Which is kinda ironic if you think about it. Tons of democrats are pro-abortion, yet everytime one of those happens they lose another island invitee.

20
JoeNotErotic 20 points ago +20 / -0

Well abortion really helps get rid of black babies, and as we know Democrats are just slightly more racist than they are pedophiles, so it’s a loss they’re willing to stomach.

What does all that mean?

Doesn’t surprise me, I mean all you hear about is how amazing black folks are with spices, and cooking spicy foods. Being black, and based, which is rare as fuck means, you’re automatically a Tier1 Spice Master.😎 Just walking pass such a being will have your eyes wondering like communist who’s told they have to pull their own weight.😁

Vernon Jones was a Democrat not 2 years ago.

He also voted against an abortion bill very recently.

I like what he's saying now, but do we really trust him this quickly?

Kandiss Taylor seems 100% MAGA.

107
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 107 points ago +111 / -4

We don't 'trust' anyone. If he does his job, he can stay. If he sells us to China like Kemp, we swap him out. We play by the new political rules now.

28
War_Hamster 28 points ago +29 / -1

Well, he doesn't have a job right now, he's running for a job.

And I'd rather have Taylor get that job right now because we KNOW she won't sell us out to China. She's been an audit champion.

16
libertyforall69 16 points ago +16 / -0

Glad to have Vernon Jones as a republican, but can you imagine not switching your party affiliation while obama was in office? I don’t live in Georgia, but I have to agree with war hamster.

8
Pederella 8 points ago +8 / -0

Valid, but at that time what was there really to switch to?

5
Donger-Lord2 5 points ago +5 / -0

2
Knowbody 2 points ago +3 / -1

Another Bush, or McCain...

3
Cozette 3 points ago +3 / -0

If that were true then he would have stayed in the Democrat Party since Bush and McCain were Establishment Democrats who had to run as Republicans to get elected.

4
Cozette 4 points ago +4 / -0

Great question. I absolutely CAN see not switching during the Obama era especially because the Republican Party was run by Bush, McCain, Romney and McConnell cucks. Love Vernon Jones. Loathe Tim Scott.

12
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 12 points ago +18 / -6

We don't KNOW that, Hamster, any more than we KNOW if Vernon will. We had Kemp promising to drive illegals out of the country in his own Super Duty (I know it's an exaggeration, but there's an underlying point here). Vernon and Kandiss have both done work for MAGA. Importantly, Vernon has name recognition in Georgia. Kandiss doesn't. It might come down to personal preference, but Vernon said without saying he wants to be like DeSantis. For now, I'll take it.

13
War_Hamster 13 points ago +14 / -1

I've heard enough Kandiss Taylor interviews to be convinced of her authenticity, and her actions are backing that up.

That said, we never KNOW who is going to remain true to their word.

I'm not hating on Vernon, just suggesting he hasn't earned that trust just yet.

8
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 8 points ago +8 / -0

Fair.

5
Cozette 5 points ago +5 / -0

Sincerity is one factor. So is electability. Sincerity is NOT enough.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

I'm somewhat confident that whomever wins the R primary will carry GA. They've done a lot of grass roots organizing and have a lot of momentum there, despite the roadblocks by RINOs.

But I agree about electability. It's an issue we need to collectively get past, so we don't get stuck with more Mitt Romneys.

3
GibsonDawg 3 points ago +3 / -0

I've met Kandiss. She's the real deal. She doesn't seem rehearsed and doesn't try to lose the southern accent. She's got my vote.

2
TheTelltaleFly 2 points ago +2 / -0

People who worked with Vernon in the state legislature say he’s a weathervane. I don’t trust Vernon but I don’t trust Kandiss either. She is a doctor like Jill Biden. Worked in education her whole life and hands out pictures of herself sitting on a tractor. It’s cringe like Brian Kemp’s gun-cleaning commercials were. It’s going to be a tough choice, and I don’t know which way to go. My question is: why is Doug Collins hiding in his basement writing a book?

1
dianabrown1 1 point ago +1 / -0

My guess would be money - the bigger pay-off.

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +2 / -1

I've got more faith in what I've seen from Kandiss. She's on the right page when it comes to audits, masks, and election integrity.

Collins was the guy I was hoping would run for either Senator or Governor. He's proven to be pretty solidly MAGA, from what I've seen.

10
Controlgroup 10 points ago +11 / -1

I live in GA and I personally don’t think Kandiss can win. I’m planning to vote for Vernon because I do trust him and I also think he’s likable and can beat Kemp in the primary and can beat a Democrat. Whoever wins in GA is going to have to be a little bit center, and we have a lot of people that even though it’s unfortunate would vote for him because he’s black. I’d love to see Vernon for Governor and Kandiss for Lt Governor personally

16
War_Hamster 16 points ago +16 / -0

Funny,

I'm having the same conversations here in CA.

