  • No Trespassing Signs Keep the Feds Away (7/8)

I'm not sure if this is specific to AZ or not, but Kelly Townsend has some advice concerning Feds coming to your property to push vaccines:

I have spoken to local law enforcement and if you don't want the Federal government on your property asking about vaccines, they advise you to post a no trespassing sign in a visible location. This is a prerequisite to be able to charge someone for being there against your will.

Incidentally, no soliciting signs will not work.

  • TODAY: Deputy Registrar/Election Educational Event from 5:00-6:30PM (7/8)

From Arizona Red Roots:

Maricopa County Deputy Registrar Training - ONLINE CLASS

Thu, July 8, 2021 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM MST

Deputy Registrars are officially certified volunteers for the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office that assist us with voter registration and voter education. This 2.5 hour class will cover the laws governing voter registration and elections, the basics of elections in Maricopa County, and how you can help as a Deputy Registrar.

There are currently 721 Deputy Registrars (most appointed under corrupt-Adrian Fontes).

Let's step up!

  • LD20 Candidate Christian Lamar Needs Signatures to Get On the Ballot (7/8)

See what you think about him as a candidate, and help him out if you like him.

  • Kandiss' Updates on GA (7/8)

SoS is not supposed to certify the election without the tabulator tapes, but Brad did anyways.

Votes are cast via the tabulator tapes. If a tabulator tape is not printed, those votes are not cast. So those 7,700 votes were never cast.

Cobb's Director of Elections and registration, Janine Eveler, still holds the same position.

Kandiss also mentioned that they are working on an audit in another county as well.

She also broke some news on the stream. Cobb's risk limiting audit results are missing vital audit board batch sheets. TGP should be releasing an article with more details later today.

According to Kandiss, you can compare these numbers for yourself on the SOS website by comparing the 2020 election results to risk limiting audit results.

  • Interview with Garland Favorito on John Freddricks (7/8)

While VoterGA was amending their lawsuit to account for the change in defendants, they added some additional evidence to their case. VoterGA has also uncovered some fraud (especially concerning the audit results) and duplicate ballots just from examining the ballot images.

Additionally, you can also read VoterGA's fact checks of local news articles regarding they're case:

  • We Need Action NOW (7/8)

Tell Burt Jones and Brandon Beach that we cannot wait until next session to conduct an audit. We only have so much time before all evidence will be destroyed. I am a single issue voter. And election integrity is my only concern. You do not need to be in session to issue subpoenas. Any subcommittee can issue these subpoenas; it is not specific to any committee.

We have seen no action from legislators for months. The information recently released by Dr. Kandiss Taylor is enough to decertify the election on its own. We demand a full forensic audit immediately. If Senator Mastriano can get it done, so can they.

  • Give Rep. Carra Some Positive Pressure (7/8)

This is Carra’s audit bill: https://legiscan.com/MI/text/HB5091/2021

Carra seems a bit more receptive than many of the RINOs in MI. However, we do not want him to compromise his legislation in order to get it passed.

I believe we both want election integrity, but any audit will be a waste of time and money if it is not comprehensive and forensic. If we are going to do this, we need to do it right similar to the process taking place in AZ. We know that there must be an immense amount of pressure from the party leadership to compromise.

But we will not have an opportunity to return to the materials and reexamine the evidence since it will be destroyed in a little over a year. If he does not believe it will be possible to pass this sort of legislation, then the legislature must use its constitutional authority to subpoena the election materials.

