok, now the burden of proof is on the accuser. Please go ahead and prove there was no voter fraud, thank you.

The NewYork appellate activist judge should be disbarred for HIS false statements.

Rudy presented affidavits of election officials who testified under penalty of perjury that they witnessed election fraud.

Verifiable claims.

As u/Brooklyn_Patriot_76/ just pointed out: “What this means practically is that as of today, none of Giuliani's communications are protected via attorney client privilege.”

THIS IS A POLITICAL HIT.

190
IHeartMyDoggy 190 points ago +190 / -0

And isn’t that his job as a lawyer to defend his client? There are always two sides to every court case. The truth is decided in court. One side ends up being wrong, and one side right. How would a judge know what the truth is when neither side has given their arguments in court? When a lawyer loses in court, do we take away their licenses because they gave false claims in court? No. They always do their best to prove their clients innocence

36
WU_HAN_FRU 36 points ago +36 / -0

Well, just because a lawyer loses in court doesn't mean the statements he made there were false.

I don't know that that's what you were saying, I just wanted to make a point of that.

Rudy giuliani is being politically targeted gor standing with trump

Multiple New York people made false statements. The reality is he's being politically targeted just like all the comments. The Soviet New York attorney general targeted Donald Trump the same way..

Frankly Rudy Giuliani should apply for a new law license and a freedom loving American state like Florida or Texas..

They are just doing it because they can. It's a raw abuse of the powers the People of NYS have bestowed on them. There's nothing more to it than that.

25
Hdhehehehejdnbeeh 25 points ago +25 / -0

Same with the Soviet New York attorney general.. she literally ran for office on the promise that she would keep investigating Trump until she found a crime..

18
MrAnderson1776 18 points ago +19 / -1

The statement itself, if she used those words, is grounds for being disbarred.

I am worried their persecution of Trump will split the country. He's not going to go there for any kind of "fair" trial so the Feds would have to go get him because DeSantis isn't going to extradite him even if it means secession or something really insane like that.

They are deliberately and malignantly trying to tear this nation apart. That can only mean they have a plan for when that happens.

We need the people in NYS to wake up and realize it's not about Trump, it's about the nation. We need Congress to wake up and realize the same thing. The radicals and extremists in your midst are not your friends.

This is never dated. I knew a guy who was in Rwanda when it went down. https://metallicman.com/laoban4site/what-the-progressive-liberals-have-in-store-for-conservatives/

I agree that we should stop trying to hold leftists to standards that they barely even pretend to have. In this case, I guess Giuliani has to go to court and defend his statements.

3
MrAnderson1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's not that. It's that the SCONYS is corrupted. It's just a partisan meat machine scanning for poltical vicitims to target. This is as raw violence as the mob ever dished out. We dont like you, so we whack you.

It's up to the decent people in NYS to rise up and say "no more. It's gone too far now." They have to do that because no one else can. Only they have the power.

Is that where this case is going? I don't know how it works.

1
MrAnderson1776 1 point ago +1 / -0

SCONY has the power to revoke law licenses. The bar is nothing unless SCONY empowers them to matter in some way. Basically the bar in any state is a nothing but a bunch of leftists presuming to speak for all lawyers. It's a private thing, the bar, not an organ of the government.

PROTIP: It stays this way until you let them kill you, because your ability to kill them has been bred and conditioned out of you.

You don't believe me? As yourself how many police are authorized to actually enforce the law. 70%? 50%? 30%? Less?

How many teachers are autborized to instruct actual history?

How many Doctors are allowed to deviate from a manufactured narrative?

You will die, or you will kill them. Everything in-between is paralytic noise.

7
FrankWisner 7 points ago +9 / -2

Nope. I'll be at the beach, talkin all this shit online, as the people of this world are forced to confront the Evil they strive to ignore and excuse, or applaud - which progressively destroys them.

There are 5,000 cops on this site tho - and all of their children will be killed by the same psychopaths which eventually murder you.

You'll find they're just as castrated as you are.

5
jsnforce 5 points ago +5 / -0

So what is the solution? We're always saying this shit about how nothing will change without action, and then we say that all our actions are pointless, then it's about how 2A was meant for this very shit, but when anyone asks if it's about time to DO ANYTHING, we call them a cop.