Larry Elder is easily the candidate with the best chance of winning, but we've got some other candidates that some think are more "ideologically pure". They don't think Elder is solid enough on one or two issues.

The difference, to me, is that Elder has 30+ years of being anti-establishment and Jones barely has 30 weeks.

7
Controlgroup 7 points ago +7 / -0

I get that …but we are probably looking at a crazy Democrat win if we don’t put up someone that can actually pull in votes. When all of Hollywood will probably be descending again to campaign for Stacy Abrams or whoever. They will probably “metoo” these guys though. I mean think of how many votes Trump got and how much cheating there was in Atlanta. It’s probably not even possible. But.. politics almost never ends up being the purest candidate. They usually can’t win. Exhibit A: Ron Paul

6
War_Hamster 6 points ago +6 / -0

Hopefully, Hollywood is going to be a bit busy defending their home turf, because we are coming after them hard.

And the mood I'm feeling from around the country is that it's time to stop compromising on our candidates. No more RINOs!

Agreed on Ron Paul, but times are changing.....we can elect decent people again.

7
Controlgroup 7 points ago +8 / -1

Well Vernon is not a Rino. He’s literally one of the only people in the state of GA that stops by trump thick and thin and went to every rally and every election fraud protest

3
Cozette 3 points ago +3 / -0

Imo Ron Paul is the Republican version of Bernie Sanders. Zero common sense or Realpolitik savvy. Great for waking people up to problems. Zero clues about how to actually fix them. Thank God for President Trump.

6
lixa 6 points ago +6 / -0

Elder also was asked in an interview if he is a Trump supporter and he outright said yes. Didn't make any qualifications either. Not dancing around that in CA is a good sign to me.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +3 / -0

Most of the complaints about him locally are about his inconsistent positions of Abortion.

Since Abortion will either be decided by SCOTUS next month, or never come up in CA, it's a bit nitpicky to me.

It's just really important for us to win this fall and give the rest of the country notice that CA is now in play. Not only will that keep more Hollywood and Silicon Valley out of the rest of the states, but it'll be a huge momentum boost.

2

I was born here in Georgia and have lived here all my life, and have always been fascinated by the change in speech vernacular variations over relatively short distances. Baxley is less than two hours away from here, but I'd recognize that accent anywhere, especially in females. The closer you get to the coast, the more softening of the hard R there is.

I know that had nothing to do with the topic at hand, sorry. I am proud of her and what she's doing, and proud that she's from some of my same stock.

1
Yawnz13 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think what will be interesting is how the Jones and Kandiss will run against each other.

-2
Leatherwood -2 points ago +3 / -5

Agree. I live in GA, and would be hard pressed to vote for Kandiss, at least based on what I have seen to date.

5
ProfessorOak 5 points ago +5 / -0

Tbh, I was warming up to Vernon after he kept pushing for an audit after Ralston's head fake. I was still gonna vote for Kandiss, but I was starting to feel like he was being genuine, and his previous career in politics made him a bit reluctant to break from the campaign talking points.

But abandoning Daugherty at the press conference when he didn't get the news he expected has ruined my trust in him.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

I'm listening to a Daugherty interview with Marcus Dee right now. Will see if he comments on that.

It was an odd event.

2
ProfessorOak 2 points ago +2 / -0

You'll find the last couple minutes very interesting lol

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Interesting is an understatement.

I'm starting to really like Daugherty.

2
War_Hamster 2 points ago +2 / -0

Did you watch both Parts 1 & 2? In Part 2, he blasts Vernon pretty hard.

Here it is for those who want to get caught up:

Part 1:

https://exposure.locals.com/post/893814/part-1-of-2-mike-daugherty-interview-vs-ga-sos-warnock-ossoff-etc

Part 2:

https://exposure.locals.com/post/893847/part-2-of-2-mike-daugherty-interview-vs-ga-sos-warnock-ossoff

3
ProfessorOak 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yeah, he doesn't pull any punches. And I can't really blame him. Mike has really put himself out there to help fix this country and then somebody else, who isn't really doing anything, invites you to a press conference just to snub you.

3
evilmonkey55778 3 points ago +3 / -0

4

How about getting better at identifying great, qualified MAGA candidates before we vote them into office? It’s like we’re pretending we have all the time and opportunity in the world.

0
BillDBlasiosBlackSon 0 points ago +2 / -2

We ARE getting better! Been living under a rock the past year or two?

4
ramennov 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm very politically aware. I'm just pointing out that we cannot afford to vote someone in and learn they were bad after, which you are advocating for. Vernon Jones needs more scrutiny than just "let's give him a shot".

1
lixa 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think this was how it was always supposed to be.

