Yep. During that SC judge election in WI one of the red counties failed to report early enough and thus the cheaters didn't get the true number they needed and didn't manufacture enough votes and then the red county reported finally and the R won.

Was SO SWEET seeing them freak out over their game being exposed.

They crucified the town clerk, though, and said she did it on purpose, thus admitting they didn't steal enough votes. It doesn't matter whether it was on purpose or not, it was just that she fooled them.

All precincts should report simultaneously and in secret. Then they have one hour to tally it up and THAT'S IT.

Under what set of possible circumstances would it be “unfair” for the R to report last instead of the D? I can only think of one.