What should we do? Cause it seems like the plan is to bitch and moan as the left uses all the power they've dishonesty acquired to destroy us bit by bit.

Jan 6th neutered us. We didn't accomplish a damn thing except give the left a wonderful weapon to use against us. We imagined allies of people who were not, and we were betrayed. Now we can't gather or speak for fear of infiltration. We know this. They KNOW we know. And because of the mutual distrust, as well as the real threat of persecution, we have removed the option of protest and revolution from the table. All the left has to do is make sure they target us a little bit at a time. The water is already boiling.

4
disgruntled_patriot 4 points ago +4 / -0

All these dumbasses around here calling people glowies and pretending like every casual gathering of conservatives has at least one secret infiltrator amongst them are lunatics.

Do you have any idea just how fucking useless police are? Ya'll got any clue how many crimes they actually prevent?

Just how fucking stupid have all these dumbass cop and fbi shows on TV made people? Just how fucking delusional have all these spy thriller movies made people?

Popular media has spent decades perpetuating this mythology that police are super intelligent, highly adept, hyper organized, omnipresent bad asses who know all and see all and solve every problem with inhuman proficiency.

But that's FICTION!

Do You really think police are that good? FUCK NO! All you dumbasses make like these nitwits can have a tac team barreling through your door within five minutes of posting a spicy meme.

Seriously? Seriously??? Do these tards really believe police are that effective? NO.

Cops are just as stupid and lazy and we are. There simply aren't enough of them to have a van outside every pede's house in the country, or to go around infiltrating every conservative site on the internet even if they were any good at what they do.

Do police watch sites like Gab and Patriots? Sure. Do they exhaustively poor over every post from every user, tracking down IP addresses and running internet search histories on everyone who posts anything? NO. Do we all have FBI dossiers? NO. Do they know where you live? NO.

GROW UP.

As is everyone else.

13
Chopblock 13 points ago +13 / -0

I disagree. Rudy delivered the most compelling case that resonated with average people AND drew together the key pieces of testimony that showed how the steal was accomplished and what that looked like at ground level. That narrative was missing amongst media lies, a floundering set of ‘tick tocks’, and the illusory belief that someone somewhere with power would have the uncorrupted courage to excercise it responsibly.

His presentations to the legislatures were the “visual aid” and “demonstration” that gave weight to Navarro’s excellent but ephemeral report, and set the foundation for the political pressure that got enough momentum to deliver audits.

There’s always choices that can be second guessed, and legal arguments that were chosen one instead of another, things that are missed, and personality conflicts. Byrnes account is highly subjective, biased by his own somewhat naive bias, and certainly not a definitive history.

3
randomusename 3 points ago +3 / -0

If Trump did what Bryne wanted and demanded federally overseen recounts, the states would have contested to the Supreme Court and the Court ruled against Trump in any case he brought. I have to conclude they would have in this instance also. Taking the cases to the state legislatures might have been the best shot at overturning the fraud.

4

Apples to Oranges.

Hillary was Secretary of State using a private server in her official capacity, including passing Special Access Programs which aren't even supposed to be on a network at all, much less a private unsecured network, through her private server.

Rudy was a private citizen representing a client.

We need to repeal sovereign immunity. They can do this because prosecutors and judges are effectively beyond the reach of justice.

All prosecutors should have all their cases and all their conduct opened to being prosecuted eternally by those they've wronged.

That would stop all prosecutorial misconduct right there.

If you search the google trends for the term "election fraud", NY is one of the top states that searched that term from the election to now. That's no coincidence. You can find a lot of hidden indications of nation wide truth by searching google trends for terms that are popular in regions.

The court cited the many investigations, court cases, and passage of election reform laws as EVIDENCE that Giuliani was a threat to the public. In other words, in this part of the opinion the court basically said that unpopular and "untrue" speech by an attorney is itself an imminent harm that it would not tolerate.

17
War_Hamster 17 points ago +17 / -0

In other words, the fact that Giuliani's claims were credible enough that people all over the country agreed and acted upon them is a threat?