31
BasedEngineer 31 points ago +32 / -1

I've kinda felt that way, but a lot of MAGA are former dems(the working class ones in the middle of the country) that's what separated Trump from Romney and McCain. If Vernon Jones is a plant he's putting up a pretty good act.

13
Deplorable_and_Proud [S] 13 points ago +13 / -0

Thank you! We have to convince the other side to come on over. Only Democrats attack the other side and guilt them into voting for them.

8
anonymousdonor 8 points ago +8 / -0

Thank God we haven't had any plants who put up a good act. That would really derail thing.

5
War_Hamster 5 points ago +5 / -0

Yup, good act. If it were between Jones and a Dem, it's Jones all the way.

But this is Jones v Taylor and that's not really a close call when it comes to trust.

3
vespasiano 3 points ago +5 / -2

wrong. None of the MAGA people are truly conservatives. They are using the Trump image and rhetoric for their political gain. This is why when they hold office nothing is done or they propose legislation they know will fail. This is how politics work when both parties are the same.

2
Knowbody 2 points ago +2 / -0

So, what is a "True conservative?" George Bush?

3
vespasiano 3 points ago +3 / -0

George bush lmao. What is a true conservative? Idk someone who is actually conserving the traditional American nation? Christian, anti-homo, anti-trans, traditional marriage, demographic realism.

1
Cozette 1 point ago +1 / -0

Ok. To you neither President Trump or MAGA represents true conservatism but you choose to be part of his alliance for now. Reasonable. Lord of the Rings survival focused pragmatism. Bravo. Imo few true conservatives could be elected to a state wide or national office but may have a shot at winning a local or district race.

1
Cozette 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not interested in labels especially the muh tRuE cOnsErVaTiVe label. People who use that label tend to be uber sneks like Lyin' Ted, seeking to dupe normies who are dazzled by a brand. I

I prefer fighters that espouse MAGA or weak rinos who will fall in line motivated by self interest. The more Trump endorsed candidates win, the more compliant rinos will be because they'll fear Trump, MAGA voters and the insane commies more than they fear Mitch.

15
Deplorable_and_Proud [S] 15 points ago +16 / -1

Vernon was floating a Republican switch back when Georgia flipped from a blue state (not publicly I might add but I can say it with certainty).

The Chinese are taking over this nation and people are still worried about abortion. Most of us agree that abortion is murder but these single issue voters are keeping Democrats in power.

8
War_Hamster 8 points ago +8 / -0

And we know Candiss is on our side, while we only think Vernon is at this point.

He's saying most of the right things, but I'd rather go with the one who's been consistent on her positions.

2
Cozette 2 points ago +2 / -0

Electability is equivalent?

1
War_Hamster 1 point ago +1 / -0

Are we assuming Kandiss is unelectable?

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +2 / -1

Women shouldn't be in politics in the first place.

5
anonymousdonor 5 points ago +5 / -0

How can you say with certainty, if he didn't say it publicly?

1
10R1440 1 point ago +1 / -0

OMG maybe OP is Vernon!

1
krzyzowiec 1 point ago +1 / -0

If this nation was full of moral individuals then it wouldn't be happening. Morality comes first and everything else flows from it.

0
PraiseBeToScience 0 points ago +1 / -1

Abortion is the dumb issue Republicans have convinced you matters to keep you on their plantation.

I'll keep the 13% the 13%, thank you very much.

2
ComebackKing 2 points ago +2 / -0

I don't really have time to think about abortion when there are 1,000,000 illegals pouring through the southern boarder each month. Abortion isn't really on my radar when the COVID gulags and boxcars are being prepped. There isn't going to be any abortion issue when over half the fucking population is sterilized from the frankenshots.

So I agree, it's a dumb issue and should not make a top 20 list of problems we are facing,

5
Cheezeit7 5 points ago +10 / -5

I think we need to stop electing women because biologically they react with emotions. I get a feeling of authenticity from Vernon Jones but you are right we can't trust anyone and I wouldn't put it outside the realm of possibility that he is running on trumps name to sneak himself in.

3
War_Hamster 3 points ago +6 / -3

Sometimes, emotion is a good thing. Kandiss Taylor is an even more authentic version of MTG, from what I've seen. I'm ok with one like that, at least on the issues that really matter in GA right now.

I don't dislike Vernon Jones. If he was running for a House seat, and not as the Governor of GA, which is incredibly important right now, I'd support him.

And I think there's a better candidate.

3
Anon1970 3 points ago +5 / -2

Men also react with emotions, they are just trained to not show them. It doesn't mean that they don't have them. To think otherwise is ignorant as emotions are part of what makes us all human.

2
Cheezeit7 2 points ago +3 / -1

I didn't say men don't have emotions... I stated that it is a biological fact that women often react to situations based on emotion and in my opinion is a major reason everything is going to shit. Yes we also have a lot of cuck men that are acting the same way in politics.

