Shouldn't all unvaccinated, non-mask wearers be dead by now?

I imagine all this social distancing, staying home, and mask wearing will severally weaken people's immune systems.

Yes it does.. our immune system is created to fight pathogens constantly..

I honestly don't give a fuck if people want to go get vaccinated. Freedom to do what you want, and all that.

HOWEVER; This total lack of critical thought by those that want to blame anyone not getting this completely experimental gene therapy is pissing me off bad enough that I start to despise them.

The self-righteousness and sanctimonious attitudes of people that get the vaccine doesn't help my animosity.

If the globalist agenda is division over vaccinated status, mission success.

The vaxx is like being vegan, people tell me all about their status, even though I didn't ask.

'bama pede, here. she's just worthless; has done nothing for this state except use covid $ on paving roads. her unemployment office (there's only one in the entire state) did an abysmal job throughout the "epidemic". she's failed to do basic math: fewer than 12,000 people have died from covid in a state of 4.5 million....it's 0.003%. there have been no deaths under 30 in over 3 months. the alabama "dr." was demonstrably lying. i suspect ivey has some sort of chinese/deepstate connection, because there sure as hell isn't any science behind this comment.

The bitch is trying to "other" the unvaccinated.

That's weird, I could have sworn there was an episode of Black Mirror about a guy being "othered" for daring to question the system that I was going to reference. It seems to be gone now though. I couldn't find it when trying to get the episode number.

2
Thrasymachus 2 points ago +2 / -0

Isn't that most episodes of Black Mirror? There's almost certainly never been a show less fucking self aware than Black Mirror, given the actual current state of the UK.

I'm still waiting for the episode where cops come to someone's door for a Facebook post, put them in jail, and then laugh while they are murdered in prison by Islamic gang members the crimes of whom were so egregious they simply couldn't be ignored by a police state dedicated wholly and entirely to ignoring the crimes of Islamic gangs.

Until then, that show and every faggot involved with it can fuck themselves.

One of the things that could be driving this inordinate fear and paranoia about WuFlu, is that we have a unnaturally old population and very few young people. For most of human history, about half the population at any one time was under the age of 25 and there were very few people older than 75. We are the first era in human history that has people who are 75 and older in key positions in power and young people make up a smaller part of our population. Old people fear dying and desire safety and security over everything else whereas young people are more likely to take risks. It's old people paranoia because they're so afraid to die. They know it's near and there's so many that are in denial about the way they lived their lives and so afraid of the afterlife.

7
HiddenDekuScrub 7 points ago +7 / -0

Maybe. Trump, of all people, struck me as a true believer initially, but he got over it when he got over the actual virus. His attitude toward its apparent deadliness simply vanished. And I know that boomers on both sides of my extended family took it without question, regardless of political beliefs.

But on the other hand, I feel like this is more about Karens with too much power. People of all ages, especially women, who get a sense of superiority when they lord it over others with their supposedly gnostic wisdom. Like like being in command and in control.

2
Smurfection 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm not sure what's driving it but Karens are definitely part of the mix. It's like the one thing that empowered all the low level "take me serious" types, was if they could intervene for "health reasons". Ya know we don't socially accept people intervening in other's affairs for legal reasons, spiritual reasons, moral reasons, even aesthetic reasons anymore. We have a society of people who are mostly living their own solitary lives next to thousands of others doing the same thing. We just don't ever concern ourselves with anyone else and suddenly, the Karens got a legitimate reason to concern themselves with other peoples' behavior because "medical reasons." It's like all the neighborhood window watchers suddenly got a excuse to start digging into everyone else's life, at the grocery store, at the general store, at the restaurant, at the park, at the school, at the gym and these Karen types are taking full advantage of it to act as society's hall monitors.

I know Fauci, the CDC, the gain-of-function docs at Chapel HIll, the Fake News, the Democrat governors, the Democrats in general, pharmaceutical companies, even doctors...their motives are always the same as they've always been, money, power, destroy opposition, cover up their screw ups, get promoted, keep their jobs. It's the Karens that don't seem to have a good motive. Like for instance, take teachers...I've had two teachers remark to me that they can't go back to teaching in classrooms because there's not enough equipment to keep them safe, yet both are young and have gone to the Caribbean to have a working vacation while "teaching". But at the same time, they're breaking the social contract. It doesn't make sense to create a situation in which the wealthy and more concerned parents are now much more likely to see the problems with public education and take their kids out of public schools....it's like the teachers don't realize, their paycheck does ultimately come from parents making the decision to send their kids to public schools. There are other options.

3
HiddenDekuScrub 3 points ago +3 / -0

It's like I always say: "Women are catty. Can confirm, am one."

In general, women enjoy being viewed as morally superior to others. Men like to compare dicks, women like to compare perceived morality. Both are immature and stupid. Both tend to be non-issue for the devoutly religious. (At least those who are religious because they want to better understand the universe and not because they want to feel superior to the "out" group.)