This is a dangerous precedent to set. Don't take my word for it, take it from a real lawyer: https://twitter.com/barnes_law/status/1408094996859736067

The responses to the original tweet holy shit. How are so many so retarded? I guarantee the people claiming to be attorneys are fakes, else they should be scared as fuck over how easily they can lose their licenses

What a fucking shit show the NY Court system is. Shame on these frauds.

5
DickAllcocks 5 points ago +5 / -0

NY’s courts are likely THE WORST in the entire USA.

39
RecreationalNyquil 39 points ago +39 / -0

Do you remember those three african american students, who a couple years ago called police and said that they were assaulted on the bus by a white person, despite camera evidence proving they were the attackers? They all ended up going to Historically Black Colleges and one of them is pursing a degree in law. I am still shocked that someone who has made false police reports is able to become a lawyer.

2
DickAllcocks 2 points ago +2 / -0

Lol it takes a lot to stop one from becoming a lawyer hahahaha

2
N900mixalot 2 points ago +2 / -0

If convicted they'll have to declare it on their bar license application.

California lets convicted cocaine traffickers practice law. https://law.justia.com/cases/california/supreme-court/3d/49/933.html#

Liberty0rdeath 33 points ago +33 / -0

They´re either emboldened or fearful. Either way just shows how they´re going to target everyone who supported Trump to make sure an outsider never runs again.

We´re moving closer and closer to some kind of conflict. Hopefully it won´t go that far but I can´t see these people going down peacefully.

Am I reading this right? He's being disbarred because he knowingly lied, yet they haven't established that it's a lie, or that he knew that it was a lie? Ridiculous

5
N900mixalot 5 points ago +5 / -0

They're saying he mislead the public but he didn't represent the public.

This ruling is insane.

They're saying that because he didn't get to prove his case (and we know there was no finding of fact regarding election fraud), he lied.

This is giving me a headache.

-1
Liquid_Hot_MAGA -1 points ago +3 / -4

Well he didn't provide anything to back up that he wasn't lying either to be fair

2
Txiribiton 2 points ago +3 / -1

Are you stupid? He provided thousands of affidavits, a video, mathematical evidence, etc.

1
Liquid_Hot_MAGA 1 point ago +2 / -1

The affidavits that no one was allowed to see?

1
Txiribiton 1 point ago +1 / -0

I saw more than that, witnesses. Obviously they didn't give all the affidavits to potential doxers, they were for legislatures and lawsuits. Did you want to dox patriots or what is your point?

-1
Liquid_Hot_MAGA -1 points ago +0 / -1

Weird, they never made there way into lawsuits or in the hands of legislatures. He BS'd us all.

0
Txiribiton 0 points ago +1 / -1

Lol, I guess he bullshited you and your FBI and communist comrades.🤡

25
anotherthing 25 points ago +25 / -0

Bet Rudy's eyes are on that audit right now.

23
eddedandedamame 23 points ago +24 / -1

Right as Pelosi announces a committee for Jan 6th.

Don't get demoralized.

Both announcements seem more like political strategy to combat Trump 2024 momentum than about either stated issue.

6
Stover205 6 points ago +6 / -0

Does she think she can fabricate more crimes than the FBI?

2
chinajoehasdementia 2 points ago +2 / -0

Demoralized? Ha! This is just inspirational. They're giving up fighting us on psuedo-legal grounds. They can't even manage to manufacture fake arguments in Kangaroo Courts.

22
RentedMule 22 points ago +22 / -0

So......are we going to suspend the law licenses of those democrats in congress who spent four years accusing the 2016 election of being fraudulent because of "muh Russia!"? After all, most members of congress are lawyers. And the Meuller Report did say that there wasn't a shred of evidence that the Russians worked with Trump to influence the election. So if "baseless" claims of election fraud are enough to pull a legal license, I can think of a whole lot of democrats that need to turn in their licenses.

3
ChuckedBeef 3 points ago +3 / -0

They even did a full investigation into those accusations, whereas accusations of voter fraud in 2020 are ignored by the Federal body. The fucking SDNY lawyers were pushing the Russia conspiracy bullshit too and their licenses never got yanked even when there was 100% verifiable proof that there was no Russian collusion.

This judge needs to be removed from the court system and put in prison.

