It’s never made sense. Trump was ahead by a lot. Simultaneously all the states and counties decided to stop counting for the night. We all go to bed, only to wake up in the morning and see counting had resumed during the night when we had been told counting was stopped. The media went from melancholy at having lost to again to smugly telling us to shut up snd accept the results. Then, when we demanded audits and recounts, we were mocked and rejected, and what few recounts we got were samples only. Then, we protest on January 6, snd get called insurrectionists despite no one having weapons or threatening politicians.

All of this is going on, and liberals expect us to believe there was no funny business?

I feel like we’re in the lead up to a French Revolution type situation.

We do not want to have a French Revolution here.

68
basedvirginian 68 points ago +72 / -4

Yeah, but the power vacuum it’ll create will allow for AOC types to gain control. The French Revolution essentially devolved into anarcho-tyranny with hoards of bloodthirsty mobs demanding justice.

I want the right people to pay, but indiscriminate bloodlust is where I draw the line

In practice we have a system run by liars and thieves who protect each other. Even in Arizona, where the Maricopa Board of Supervisors continues to flout legally-issued and judicially confirmed subpoenas with no consequence.

The French Revolution is a good example, but let's not forget the Spanish Civil War of 1931 when the socialists tried to take over Spain. The Spanish didn't bother with a guillotine !

1
Destineed369 1 point ago +2 / -1

I think this is the best comparison. The nationalists vs the German backed socialists? Or do I have my history mixed up?

2
ControlledCuck 2 points ago +2 / -0

Germans backed the nationalists, soviets the communists and "republican" socialists.

1
Grunt422 1 point ago +1 / -0

Except the Communist were called the "Republicans" backed by Russia. Italy, and Germany supported the Nationalists. It was where Germany tested their new air power. In WWII Spain remained out of the war (she was expected to join Germany, but was too devastated from their own war.

Washington revolted because they taxed his tea.

11
doug2 11 points ago +13 / -2

Not what happened. They revolted because they weren't given representation YET were being taxed. This is against the magna carta.

It wasn't "no taxation!"

It was "no taxation without representation!"

It's fucking embarrassing how few people understand this.

7

1
doug2 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd say this, the oost I replied to was done in jest and not meant to be taken as a history commentary. It gets a pass and I really wasn't saying it was embarrassing. It more reminded me of all the posts I see stating that the founders rebelled overed a small tax. They are unironic. They are not jokes. Many people believe this. The taxes weren't that high and they were meant to pay for legitimate services (british army, etc.) It was an issue of REPRESENTATION. I think we should correct this silly notion because it ultimately leads to the conclusion that taxes are inherently bad. They're absolutely not and are vital to human civilization. You can not have a government without taxation. Now they need to be carefully implemented, not all taxation is good or done right.

Anyway, should have made that more clear. The post reminded me of something I see elsewhere, but I didn't make that clear at all. It seems like I was specifically calling xeno out. I do that a lot, and it's fair to call me out for it.

When that happened I was confused. What the fuck else did they have going on that was more important?! That's how you know the fix was in.

Also, did anyone read that article? The person just writes that there were only 192 cases of fraud found. Were we watching the same fucking audit hearing?

15

Texas and Florida finished counting ballots on election day with many times more ballots than any of the swing states, and voters believe that the swing states took several weeks to count until they found the right result?

It's pretty hard to get news from other places when a casual political consumer. I tried sending a link through Facebook Messenger (I know but normies use it) and it wouldn't go through. It was a summary of the audit hearing from here and FB would not allow it through. Hell, try Googling it and you will only find shit debunking it for the first page or more.

Love it though when someone gets curious and digs deeper -- it's like they finally opened their eyes.

Pinochet_Was_Right 16 points ago +16 / -0

People tend to be stupid but even they know when shit doesn't sound right.

I remember some girl telling me she didn't get how Trump was so bad. He's racist, sexist, and yada yada. She heard vague answers but had no clue how it made him Hitler. I told her a few facts on Trump (awards from the black community, dipping his wick in the chocolate, comments taken out context, etc.) and she went and did her own research.

I converted her literally because I prompted her to research their answers.

How fucked are they when they lose credibility when people look into their claims?

Skimming the article, it looks like the ap is using "open investigations" as the qualifier for their article. Therefore, the evidence from the audit does not exist because there is no open investigation.

When AP says there's no indication of voter fraud, it is the clearest indication of actual voter fraud. If AP is given a Pulitzer for its reporting on this, the likelihood of voter fraud grows exponentially.

8
OriginalDankStar 8 points ago +8 / -0

4
Kekintosh2020 4 points ago +4 / -0

2
Nagatoro 2 points ago +2 / -0

I mean, we all know what happened on election night. Trump's 100K+ leads were magically erased in ALL battlegrounds. Every indicator was broken and every trend was broken.

The DNC and their cronies in big tech and media are blatantly suppressing the truth.

46
DontApologize 46 points ago +46 / -0

This the normal trick of the left. The pick out some outlandish element of a conspiracy - magnify it - and then debunk it.

Examples: The mRNA vaccines permanently change your DNA and make everyone who takes it 100% sterile..

Here is it is massive voter fraud turned the election. No we had massive ELECTION fraud and some voter fraud. Voter fraud is just double/triple voting by ideologues.