The COVID-1984 nonsense has been a breeding ground for Karens who, only 50 years ago, would only go to church so they would perceive themselves as being superior to those they considered insufficiently devout.

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

Awakened 6 points ago +6 / -0

This times a thousand. A person who has lived their life may not want death, but we don’t have this irrational fear of the end. Comes for all of us. God’s current design. What’s important to me now are to see we allow the younger generations to live their life. It’s their turn.

Unfortunately, the last bunch of generations see it very differently. They lived a phoney bologna life and they know it. Terrified of the coming reality, they grab the life jackets from the children before the Titanic that is their lives sinks.

1
boomerbutnotOKBoomer 1 point ago +1 / -0

They know it's near and there's so many that are in denial about the way they lived their lives and so afraid of the afterlife.

You make some good points, and I see where you're going with this. Not all old people fear dying, though a good measure of them do. I'm not seeing as many elders walking around with masks as I am those between the ages of 14-20. Am in AZ, where mask mandates were lifted awhile ago. You'll see a family of 4. Neither parent is wearing a mask, but the two teens are. Not sure if they are afraid of dying or afraid of being mocked on social media. But still... Went to church today. About 400 people there. 5 masks. Ages ranged from teens to 1 elderly woman.

We are seeing fewer young people because of all the abortion advocates in the Liberal Boomer population. They've turned it into a religious cult. And, we killed off a lot of good men and women in Vietnam and the wars that came after.

While you have an interesting hypothesis, the last century has seen a lot of aging leaders. This is wild - https://answersafrica.com/list-of-worlds-oldest-presidents-for-2015-no-1-is-from-africa.html

IMO - There's more to it, though. More than fear of dying. There's the push to Leave a Legacy once someone gets past about 55-60. Suddenly they start thinking about how they will be remembered, and they start implementing ideas and plans they thought about for decades. This is beyond wealth. Beyond dying. The real fear is, "*What if my life meant nothing? What if people forget who I was? What if 100 years from now all my work is wiped out?" *

If you think about Gates, Soros, Fauci, and even people like Pelosi through this lens, a lot of stuff makes more sense. It's not good. Not even close to being right or good for the rest of us, but this drives them.

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not really knocking older people as much as I'm knocking old people in power. It seems to me it's the twenty and thirty somethings that are more paranoid of the WuFlu but they're also sillier about it. Most elderly people in my family, don't really care if they catch it or not because they'd rather see family and friends. btw, I don't necessarily mean people in their 50's and 60's. People that age have always had powerful positions. However, Pelosi, Biden, Schumer, Hoyer, so many of them are almost 80 years old. How often in history have so many leaders in so many powerful positions been so old and out-of-touch?

Your point about leaving a legacy seems right. It's weird because when "how you are remembered" starts to become important to a person when they're really too old and too entrenched to it the right way.

1
boomerbutnotOKBoomer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Funny, after I wrote that, I saw this goofy video out of New Zealand, https://www.wimp.com/new-zealands-coffin-building-clubs-helps-seniors-approach-death-positively/

It's one of the best things I've seen in years. I love how building coffins brought together a lot of elderly people who didn't have anyone to hang with. They have the right idea about dying and leaving a little memento behind.

I remember the day I got over the notion that "leaving a legacy" was important. I had my 3rd near death experience. It was like I had to keep having them until I woke up. Sort of like a lot of ex-Dems who are figuring it out... kek.

That day I was set free. Nobody needs to approve of me. Nobody needs to think I'm amazing. If I can be a Digital Warrior and anonymously wake a handful of people up, who will then wake up a few more, and down the line, I'm happy. I just don't want to come back in the next life and find that we are all living in a FEMA camp with no liberty and no freedom. I want all the kids in my life to have a fighting chance.

We all contribute to that with these conversations as we sort things out and find out the truth, correct some of our notions, and then move forward together to make this country and the world a better place.

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's beautiful. About two years ago, I moved out of Minneapolis. I lived my entire life except a few years, in Minneapolis. Everyone I know and love lives there but I left, just about nine months before the riots. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. I moved to a small town. After being an atheist/agnostic for twenty years, I became a Catholic again.

I learned some humility. That I am simple. I am small. I will never have worth, stature, authority, power or praise in the world. I might end up as the lowliest soul in heaven, if I make it there. However, I will be at peace. That was a tough lesson for me to learn because I came from a life of trying to be something, really anything, just to say "I'm successful".

I might try making coffins instead. I don't need a legacy. I need to be at peace with my God and my neighbors of good will.

2
boomerbutnotOKBoomer 2 points ago +2 / -0

Thank you. I think this is what we all call 'waking up.' I saw a poster once, can't remember who said it, but it was, "When we die, God will not ask us why we weren't Moses, God will ask us why we weren't ourselves."

The vaccine should end the argument. You get it, you can't get or contract COVID. They want to keep lockdowns going, even for the vaccinated. So they don't really believe in the efficacy of vaccines, and they don't care about public health. It's about control. We handed them unprecedented control during the COVID Panic, and they don't want to give it up ever.