22
panthicc 22 points ago +22 / -0

They think they're scaring people into submission with crap like this.

They are not.

4
BarronVonSaltzburg26 4 points ago +4 / -0

Truest comment written. This shows me their fear and weakness.

4
marvelwall 4 points ago +4 / -0

100% shows how afraid they are. anyone rational can see that clearly.

3
chinajoehasdementia 3 points ago +3 / -0

They're just proving we no longer live in a lawful society. They can't help but lash out at their political opponents because they have no reasonable defense and we refuse to submit to them.

16

Wow!!! Without an audit and examination of all the Affidavits he presented. This is serious tyrannical move by the court, these judges need to be thrown out and prosecuted for abuse of power like Emmitt Sullivan wonder what happened to this baboon.

14

Why do they want to make Rudy a martyr? Did Rudy receive another laptop but this one was from McAfee? Oh, I have so many questions.

13
IvIA6A 13 points ago +13 / -0

Everyone involved in uncovering this fraud is being punished, and before this is over they will start to go after those pushing the Arizona audit there and in other states.

8
Gerbaski 8 points ago +8 / -0

Yup, they've made that known publicly. See Garland's threats to Maricopa and Nevada's threatening to charge people asking for an audit there...

12

Rudy don’t give af, but every single fake news is gonna be talking about this, and it’s gonna be a new den talking point when talking bad about the orange man

11
MICHIGANisRED 11 points ago +11 / -0

So he has to choose between free speech and having the ability to practice law. Fuck these commies.

11
Thathurtsmyfeelings1 11 points ago +11 / -0

You don't need a law license to fuck up commies.

10
leet23 10 points ago +10 / -0

So can Rudy sue and prove voter fraud did happen in court

7
yurimodin 7 points ago +7 / -0

no standing peasant.

2
chinajoehasdementia 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's moot since he doesn't have a license to practice law.

8
MrAnderson1776 8 points ago +8 / -0

So since voter fraud is known to be in the process of being investigated and there is no official body which pronounces there was or wasn't this is just an exercise in power over a hated opponent. The SCONY can do this because licensing for lawyers is left up to the state and what they say goes.

Only the public can reject this type of partisan judiciary and there should be a big reaction by the public. It's fundamentally indefensible. So now it's down to the voters of NY to do something about their SC.

Ultimately the People have the power to dethrone a corrupt judiciary by defining the terms and methods through which they are put there and stay there.

I would like to see upstate secede despite the fact that all the large cities up there are very blue indeed. They are not as blue as Big Blue (except Albany) and that might change over time. Only the areas around the universities are dedicated* to radical politics; most people are moderate compared to the NYC fruticakes.

2
N900mixalot 2 points ago +2 / -0

This smells like a SCOTUS case in the making, and a 9-0 one at that because the precedent would destroy the judiciary completely.

8
Shaffro 8 points ago +8 / -0

The communists are twisting the law to get rid of the opposition. All of this is unconstitutional.

6
Nunyo 6 points ago +6 / -0

So, all of the lawyers who lied to the FISA courts are now going to be permanently disbarred? I'll wait.

2
N900mixalot 2 points ago +2 / -0

Exactly.

6
leet23 6 points ago +6 / -0

Yet the lawyers in congress are free to spout whatever BS they want

1
chinajoehasdementia 1 point ago +1 / -0

Technically they're protected by the Constitution. They can lie all day long about whatever they want and it's illegal to take action against them. It was meant to provide a sanctuary for discussion, but of course the Commies use it to peddle lies and propaganda.

6
RedWhiteBlue15 6 points ago +6 / -0

Idk what to say to people anymore. The very idea that we are going to accomplish anything through our legal system/government is a complete fantasy. We are under communist occupation. They just haven't started kicking in doors yet.

5

Oh man, reading the appellate court's decision, it seems one of the pieces of evidence they used against Rudy is when he claimed that PA received more mail-in ballots than they sent out.

Remember when he made that claim, and people on here immediately dug into it and found he mistakenly took the number of mail-in ballots mailed out for the primary election, rather than the 2020 general election? There was a collective uh-oh in those threads back in that time, when people realized Rudy made a mistake. Looks like that mistake is now coming to bite him in the ass.