  • Interview with Senator Chris Dush about the Audit (7/8)

Chris Dish's Op-ed: https://senatorcrisdushpa.com/2021/07/07/op-ed-the-basis-for-initiation-of-a-forensic-investigation-of-the-2020-general-election-and-the-2021-primary-election/

Mastriano's Op-ed: https://senatormastriano.com/2021/07/07/op-ed-why-i-am-initiating-a-forensic-investigation-of-the-2020-general-election-and-2021-primary/

AZ is developing a new type of ballot and the PA Delegate are interested in implementing these in PA. Features include:

  • made with the same type of paper as a dollar bill

  • has a hologram imbedded into the paper

  • qr codes

  • ultraviolet watermark (which would be unique to each county)

Mastriano sent out the letters to three counties: Philadelphia County, Tioga County, and York County. Philadelphia is very left leaving, Tioga is right leaning, and York is somewhat moderate.

They will possibly bring in the more counties after these.

They expect litigation from Philadelphia County and the AG in an attempt to get the crooked PA Supreme Court involved.

If there is pushback from those counties, they'll move forward with the subpoenas. If they fail to comply, 1842 Act 19 permits that the Sargent at Arms can put them in jail.

Argall's been working with Dush and Mastriano so far and not pushing back against the audit efforts.

They will have to submit for bid which audit company to use. They are going to avoid companies with conflicts of interest.

  • Some Additional Insights from ATVPA (7/8)

Jamie from ATVPA thinks that the senators are issuing letters first because they believe that the republican and moderate counties might comply without subpoenas. Questions will be raised when only the democrat county doesn't comply.

The counties have till July 31 to respond.

ATVPA will continue to work with other counties to see if they might conduct an audit on their own.

  • Keep the Pressure Up on WI (7/8)

Now that PA is starting to move forward, remind WI legislators that they need to get the ball rolling as well with a FULL forensic audit. Not an audit with a forensic element.

As I mentioned yesterday, I had dinner with a guy who has been working with the AZ audit. Sorry, but I can't share his exact role.

The big takeaway is that I relayed the information that we have collectively been sharing here and he confirmed that it was all very accurate.

He really didn't have anything to add that we regular audit watchers didn't already know, but he did confirm that Karen Fann is a freakin stud. Same with Paul Gosar and a couple of other State Senators that we all seem to like.

The timeline is exactly what we've been saying; 3-4 weeks away, and that somewhat depends on what happens with the Splunk logs and routers. No new insight on how those will be compelled to be produced.

The general feeling of disgust for the Maricopa County BoS and a few others is apparently palpable on the ground.

I forgot to find out about any plans for canvassing, but will make sure to ask that tonight when we get together.

PorchLightOn 29 points ago +31 / -2

I'm really glad to hear that about Karen Fann. I liked her response to Hobbs' whining about needing to replace all the voting machines:

Maricopa County hired firms to perform audits after the 2020 election and relied on their Logic & Accuracy tests (L & A) to declare equipment safe to use and tamper-free. The County can now use those same L & A tests after the Senate audit. If it can’t, their L & A tests are invalid. And if their machines can’t undergo a forensic audit to verify what happened, then it never should have approved those machines to be used in an election in the first place.

ShyRipley 17 points ago +18 / -1

I had not heard Fann's response to all the "we will need to replace the machines cause the Republicans gave them cooties with the damn audit." That is friggin brilliant.

Fann really is a badass.

War_Hamster 16 points ago +20 / -4

That response needs to be used in every other state threatening the same temper tantrum over "corrupting" their machines.

AmericanMan00 3 points ago +3 / -0

Is that the same logic as my being unvaccinated puts all those vaccinated people at risk?

War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's not the worst comparison I've heard.

ShyRipley 9 points ago +10 / -1

Nice update! Thank you secret guy who knows our Hamster.

Oh yes yes, the canvass. Even if he could confirm that the canvass is indeed a thing with no official details available.

At this point, if the canvass were to be added later as an addendum to the official report, that would be great. Not that I'm chomping at the bit to read the final report or anything. <--- even this chick gets antsy for answers hahaa

War_Hamster 4 points ago +7 / -3

Can you imagine going door to door canvassing in Arizona in the middle of July?

I don't think it's possible until the Fall.

Probably even more daunting that trying to canvass in L.A. anytime of the year.