2
lixa 2 points ago +3 / -1

Do you think Pelosi acts out of emotions? Maxine Waters? Kameltoe Harris? There are corrupt people and fair people, there are weak people and strong people. Simple as that. Women may react more emotionally in jobs like police officer, and I agree that's a bad idea, but in office I see it's more about corruption and weakness than it is emotion. And men have plenty of corruption and weakness too.

1
Anon1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

So men are not in charge? I thought this was a man's world. Blaming women for the fuck ups of men is cowardly.

1
Cheezeit7 1 point ago +2 / -1

Your comprehension skills are horrible.

1
Anon1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

You didn't comprehend what I said, did you? Go ahead, take as much time as you need.

-1
krzyzowiec -1 points ago +0 / -1

Emotional men act like women. It's not a coincidence.

1
Anon1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

Emotional men act like emotional men. They are human.

0
krzyzowiec 0 points ago +1 / -1

It's not normal for a man to be emotional.

1
Anon1970 1 point ago +1 / -0

It is not normal for a man not to be emotional, they are trained to not show it but they still feel it. Women are not trained in this way, they are allowed to be "weak".

Psychopaths are unemotional and they are not normal.

0
krzyzowiec 0 points ago +1 / -1

It's not about training. Emotions come from believing lies about a situation and overreacting to them. Men tend to be logical compared to women, so unless they were raised by their mothers, they are not prone to being hysterical.

Psychopaths do feel emotion. That's why they generally do evil. You would not do evil things to your fellow man unless you hated them.

5
Hades440 5 points ago +5 / -0

This is pretty funny, but it raises the question of if he really is campaigning to Democrats. It would go a long way, I think, if he could open a dialogue they might actually listen to since he's not the white male oppressor.

11
Ebbie8708 11 points ago +12 / -1

I’d argue that black men are generally based. But that also depends on your definition of what a man is.

7
KernalMustard 7 points ago +7 / -0

There are black men that work hard for their families. Ones that are filled with love for their fellow man. Ones that have a love of God. Ones that contribute to their communities. Then their are ones who are filled with hate and are just thugs

4
Deplorable_and_Proud [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Democrats have been dismissing him since he changed parties. Same old story. Support if D, dismiss if R. Then attack anyone who wakes up from the corrupted dream that is the Democrat party.

4

If you use Youtube, then go subscribe to his channel His channel and videos won't show up in searches, so the leftists must really fear him.

4
texas4ever 4 points ago +4 / -0

I'm all in. Don't care if he used to be a Democrat. Years ago R's weren't really for the average person, even if they were better on the economy on average. People who have switched over are actually more hard core and much less likely to fold than a lot of lifelong R's (see RINOs for example).

Oh DAMN, I am going to campaign for him if at all possible and I am going to donate to him... now.. let's just hope that if he gets in, he doesn't switch back to a democrat....

We can't possibly find everything we are looking for in one candidate. And we definitely can't afford to be "issue voters" like in the idiotic Republicans of the 1980s and 1990s - where they would dangle issues in front of you while totally being unprincipled about the big picture.

MAGA does not mean conservative; the America First movement has totally reworked the Republican party to bring in conservatives, old-school liberals (not leftists), libertarians, and so forth.

I'm totally happy to welcome anyone who believes in America First to the core, and may have different opinions on specific "issues".

Are you sure you can trust this man? Why did he just receive a 100 million from Bezos?

PepeMaxxus 2 points ago +2 / -0

there are others in that race…. not sure who is best, but he was a democrat not too long ago. He went straight for high office too, bypassing local

He was a state rep for years before. Also served on the county level.. I wouldn't call that a straight jump for high office.

I was a Dem, whats your point. I voted for the L in 2012. I've voted just that one time, in 29 years. Both parties suck ass

Isn’t this guy a Democrat? With a smile? Happy Bernie?

Deplorable_and_Proud [S] 5 points ago +5 / -0

Not all MAGA folks were Republicans before Trump came along.

2
SimplyRedPills 2 points ago +2 / -0

They still aren’t. They’re the faggots flooding our movement with trannies and faggots letting our demographics get replaced LEGALLY.

1
Cozette 1 point ago +1 / -0

So they're like President Trump. Great!

tonkabodhi 0 points ago +2 / -2

So, the answer is yes.

6
Deplorable_and_Proud [S] 6 points ago +6 / -0

Actually no.

2
tonkabodhi 2 points ago +2 / -0

When was the Epiphany?

1
Cozette 1 point ago +1 / -0

So, the answer is NO. He was a Democrat but during the 2020 campaign he endorsed President Trump even though he was a Democrat representative in GA. He later switched his party affiliation to Republican. He reminds me of the previously life long Democrats, Diamond and Silk.

Vernon Jones has been talking a big game, but has a dem/Rino past, SO I remain skeptical. Kandiss Taylor is MAGA!
