I commented on this in another post but warrants repeating. Am I the only one who thinks this is not how it works?From the DOJ's own website " Title 26, United States Code, Section 6103(i)(1) provides for tax information to be obtained upon the grant of an ex parte order by a Federal district court judge or magistrate judge for use in criminal investigations.". The DOJ can't order anyone to hand over anything without a court order. Did a judge sign off on this?