CoryInTheHouse1776 4 points ago +4 / -0

Tell that to the vaccine enforcement team

ShyRipley 2 points ago +3 / -1

Fair point.

The canvass is now like "that which we do not speak of"...

doug2 4 points ago +5 / -1

Awesome! Thanks for sharing this.

Afripede 0 points ago +2 / -2

Seems like a mixed review in Karen Fann... https://www.google.co.za/amp/s/amp.azcentral.com/amp/7553588002 Reads to me like every politician that ever let down trump supporters.

I am of the feeling that the longer the audit takes the more likely it is that they are covering up and not auditing. This is taking on a familiar pattern. Mueller report, Durham report. Something big is coming. Tick tock. Just wait a little longer. They’re on our side. It’ll be worth the wait.

Oh, we can’t finish the audit because the county is withholding the routers, wink wink., but we’re not actually going to enforce the court order to have these items released. Awfully convenient.

Where did the rumour start of a preliminary count being released? Then that evaporated. This could be a deliberate tactic to diffuse and push back the expectation that the result will be immediate. We expect day-of results from elections, but must wait weeks for the audit results. We see as delayed election deadlines as evidence and opportunity of fraud, but a delayed audit as nothing to worry about.

They could have released a preliminary count already. This is reasonable and doable and would prevent the expectation of fraud.

All through the audit there were cameras everywhere to ensure transparency. Where are the cameras now?

QLARP 0 points ago +2 / -2

Could you see a scenario were canvases start 4 weeks from now?

War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Only reason I say no to that is due to the weather. It would be suicide to go door-to-door in AZ in the summer.

deleted 20 points ago +21 / -1
Xuvial 2 points ago +6 / -4

We messed up as a country when we got rid of public hangings.

And who would do the prosecuting and sentencing? The system itself is run by traitors, and judges are bought/blackmailed. The severity of punishments becomes irrelevant when the people in charge of handing out punishments are themselves weak and/or corrupt.

War_Hamster 15 points ago +17 / -2

Apparently, the PA Secretary of State is telling county officials to ignore Mastriano's audit requests. They are digging in hard on this one.

Me thinks the lady doth protest too much.

ShyRipley 15 points ago +16 / -1

Please turn over any and all materials pertaining to the cleanest and most secure election ever, just so we can double check.

NO! We will not allow you to continue with your Big Lie!

Uh, we just want to recount the ballots by hand, inspect the paper, check the machine logs and stuff. The American people deserve to know that their elections truly are fair.

YOU RACIST TERRORISIMS! Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Xuvial -4 points ago +2 / -6

The American people deserve to know that their elections truly are fair.

Which American people? True Americans already 100% know that this election was stolen, the evidence is already irrefutable. We also know that no amount of evidence will convince the libtards about this fact. They're already going to reject the audit results and claim it's just part of the big lie, have you not seen what the MSM has been spouting about the Arizona audit over the last month?

I'm all for auditing, but I genuinely don't know what this audit will actually accomplish in terms of changing hearts & minds.

ShyRipley 5 points ago +7 / -2

These audits aren't for US, they are for everyone else. Of course the libtard/lefties won't care, but there will be normies doing the Lassie head tilt as results roll in. It's our job to get the word out, even if we have to print little flyers and leave them on busses, in bathrooms, slipped in between products on the grocery shelves, all old skool like.

We are on the same side, Fren. The only difference between us is that I have faith in The Truth and I refuse to let go of hope.

doug2 7 points ago +9 / -2

Are you suprised? If the fraud is ever fully exposed these people aren't just out of office, they'll be in jail.

War_Hamster 2 points ago +5 / -3

To be honest, I fully expect a lot of them to see the writing on the wall and start turning on their masters to cut a plea deal. I'd be surprised if that hasn't happened already.

The ones who are digging in and trying to continue the bluff are probably in too deep.

