She denied someone else the chance to compete in the Olympics. Fuck that cunt.

Unsilent 284 points ago +288 / -4

Since it was a team competition, her weak opening dragged the rest of the team down making it all but impossible to win gold. At least she pulled out so they didn’t loose the silver medal too.

If she still participates in the individual events, it's going to tarnish what was a great reputation.

Simone had a pretty rough family life and has mostly handled herself very well publicly. I've always rooted for her, so hope nothing negative surfaces.

She choked because of her leg injury and getting a bad score. If she had performed in the last event they could have gotten gold.

She has never lost before or had a serious injury before. She lacks mental toughness. That is it.

Great God given ability, but she tucked tail and quit and the first sight of real adversity.

I remember Kerri Strug who hurt her leg but did one more vault and her team won the US gold. Now she was a class act.

What’s up with women athletes and weak mental toughness? Read an article praising her and Naomi Osaka for their mental weakness.

Brett Favre’s dad passes away and goes out the next day and throws 500 yards and 4 TD’s. This girl isn’t injured or facing any tragedy or adversity and just bails on her team.

Anybody know if she got the vax?

I would expect a lot of mystery injuries of the vaxxed for all the vaxxed athletes.

Itaintall 5 points ago +5 / -0

I don’t know man; to compete at all at that level, one has to be pretty tough.

zaku 0 points ago +1 / -1

She got molested and her biological mother was a drug addict. She has faced a horrible amount of adversity in her childhood.

She's young, female, black, and famous. The odds of her being a Trump supporter at this point are pretty slim.

29
vespasiano 29 points ago +37 / -8

To be fair, does anyone like republicans?

-9
Whoopies_tds -9 points ago +11 / -20

Any proof of what you believe you saw? She is a hell of a gymnast and it's too bad the FBI did nothing while Nassar was molesting her

4
Worldtraveler0405 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep. Biles is one of those athletes you do continue to admire after what's happened the past few years under Trump. She didn't kneel or disrespected the flag or anthem. Also, being grateful for being able to be brought up in a loving foster family.

2
Demig80 2 points ago +3 / -1

Personally I think it's dumb to hate a person if they don't like Trump. There's a big difference between disagreeing with my political views and going full Liberal Woke mob. I'm not a fan of what Liberals are doing, but we gain nothing by being just as intolerant.

If you kneel to the flag and act like an asshole.. Then all bets are off, but I honestly feel bad for Biles. There are plenty of "woke" athletes that deserve to lose more than her IMHO.

1
zaku 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's why I like her and she is a great gymnast too. Disliking somebody because they don't like Trump is silly.

2
BlackPillBot 2 points ago +2 / -0

I’m pretty sure her brother is a murderer too.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hadn't heard that.

I'm willing to bet I'll end up hating her once the media gets done parading her out on woke talk shows, and they'd use a factoid like that as a badge of her courage.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

And now she's pulled out of her individual events as well, and the media is already spinning her as courageous.

From my inbox this morning:

Biles has nothing to prove to anyone. She's already the all-time greatest. Could there be a better advocate for mental health than arguably the most respected active Olympian in the world? Mental health is physical health and should be treated as such. Mental health can obviously impact physical well-being, too, and it's this that we should keep at the front of our minds ..."

You know where this is leading....

Hope she doesn't leach of her sister.

13
Redpillgirlfrommars 13 points ago +13 / -0

What happened with her? Tons of people are talking about how they changed the scoring rules because of her “being too good” or some shit? Sounds like fake news but I dont pay attention to the olympics whatsoever lol 🤷🏻‍♀️

Prometheus76 33 points ago +34 / -1

She landed and bounced out of bounds, so she got a deduction for it. She can do a couple of tricks that no one else can do in floor exercise, but she can't consistently stick the landing. She thinks she should get extra credit for the difficulty (she does) and that they should ignore her mistakes because what she can do is so amazing.

She then didn't stick her landing on uneven bars and quit the team competition for "mental health reasons".

16
Trump2024 16 points ago +19 / -3

Sounds like a spoiled brat

13
MadRussian 13 points ago +14 / -1

So basically the usual "WAAAAAH I'M A PROTECTED CLASS CHANGE THE RULES"

22
BigPanda71 22 points ago +22 / -0

My understanding is her vaults aren’t given a higher possible score because literally no one else can do them and to score them correctly would give her an “advantage” and possibly lead to other people attempting them and getting injured. Which is bullshit, if we’re being fair.

But she also fucked up her only vault today, so it didn’t even matter in the end

13
Dallasguy 13 points ago +14 / -1

Degree of difficulty is kinda moot when you can't stick a landing.

8
Southern_Belle 8 points ago +8 / -0

Didn't they do the same thing with a Soviet (yes, Soviet) gymnast? She was doing contortionist moves that were amazing but way too fringe.

I don't recall if they did the same thing as with Biles.

6
TarHeelMAGA 6 points ago +7 / -1

No, that is made up propaganda that everyone is spreading on Facebook and other places. Stop listening to and believing the fake news.

4
chinese_shill 4 points ago +5 / -1

Sounds like she is on the wrong side of affirmative action...

0
Okguy2 0 points ago +1 / -1

Doesn't change the fact that she can't finish said moves by sticking the landing

Every gymnastics element has a difficulty start value attached to it. Many of the elements that Simone does are considered dangerous and so the difficulty values have been lowered to disincentivize other gymnasts from doing them.

How does the sport progress if they stifle the creativity?

Too bad her daddy didn't pull out.

DonJr2032 57 points ago +62 / -5

She saw the other girl, the tennis player, she saw how she went from a nobody to a super star by quitting for "mental health" reasons, so she's playing the same proven tactic, no doubt it will be to great success too. She'll be on the cover of many magazines, tv interviews, shows, all kinds of news things, just like the tennis player did...

Great PR move, Shitty person move.

I know what you mean but it takes an unreasonable amount of work just to get into the Olympics.

-1
DeJustice -1 points ago +6 / -7

The hell it does, they don’t work any harder than most athletes. They are just far more gifted. Such a common misnomer. Professional athletes, very often don’t even work as hard as their high school and college teammates. Thank you for showing your ignorance.

Flipakademsarepedos 2 points ago +2 / -0

Well fucking said!!!!

I wouldn't discount the fact that she works hard, very hard

Her teammate Jordan Chiles should be the one freaking out, her mother started her prison sentence TODAY.

Next step is transitioning.

No this is a coordinated effort to racialize the olympics.

Read this article. Seems to be a coordinated effort to paint minorities as oppressed and under more stress than white olympians.

Again... Literally nothing these people do is authentic. Everything is a show. And as soon as you saw the dbag celebrities singing "Imagine" in the opening ceremony we should have started looking for whatever globalist agenda theyd be shoving down our throats.