Election fraud is when the government of the countries that run the election and cheat. This is how Venezuela does it, how Saddam does it - how Putin does it etc etc. It's how it is done.

Election fraud is very common worldwide - because no one dares watch the watchers. The people are scared to step up and fight tyranny because they get hung out alone. This is how all dictators keep power - no one can stop them because individually they are all to scared to rise up and their is no way to coordinate it..

15
OriginalDankStar 15 points ago +15 / -0

Yep focus on the most outlandish claim they can find, use it to smear everyone else, throw in a couple superficial statements by “experts” , namedrop institutions or fact-checkers but never address any of the main issues, and do so with a condescending air of authority.

5
pepperonishoes 5 points ago +5 / -0

“According to high-placed sources”. An overused term with the media.

10
SaltySteffie 10 points ago +10 / -0

More people need to be talking about the weighted vote feature. In the counties that Biden “won,” the stop-the-count-in-the-middle-of-the-night counties, there was a weighted race feature turned on. When Trump got to a certain percentage of being ahead, suddenly, at the same rate in all those counties, Biden started winning at the exact same rate. Dr. Shiva had several really good videos about this during the weeks after the election.

Technical folk are notoriously bad at naming things. It's all brutally descriptive like ”shadow mask aperture grille”, algorithmically generated like ”BNT162b2”, or in-jokes like ”Nagios”. No quarter given for any emotions the name will invoke, excepting the smallest of possible laughs awarded for those who get the joke.

When even the company name is awful, you know they have no room for marketing wank.

1

An Associated Press investigation found 182 cases where problems were clear enough that officials referred them to investigators for further review.

That’s literally what the Maricopa Co BoS decided to agree on outside of the actual audit. The same people that obstructed the senate and refuse to acknowledge the audit at all.

Fuck the AP for this irresponsible “journalism” gaslighting pieces of shit. They know.

Conveniently left out 74,000 mail in votes that weren’t sent out.

7
Hollyweirdness 7 points ago +7 / -0

I was looking for that too but they indirectly mentioned it.

Here it is:

"An unusually high number of people appeared to have intentionally voted twice, often by voting early in person and then again by mail. In Arizona, where nearly 80% of voters cast ballots by mail, it’s not unusual for someone to forget they returned their mail-in ballot and then later ask for a replacement or try to vote in person, she said. But this pattern was new."

Spin. I like the 'but this pattern was new'.

4

I suspect they view 74,000 illegal votes as "one" case. It's all about the language

So no voter fraud except for an unusually high number of people voting twice.

And was looking forward to reading comments at the site but instead found this:

"Our goal is to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions. In order to improve our community experience, we are temporarily suspending article commenting."

Scum. Media is nothing but scum.

That will make them believe everything that comes out of “news” and “authoritative sources?”

4
PraiseBeToScience 4 points ago +4 / -0

They literally just asked the counties if they found fraud.

Their article is 9,000 words to obfuscate that.

You know, the counties that did not actually look for any fraud, haven't conducted any audits, and therefore only ever found a couple easily flagged cases. If someone stuffed a ballot box they'd never know because they never looked.

They're intentionally trying to make it sound like they're talking about the audit. They aren't.

5
CrackerJack2 5 points ago +5 / -0

I can't support a Government that allowed a FRADULENT Election to stand and I won't! ............................. Live FREE or DIE!

NO Way that Senile Old Fuck (Biden) got 80 Million Votes without Massive Election System Fraud and Ballot Fraud... It 100% Occurred! Nobody is going tell Us Otherwise or push these FACTS Under the Rug to Burry it.

"Arizona county election officials have identified fewer than 200 cases of potential voter fraud out of more than 3 million ballots cast"

Anybody have any idea where they got these numbers?

I'm thinking the DNC.

I'm sorry, English is my second language... does the word discredit has a different meaning than I'm aware of?

"Journalists" who peddle crap like this, and those who directed them to do it, they all need to be put on trial as well.

I heard a CBS Newsradio 880 report here in NY. The Arizona Audit revealed only 200 instances of fraud which are not near enough to change the outcome of the election. They ended the “report” by editorializing without stating or identifying as “opinion” that “despite the Audit, Donald Trump continues to spread his baseless election fraud allegations”.

This is what we are up against folks. The Dems run the media.

"200 cases of fraud". OK if you go that way please list the number of illegal ballots in each case of fraud ! Isn't it the individual vote that counts, and not the number of cheating incidents.

Here is what the AP is doing. Call the election fraud that the audit is uncovering "voter fraud". Dismiss anything that hasn't been officially investigated by the same corrupt people that decided the results, so the audit findings don't qualify. Next, gloss over how rare something is because they rarely prosecute for it because it is so hard to prove intent, and most people just plea out. Next, call it bipartisan because only 4 cases ever went anywhere, which were two democrats and two republicans. Then finally say it is perfectly in line with past findings, which didn't include a forensic audit that looks for ELECTION FRAUD.

This is so dishonest.

What they don't tell you is how many votes per case. One case is 74000 unknown votes.

The debunking is it st an article saying it was baseless... But they are making that claim based on nothing?

“The fact of the matter is that election officials across the state are highly invested in helping to ensure the integrity of our elections and the public’s confidence in them,” said Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat. “And part of that entails taking potential voter fraud seriously.”

I like that their evidence is their own study.