SurfingUSA 4 points ago +4 / -0

There may be something big, ominous and creepy to explain the wall of intransigence. Chatter about solar micro-events that the elites are preparing to bunker through while the rest of us fry. God forbid any of this is true, but I think there is a missing puzzle piece to this election fiasco and its aftermath.

War_Hamster 4 points ago +4 / -0

SurfingUSA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Has anyone ever seen the Ancient Aliens meme guy and Jovan Pulitzer in a room at the same time?

Xuvial -3 points ago +3 / -6

It's already fully exposed. Has been since Nov 2020. Anyone who doesn't already know about the fraud isn't going to change their mind now.

Trump himself said he'll be reinstated by August, so we don't need a time machine for that. As always, time will tell. I guess we just need to have faith and trust the plan, like before.

For normies, a bunch of Dr. Shiva videos & Rudy hearings are not going to cut it.

Need a well-written bullet-point report noting 300K fake ballots in Arizona, with lots of Keystone Kops anecdotes about all the voters registered to vacant lots and cemeteries.

Xuvial 0 points ago +1 / -1

Need a well-written bullet-point report noting 300K fake ballots in Arizona

And that will finally convince the normies?

SurfingUSA 1 point ago +1 / -0

I mean quite possibly. Or it should. Remember we aren't born red-pilled -- something has to trigger our awareness. Further, there is a saying in marketing that someone needs to hear about a product seven times before they "buy in" (to order a book, switch laundry detergent, etc.) The AZ audit could be the seventh piece of the puzzle that red-pills some folks.

War_Hamster 14 points ago +17 / -3

Seth Keshel is getting ready to drop his data on California. I won't be around to post it for a few hours, but here's the preview:

<<<Getting ready to drop payload on CALIFORNIA, for everyone who has been waiting.

Shasta, Kern, and Placer folks, man your battle stations.

Trump appears to have really blown it away with independents and old Dems, likely Hispanic working class, who didn't change party affiliation. In some places with D+ advantage, and even in a few spots with a D+ trend, strong enough to override those.

Now, where did all those extra votes come from?>>>

SurfingUSA 5 points ago +5 / -0

Huh. Suggests Trump's capture of the Hispanic working class in the Rio Grande Valley, visible in Texas bec. elections are cleaner, may have also transpired in California?

War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

You've got good instincts.

Here's Seth's follow up text (in case someone hasn't posted it yet):

Biden – 11.1m (63.5%) Trump – 6.0m (34.3%)

First takeaway on CA – although CA trended D in reg by 2%, Trump pushed it slightly right even in certified totals. This is only done with winning low-propensity voters, registered Ds, indies, especially working class Hispanics in So. CA.

Trump gained 1.52mm votes, 580k more than record GOP gain, but Ds have DOUBLED vote total since 2000, with Biden nearly 3mm over Obama ’08.

These are worst for excess Biden votes as predicted by Party ID, Pop. Growth, and Reg. Alameda – 50k Contra Costa – 50k Fresno – 30k Kern – 20k L.A. – 500k Orange – 100k Riverside – 80k San Bernardino – 40k San Diego – 80k Santa Clara – 60k Ventura – 25k

Proportionally, L.A., Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego absolutely dwarf other counties for new reg voters. Are these phantom factories? Est. 1.346mm excess Biden votes, would put state at 23.3% margin if only excess votes considered. I believe CA to be much tighter.

Best audit targets: Kern, Shasta, Placer.>>>

SurfingUSA 2 points ago +2 / -0

Kern, Shasta, Placer -- red, lightly populated rural counties ??? (educated guess)

PhiladelphiaEagles 5 points ago +7 / -2

If Mastriano does not get Delaware County PA audited it will be a huge missed opportunity. So much fuckery and shenanigans including moving the entire operation to a drug riddled field on the outskirts of town that no one can see at night for... what I'm sure is no reason at all.

War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Did he not leave open the possibility of other counties?

I don't know PA very well, but the analysis from Seth Keshel leads me to believe that the f*ckery there might be the worst in the nation.

BloodElfSupporter 3 points ago +3 / -0

Remember, Trump was leading by 700,000+ votes in PA on election night. Having personally canvassed in that state, PA is rotten to the core (both Republicans and Dems).

ShyRipley 6 points ago +7 / -1

When I was reading the Forbes piece I was thinking wow this seems so familiar I swear I remember this... oh right, it's from December.

So that totally explains why the breach into Maricopa County voter rolls story was buried originally and just now uncovered again. Thanks Efffa Bee Eye!

PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Gail Golec is back (at least for now) on her YT channel. Today's stream: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-EPh7t6tINU

Gail confirms the Maricopa auditors have received 118 terabytes of packet captures, with dates and time stamps. She doesn't say where it came from. (Could this lessens the need for the Splunk logs from the county? I don't know.)

She also mentions she's aware that some of the ballots were not like the others, and some did not come from Runbeck. (Hmmm.)

She also goes over changes that the Senate passed before they ended their current session. Due in large part to Sen Kelly Townsend, they’ve established a Special Committee on the Election Audit (consisting of the members of the Senate Government Committee.) The committee will review the audit findings, and recommend appropriate legislative action based on what they find. This can include calling for a special session of the legislature (House and Senate) to implement the committee’s recommendations.

Gail goes over new election integrity measures. Arizona ballots will now have watermarks, holographic foil, special inks, and other anti-fraud security features.

War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not going to be able to get to that video tonight or anytime early tomorrow, so thanks for the summary. I need to start doing that when I post videos, but to be honest, I sometimes post links before I've finished watching them.

Nice to hear a 2nd source on the new ballots. I can't imagine an argument against them......but I'm sure they'll come.

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'd miss lots of stuff if people didn't put up links here, summary or not. Some of Gail's vids can be kind of long without a lot of news, so if she drops something interesting, I'm glad to save others a bit of time.

If they have proof of fake ballots (not from Runbeck) I'm guessing they'll go back to denigrating CyberNinjas, Pulitzer, and others as being lying incompetents; it wasn't enough to change the election results; or imply they were planted by MAGA supporters.

maga_mama_757 3 points ago +4 / -1

SurfingUSA 3 points ago +3 / -0

Not a CO Pede but remember on June 19, this horrible person tweeted "Fraudits have no place in Colorado." (link, scroll down)

PorchLightOn 4 points ago +4 / -0

Looks like CO SoS Jena Griswold has set an election rulemaking session for August 3, conducted by webinar. Here's the document of the proposed changes to election rules: https://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/rule_making/files/2021/20210803ElectionsNoticeRulemakingSBDR.pdf

It's 60 pages, and I'm still looking for a news article to summarize it for us; maybe a CO pede can boil it down.

I think the public is already filing comments about this, and some are filing petitions contesting the legality of an emergency rule that Griswold put into place on June 17. That rule (below) seems to make it possible for any CO County Clerk to deny third party access to any part of that county's voting system. It looks like this is Griswold's way of blocking any audits.

Here's the emergency order: https://www.sos.state.co.us/CCR/Upload/AGORequestEmergency/BasisAndPurposeAttachment2021-00378.pdf

SurfingUSA 4 points ago +4 / -0

WHAT? So Rock the Vote and every Demshevik action group can monkey with the voter rolls, but not forensic auditors. I, don't, think, so.

PorchLightOn 2 points ago +2 / -0

You had it right when you said she was horrible.

It's a temporary/emergency adoption of the rule, so maybe that means it can be overturned? I don't know, but this page has a list of statements and petitions by the public, fighting back and declaring these changes to election rules as unlawful or unconstitutional. Pushing 100 already, so it looks like CO residents are pushing back.

Yes, I'm b*tching, but I may have to back away from a few sites and groups (never this one).
